There has been quite a bit of main staff turnover in the last 12 months. It hasn't caused any issues that I'm aware of, other than it being a little confusing about who to contact with questions. I think the size of the facility and the nature of the residents are a good fit for my mom. It's not too large and the residents are average people.

The facility is dated compared to the newer facilities. Wish it had a movie room. Hard to evaluate the staff as we interact with them a lot less than the last place. Neither the last place nor this place are great at cleaning. When we consider that the Crossings is $[removed] less per month than Anthology - for the same level of care and service - less the new facility - this is a much better situation.

The initial process getting dad in there, staff was helpful and nice. Getting in touch with someone afterwards is a bit more complicated but overall great place. Most affordable given dads limited income yet still including services and care he needed.

The staff and facility are great. Demand a room with a screened in porch, if you don't they will want $K's to screen it. It is expensive but I have looked around and to save $$ it is a considerable drop expectations for not much of a cost savings. You get what you pay for, it's your loved one. Treat them well in their final years. They need larger portion size. I have eaten there a few time with my mom and always left hungry. The food is good but add more variety too. Offer a salad bar vs. the canned salad they have which isn't very good.

The staff has been very accommodating and easy to work with both before and after admission. I know everyone is busy, but I sometimes wish I could get more feedback and confirmation on requests that I have made.

I think some of it is, there has been a transition at Traditions. Everyone I have spoken to has been Uber helpful!! Very friendly, and always wants to point you in the right direction. I have never seen so many people at one organization, so friendly and so willing to work with you They have a lot to do, but I think they need to get a better pulse on the client's wants. I have sticker shock with the rent and the home health care. It is definitely less than other places I checked on. I feel comfortable with my parents living there.

More attention could be given to vacuuming rooms and pt hallways. Other than that - good. The staff members are very friendly. The care is good but we had a little bump when several of the residents were diagnosed with COVID. Staff needed to attend to Covid positive patients, delaying care to others. Somewhat understandable. LPN could be more responsive. Dining is very good. Staff awesome. Go out of way to help. Food "bland" per mom but that could be her need for more seasoning. The activities are very good. Christmas show was fabulous - mom loved it. PT and OT are superb. [name removed] nurse practitioner is very thorough and accommodating - grateful for her.

The list of activities was very good however we had no first hand experience because my Aunt's health failed dramatically right as she moved in and she did not participate in any activities. The Cross Roads is a very nice community. Unfortunately my Aunt's health failed and she did not get to spend much time there before she passed away. The Director of sales is great; as is the nursing supervisor. I did not care for the business manager. I felt she was dismissive & abrupt; especially compared to how cooperative & caring other Admin staff was. The care staff was very kind & conscientious. My only complaint is the care team appears understaffed on weekends; my Aunt's level of care was better during the week than on weekends.

Overall Heritage Green and Daybreak community has been overall good, however they need better communication with updates on patrons to family. Our mother has Alzheimer's, and we would like to have regular her condition. Heritage Green is Overall, a good community for your loved one if you find that you need a place to know they are safe if home is not an option.

Communication is definitely something this facility needs to work on! Several high level staff seem to prefer to "drop the ball." But stay persistent and be your loved ones advocate! Overall, this is still the best place for my mom!

The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. They offer many different choices of apartment sizes. I would recommend Keystone Villa at Fleetwood to others.

I would say the staff is very friendly and truly seems to care about the residents. They get to know each resident they care for and try to cater to their particular needs. We chose the Birches based on cleanliness, responsiveness, and location compared to some other facilities.

After multiple hours of research with the help of my cousin, we found Senior Commons. From start to finish Senior Commons have gone above and beyond to be accommodating to our unique needs. My father was living in New York at the time and to move him here closer to myself and my sister. They were able to work with our schedules to let us set up his space prior to him moving in. I was very worried about his transition to being in an assisted living facility since he was incredibly apprehensive to leaving his home. The team there went above and beyond to make sure he felt welcome. I have done some activities with my father and all the residents are welcoming and they all joke around with each other. I think my father fits in perfectly. There have been a few hiccups there, but after getting all the pieces of the puzzle together, I feel like my father is in the best place to fit what he needs. Every issues I've had, the management team reacted quickly and we found a solution that works.

My experience here has been good. I have made friends with other residents and everyone is very friendly. I feel great everyone looks for me and takes care of me.

If you are on site, the staff is very responsive. If not, then the requests for information from them is very slow, if at all. This would include the business office and floor staff. The housekeeping is okay, but we have had to request services that we thought should have been done and make follow-up calls to get them done and still there was no communication to let us know if they had indeed been accomplished. You are on your own moving in. The facility is a nice one, but I have nothing to compare it to for the most part. I recommend giving it a look, after that it is to each his own.

Traditions is a great facility. Everything is on one floor which makes it very accommodating for wheelchairs and walker residents. The staff is very pleasant and helpful with any daily situation that arises. Residents here seem to be comfortable with the activities, food, and living accommodations.

Very friendly people, nice activities, helpful staff. We picked this because it was a place she didn't have to do a buy in and it is a very nice apartment close to her family.

I have had a very good first week, meeting all my new neighbors and getting settled in. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and I am looking forward to joining in all the fun activities.

We like that Traditions of Lansdale is a manageable size. The staff members there are very helpful and they prepare good meals for the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Good experience. Very helpful staff and friendly environment. My wife and I have been here a couple of years and consider our second home.
