Better explanation of bedside meds controlled by resident. Staff is patient though. I would recommend.

My mom always tells me she feels safe at Traditions and likes it there too. She can get frustrated when meals take long to be served. But I do feel their 2 choices of entrees at each meal are great, along with a nice assortment of vegetables and potatoes, rice, etc. to choose from too. I feel the care is good, although my mom says it can take a while until an aide comes when she presses her call button. However, from talking with many friends who have parents in other assisted living facilities, it seems there is a shortage of aides to fill needed positions. So I do understand the difficulty in always answering mom's call button in a timely manner. Overall , my sisters and I are quite happy with Traditions and feel she is being taken care of well.

My problem with the staff is the fact that it changes all the time. Food is often not that hot.

Good: attractive physical plant; great location; some very good staff members. Improvements to lift rating: better direction of staff ; better training of employees ; less reliance on agency personnel in care giving roles.

They have nice people/employees my dad reports good food. Communication to families could be improved a bit. Yes I would recommend this facility to others. Ultimately, of all the options my dad and I toured, it was the place my dad liked the most. The place he felt most comfortable and the most like home. And for my dad, the MOST important aspect-it had the best food!

The facility and staff are wonderful. It smells clean, the people are wonderful, energy is good. Unfortunately the staff has high turnover and so very short staffed bc of the type of work (God's work). Any progress made with lunch or activities is usually set back due to staff shortages. The team that is there is wonderful. So trying to balance the staffing difficulties with the goodness of the facility itself which. Is top notch

Very friendly and helpful staff. I haven't heard someone yet complain about their job.

Very happy with facility and administrative staff. Have had some dissatisfaction with call bell response time, but it seems to be improving. Everyone tries to accommodate.

Overall have good experience that could be resolved, staff willing to listen and answer grievances. Comfortable with other residents.

Problem they seem to have is patient clothing goes missing. My sister-in-law started with 10 pair of jeans and is now down to 2 pairs. Everything we have experienced has been very good except for the clothes issue. All staff is friendly and seem kind. Emails should be provided for those who work on the floor. We have had a hard time getting in contact with questions due to staff meetings and such. Where if we could email a question they could get back when they have a free moment.

The staff is nice, easy to work with. Facility is good, kept clean. The little interaction we had, looks like staff really care about the residents.

Arrived here on [date removed], a recent widow hoping for a fresh start. I found myself in a 4th floorsunny 1 bedroom apartment in a place where maintenance hangs your pictures, once a week maid service is included, and I was surrounded by fellow residents with whom I shared many similar life experiences. Tried everything at first, then chose the activities I really enjoyed, because it was important to have both social and quiet "me" times. (apartments very quiet!) Before long, I had new friends - this was our home and we worked together to keep it comfortable and welcoming to all. After the first weeks, I felt safe here and gave up my daytime locked door. I liked that the staff welcomed our input on food and activities, including a monthly town hall meeting. I thought I would miss my car, but soon was joining the weekly bus trip for local shopping; . I chose carefully and I'm glad I chose Keystone. Only real negative are those mandated fire drills!

Staff is very good but just hard to find or reach at times. Facility is clean. Her biweekly room cleaning could be more thorough. It is cafeteria style food which we knew going in. But the selection and sandwiches could use some help.

I enjoy all the attention I receive and I think the building is marvelous! The Christmas decorations are beautiful.

The facility is clean, with a friendly competent staff who try to accommodate the residents. Transportation to medical appointments is provided.The facility is conveniently located close to main st. The food is bland with little or no salt.The cost of this residence is very reasonable.

The people that work here care about the residents which is most important. The staff are also very nice. Nobody is perfect, but I feel safe and comfortable. I like living at Traditions of Lansdale.

My father told me there meals have gotten worse since he moved in. The people have been very nice though. I think they have had problems with food deliveries and staffing. The rooms are a good size for one person.

I have lived at The Villa for 2 years and the staff have always been wonderful. They are so kind and always willing to help. The food menu could use a little more variety but overall everything is very good.

I liked The Birches. For the most part the staff was helpful. I do feel they were understaffed. I would recommend them overall. Maybe not for residents who need extra care due to memory issues though.

Stay engaged, the squeaky wheel gets the grease in terms of care. My brother spent 6-7 months on the memory care floor. Great staff but not a great place to be. He is now placed in a private home on DD Community Living waivers and is doing much better. He moved three times in that short span as they try to create spaces to accommodate more patients.
