I feel safe here, and the staff always remind me to get my meds. I really enjoy the activities we do. My favorite are stick-less pool & bingo.

This a neighborhood of friendly and helpful people. My husband and I feel secure and I am able to play games and take day trips knowing he is safe and they can reach me immediately if needed. They really care about you.

Staff is good, food is good, very clean, nurses and aides are very good.

I suppose I would recommend Senior Commons at Powder Mill to others. The staff are pleasant. My mother likes everyone there. One thing I loved about moving in is that they paired my mother up with people that they thought she would like. And she made friends. Moving into a community like this is difficult because it's hard to make friends and it's hard when you're no longer in your own home. The communication with the family is excellent. The minute something happens, they call. They have field trips, which my mother enjoys, to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, etc. There are several activities a day available such as bingo, movie nights and cards. The staff encourages everyone to participate. My mother does complain about the food, but there are fresh fruits and salads everyday. The entrees aren't necessarily gourmet, but you won't starve!

The food is lacking in my opinion. Menu for dinner some days is a cold sandwich without a hot side or soup. I have asked to meet with FSD to discuss menu. Also service for meals is not up to par for the rate paid. Expected servers in uniform and meals served on China ( not paper products). No linen tablecloths or linen napkins. Staff- [name removed] and [name removed] are both great. Very attentive to my Moms care. They keep me informed and listen when my mom has needed something. [name removed] is very friendly and has addressed any concerns I've had Doctor [name removed] is the physician and he has done a great job managing Moms fluid retention and hypertension. Overall I am very pleased. Mom is in Assisted Living. Not in memory care-not needed.

It's a warm and friendly place with a great vibe. Very fun atmosphere and lots of social engagement opportunities. It was the only one my mother-in-law was okay with!

I have been very happy with this facility. When we were looking for a place, they were still in renovating the facility. At first I thought that this was not going to work as my husband is a dementia patient. But I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were. I thought that it would have been complete confusion for the patients . But it was not. The staff was wonderful with the patients. That really impressed me.

Our family had an in person tour with The Crossroads and overall it was a nice tour experience but for our loved one it felt to large and ore like a medical facility.

I would definitely recommend to others. I feel that my parents are safe and well cared for. We picked this community because of the location. The location is great, facility is nice, and all staff are kind.

My mom is thriving at Keystone Villa. The staff is always available and helpful. We are very satisfied with the care provided.

Just an additional note that they had so many activities that really kept the residents entertained, including short field trips. The activities were outstanding!

Great! Happy with my father's care. Staff is friendly, came to meet the team mixer, had a very nice experience. Talked with residents and staff, it was nice to see the residents having a great time with their families and the staff.

It was a good experience. I have recommended Traditions of Lansdale to several folks I have talked to about assisted care. We picked this community, because of the price and location. Also, the proximity to family members.

My family and loved one had a good experience with Chestnut Knoll. They have quality staff and their experience and care is outstanding in our opinion. We would recommend you tour the community, and see for yourself. This is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones to live. I toured the others (8) before I arrived at Chestnut Knoll No contest They care and follow up and go the "extra" steps

My mom has had a hard time at other facilities and I was getting worried that we would never find a place where she would be happy, but this seems to be the place. Everyone I have dealt with has been great and the building is beautiful!

Overall The Birches at Newtown mostly works well. When it comes to the activities they have different things like movies, exercise programs, bingo, karaoke, etc.

The staff at Traditions of Hershey takes the time to get to know each of the residents, their likes and dislikes, and they check in with them on a daily basis. Everyone has been warm, friendly, and outgoing. The food is the only thing my mother in law feels could be improved. I would definitely recommend Traditions of Hershey to other families looking.

Pros: Their staff seemed very nice, and long tenured which is a good sign. Location was clean and the rooms were big and open. Cons: It didn't feel as bright - more dark- in the memory care wing. They didn't not have any rooms readily available - they had a waitlist which we opted to get on. Their location seemed to have one big hallway down the side with all the rooms and then off to the other side were the common areas in the middle. (We loved [removed] set up. The rooms went around like a square on the outside and they had a huge common area in the middle with the kitchen for eating, tables for games or sitting then a couch area with a TV. It was very bright inside as well). This was our #2 place.

Our family had an in person tour with The Crossroads at Bon Air and it was really nice but a little of out budget and plus it had 2 separate family members that left for some reason.
