This was a good community for my dad. They offer a lot of activities for the residents. This was my dad's favorite part of Heritage Green. The nurses were nice, attentive, respectful, and helpful.

I would say that it is a very nice committee. The food is good. My loved one loved it there, and loved the people assigned to her. Even after we put my loved one on hospice her aide from the community would come and sit with my loved. The staff seemed to be a little overworked.

This is a great place for seniors. Lots to do. They try to keep us happy.

Many activities to keep us from getting bored. Food is good and plentiful. Have made many friends here.

A major plus is everything is going really well ensuring that we here at Keystone do not get the virus. And when we were not under such restrictions our building has so much to offer.

Overall, the entire facility is run very well and they have a clear understanding how to handle the physical and emotional needs of the residents. The staff at the front desk is the highlight of the entire facility. They are extremely friendly, answers all of your questions, helpful no matter what the situation, and great with the residents. My only concern is the nursing staff seems scattered and I have to follow-up and ask questions to find out what's going on. There needs to be a higher level of proactive communication for me to feel confident in their service delivery.

The community was usually very clean and there was no odor ever. Most of the staff was fantastic. The majority of the care giving staff were very compassionate and clearly cared a lot about the residents. The had regular activities available as well. The community is expensive, but it seemed mostly worth it. Having to put my mother into a senior living community was very difficult, but we definitely feel it was the right decision and she thrived here. WE felt confident she was getting good care here.

A recent change in management has brought a fresh approach to how things are handled by the Birches-Harleysville. Communication has improved greatly, especially during the Covid-19 issue. While residents have been quarantined from visitations, the staff has been offering alternatives to help keep them in touch with their families, and they have provided extra attention in myriad ways to keep morale high. It is apparent management and caregivers are always considering ways to keep the residents safe and happy.

Although my spouse has only been in the memory unit at Powder Mill for a couple of weeks, we have found the staff to be warm and welcoming. They have been very helpful as we adjust to this new way of life.

No kitchenette in apartments so no way to make a cup of coffee or tea and clean up, except in the bathroom. Very comprehensive care program for residents.

This is the only assisted living community I am familiar with, but based on observations of others, i would judge it to be comparable with others in this area and price range. There is not always enough assistance in assisted living, especially on the weekends. On the other hand, I know it is hard to hire and keep good employees. It is a lot of money for folks like my parents -- not sure it is always worth it. But we do love [names removed]!

I am very happy here and I would recommend this community to anyone.

I recently toured the Keystone Villa in Fleetwood with my parents. We were impressed with the facilities, amenities, and the friendliness of the staff. In particular, Abby Riffle has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had. The rooms and common spaces were well taken care of and clean. My parents particularly liked the outdoor sitting area and gardens. I believe the accommodations, services and activities will be a good fit for my parents.

My mother has been there over the past three years and they have had the services needed as her health has changed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are constantly having activities for both the residents and also involve family members. [name removed] has been an angel for us.
