The facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother tho is not transfering well. She just wants to go home, she has only been there for 1 week. I hope she settles in soon as I am very happy with Spring Meadows.

After Dad passed away Mom knew that she wanted to be independent, but that staying in the family home was more than she needed or wanted. After visiting two other facilities, Traditions of Hanover went to the top of her list. It was important to her that it was not necessary to "buy into" her apartment and see much of her hard earned savings diminish overnight. Once there, Traditions quickly became home as she developed many close friends. Activities were many and she chose those that gave her the most enjoyment. In addition to friendship with other residents she became very close to the staff. To the folks who work at Traditions the residents were much, much more than a paycheck. They really do care about the people who lived there. That fact was obvious not only to Mom, but all of our family that the staff felt that bond. She loved that her family was close and visited often and that she could participate in family activities. Mom only lived in three places in her 92 plus years. Traditions was as much as a home to her as where she grew up and spent her adult life.

Overall a terrific place for my dad. The staff & quality of care is amazing. After living there for a year my dad has NO complaints. My family feels that he is safe & well taken care of in the independent living option. It is a joy to visit him every week.

My mother was only there a little over a week before she went in the hospital. From the first time we visited, we were welcomed like family. The admissions staff was very helpful and friendly and the nursing staff was wonderful. If my mom did not need more care than Sr.Commons could give her, she would still be there. I would recommend Sr. Commons to anyone looking for a place for their loved one

We really enjoyed our visit to Spring Meadows of Lansdale. It was nice to see all the seniors up and about, everyone seemed happy and well cared for. The layout of the building was superbly designed for seniors to get about and remember where to go.The concept of the nurses working 12 hour shifts is great, for it makes them happy in their work and yet more time for them in their life in the long run. The rooms were quite nice, though the bathrooms were very small. This is the one place I would consider having my mom live. Thank you

Unfortunately, because of how quickly my mother declined health wise she was not able to participate in any activities at Spring Meadows. However, the attention she received from the staff facility was great and they did a wonderful, caring and enthusiastic job of caring for her.

My mom has been at Traditions for over a year now. Not only has it enhanced her wellness and wellbeing I believe it saved her life. The amenities, the staff, and the community have been a tremendous gift to my mom and our family. We love being a part of the beautiful life at Traditions!

I cannot say enough about Traditions of Hanover! From the director all the way through to maintenance they are equally kind, caring and you know they really like their jobs by their attitude. Nothing is too much for them to do for anyone at anytime. I can feel comfortable when I leave my Mother that she is good hands and should there be any irregularity with her I can always count on someone calling me and alerting me within minutes, regardless of the time of day. Traditions has my seal of approval 100%.

When we were attempting to relocate Mom for safety we chose Traditions of Hanover. The management at Traditions of Hanover watch over their residents as if they were their own parents. Leaving your home and downsizing can be difficult if the right staff is not watching over your loved one. When an emergency arises they are their to look after your love one. The residents watch out for each other and the food is great. Residents can decorate their apartments as THEY see fit. A great place to live!

After a couple of years, looking for an Independent Living facility that we liked and could afford, we called A Place for Mom. They were wonderful and put us in touch with Traditions of Hanover. What a great move we made ! The staff and residents are such great people! It's as close to home as we could imagine and every day is a different day. Never boring ! It's so nice that our children want to move here!

Everything here is great! The staff is very good. The staff cares for my wife very well + feel confident when she is in their care.

Our experience with The Birches of Arbour Square has been wonderful! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've really worked with us and been a huge help throughout the whole process! They really get to know each of their residents as an individual. They've got all sorts of awesome amenities and activities they provide, as well! They jokingly told us that my parents might not have time for us anymore, but they weren't kidding! My parents are so engaged and involved with the community that sometimes it can be hard to catch them in their room! They also do a great job with the food, it's high quality and there are plenty of choices! We're also very pleased with the level of care that they provide. They've done a great job handling my Dad's memory care needs, and Mom finally feels like she can relax because all of the day to day medication and care concerns are handled. Really the only complaint I have is that they don't go on outings/bus trips quite as often as they implied, but it may just be a little slow now due to lack of interest from the residents based on the weather and time of year. Overall it is a wonderful place and we're so glad we found it! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

Our experience with Spring Meadows of Lansdale has been a very good one, so far! I live out of state, so I don't get a chance to visit often, but I've heard nothing but good things from my relatives! My loved one can be very picky, but the staff here has really bent over backwards helping her feel welcome and get settled in. We really couldn't be happier with them!

So far it's been great. She really enjoys it. No complaints, about food or staff, or anything whatsoever. The billing has been smooth and easy. We have been very pleased so far. I would definitely give them a five.

Very nice place. We are moving my mother-in-law in on 11\7. I think it will be great for her.

Traditions Of Hanover is going very well. Everything is great. She is doing better than expected. We moved her in a few weeks ago and were unsure as to how she would do. She has gained weight and made friends. I have no complaints. All appears to be going great at this facility.

Our experience with Traditions of Hershey was a very good one, overall! The aides are polite and friendly, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. They've been very easy to work with throughout the whole process, and I'd highly recommend them!

The Birches is so well known and respected. The staff is excellent. They care for you mentally and physically. You will sense it in the atmosphere.

This would be my choice for placement right now. Unfortunately Spring Meadows is in the midst of construction and their memory care facility is slated to be available in a couple of months. Definitely a consideration for the future.

My mother has been at Birches for several months now and I can't tell you how pleased I am at the care she is receiving. The facility is very neat and clean, the staff is courteous, thoughtful and extremely helpful and my mother raves about the food! The whole experience of transitioning my mother from her home of 63 years to The Birches was, with the help of the staff at Birches, a wonderful experience and certainly less traumatic than I'd ever imagined it would be. My mother is socializing, partaking in some of the numerous activities that are available, and taking advantage of this beautiful facility and all it has to offer. My mother is happy, well taken care of and able to enjoy this phase of her life.
