We chose Keystone Villa because it was recommended to us through a family friend. It is very close to home as well which worked out great for us. As far as pricing, it was a little more than we wanted to pay, but for the care that was received, we had no complaints. The apartment sizes varied, we went with the studio because of pricing but they offered 2 bedrooms and double rooms as well. The layouts were very nice from what we saw. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The staff really care about our mother, they really have that genuine care. They are very good about communicating to us and supporting different care plans. We really have nothing bad to say about The Birches community. She is rally enjoying the meals and dining service, and is loving all the different activities that are offered throughout the week. She is really able to expand her friend circle and be around people with the same similarities.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

During our loved ones stay we thought Senior Commons was a very nice facility, everybody there was so friendly and welcoming. Our loved one was passed the point of being able to take part in the activities, but if your loved one was active enough they would really enjoy the activities. Our only problem we had at times, is we had to repeatedly try and get our loved ones basic care needs in a routine - for example, bathing, changing, etc.

I really don't have any complaints, they are very attentive to her, it is clean, and the location is great. I do think they are short staffed though and there is not much going on activities wise in the memory care side. I think they could use improvement on that so residents are not just sitting or wandering around. Other than that I think it is a great facility and they do the best they can. I would recommend Traditions of Lansdale to others looking.

We had a really good tour with Chestnut Knoll. The facility was very clean and did not have any smell to it when you walked in. Due to his care increasing, it was just not going to be the right fit.

Our family had an in person tour and its a smaller community, all on one level which was nice. The staff members we met with during our tour was very responsive.

I am very satisfied with this community. My mother is very content and has adapted really well. She seems to enjoy it here for sure. There are some days that they do not have activities but 5 out of the 7 days they have it. They are short staff due to covid.

We had a good tour experience with Heritage Green and Daybreak. We were looking for a facility that had an upfront fee with no add ons and they do a tiered system based on care here.

With the staffing shortage sometimes the response time is longer than what it should be.

As a family, we were looking for a facility that would watch over our father since we could not be there all of the time. We found a great location at Traditions of Lansdale. The staff is very attentive to his needs and they provide many opportunities to get out of your room to socialize with the other residents and have a good time. Dad seems happy in the short time he has been here. We are very happy with our decision.

Staff is helpful, kind, caring, new and up to date facility with great amenities very clean.

We aren't sure how many activities they have now with the new variant but we do know they have movie nights, exercise classes in the mornings and occasionally the residents can go out on outings. Our loved one tends to be a picky eater so even a gourmet meal would get a complaint, but we think the food is totally fine. For everything they provide, and assistance with the medicine distribution we think the value for cost is good.

I liked this community a lot. They were very friendly and very clean. They also had music playing that the residents were out enjoying at the time that we were there.

This is a decent community but I think it is better for someone that is more independent. They have activities like bingo and more for the residents to do to stay busy they were recently shut down due to covid but are open back up now.

My mom has lived at The Birches for the last three years and I must commend everyone for keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. Cleanliness, friendliness and keeping everyone busy was key for the last few years. Our family recommendation would be to have a liaison established between the staff and family. We would like to be able to be contact a point person with the actions of our loved one. Thanks everyone!

Senior Commons wasn't a bad place. I liked that it was more off the beaten track even though it’s right by a main thoroughfare. I knew somebody who lived there, and they said it was a good place.

Our family had an in person tour and the community just seemed a little bit more industrial and not very homey. The carpeting in the hallways were stained, but the rooms were a good size and the staff did seem very lovely.

I have been able to visit this community on many occasions, I bring senior actors to put on a theater show for the residents. The community is very clean and well kept, but not a good fit for our loved one due to the price.

I love the apartment that I am able to share with my loved one. All the staff are terrific with always room to grow! Nursing staff take care of their family that are the Residents. There is always room for improvement but he community is well priced for location and decor is wonderful! The Manor at Market Square has been good to me at my time of need.
