Excellent facility. Very caring staff.

I liked the community when I toured it. The people and residents were nice to meet. It was a large community, I did not realize it. I think the people I interacted with were knowledgeable.

A wonderful place for my wife. All of the people are loving and caring and go out of their way to help in any way possible.8

It’s been six weeks since Dick’s passing. I am finally getting my thoughts together to properly write and thank you for all the love and care you had shown our “Dickie” During the many years of his time at Chestnut Knoll I never had to worry about his care. You were on top of things at all times, & you always kept me in the loop regarding Dick’s changes as time moved on. You’re my eyes, heart which carried me through this very long good bye. I knew that you each were doing your utmost to give him the best quality of life possible. You keep the residents engaged throughout the day in the activity room, & of course Dick was always ready to take part in whatever activity was going on. He loved to participate the games & the sing-a-longs. You even gave him the opportunity to play the drums from time to time. It takes a team with very special hearts to care for our seniors. I can’t thank you enough for what you do on a daily basis for all the residents at Chestnut Knoll. All I can say is “well done faithful friends. Well done”.

We had a great experience here at this community, but my mother has decided to move back home. This is a very nice place, my sister and I said we are moving here when we get older. They have a very kind staff here, I knew she was in good hands here. There are many activities offered for the residents. The food is good, my family enjoyed the meals. I would say they need more of variety of food to choose from. I was very pleased with everything they did for us, and I would recommend it.

I live out of state and I gave them a 5 mainly for the communication. It has been fabulous communication from the staff and it has been very good. I am very happy with the place and I would recommend them. My sister says the meals are good and gets variation. My brother-in-law likes getting meals 3 times a day.

It was a bit of a ruff start at first for my mother with her move here, but now things have gotten better. She does like it here. The meals are nice, she is pleased with the food. They really keep her busy, she able to do her therapy here at the community. It is a nice looking community. They recently finished up some renovations to the community, and everything looks great.Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I would recommend this community, my mother is being cared for well here.

The staff at Traditions of Hanover is incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. My elderly uncle has lived there for several months and his whole family has been pleased with the caring staff, friendly neighbors and top-quality care. We feel very grateful.

We were very pleased with the tour offered at The Crossings at Bon Air. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to address all of our questions and concerns. The community is on the higher price range. It is nicely kept and updated.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The staff have been great, I know she is being cared for well. She is getting involved in the community and trying some of the activities offered. The residents and very kind, they help her around the community. She is pleased with the food, the meals are nice. They are providing her with great care. This is a community I would highly recommend.

I loved it...daily activities, daily trips @ request of clients Flexible dining hours, happy hour. All the clients seemed happy. Apts. had a stove!!!! BUT it is farther from my family than I wanted. 40 minutes. Megan was a great tour guide.

Heritage Green is a very impressive community. I am very satisfied with the care that they are providing for my mother. The staff does very well with communicating and updating the family with my mother's care needs. Heritage green offers a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. My mom has no complaints about the food.

My sister seems to be doing well here at this community. My only concern has been there is a lot of things are left for me to do. As far as providing transportation, getting her a hospital bed, and many other things I thought the community would handle. Other than that issue everything is working out well. It is a brand new facility, everything looks very nice and clean. Her room looks great, with nice big windows. The meals are wonderful. Everybody have been accommodating. Overall this is a lovely community.

My mom has only been there a short time, but has received excellent care, and feels like part of a new family. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful from visiting to move in and after. The facility has the feel of home and is well decorated. They have aldo been very supportive of the family as they adjust with the one moving in. We are very pleased.

Heritage Green is extremely helpful and informative for individuals and families. They assisted in gathering information needed for transfer and in settling in. The staff continues to be courteous and helpful and encouraging my mother to settle in and join in activities. The facility is very nice and feels like home. Highly recommended

I second the other reviews which describe the nice apartments, friendly atmosphere and good food at Traditions of Hanover. My 89-year-old father is particularly enjoying the social atmosphere and the many trips organized by staff and residents. He goes somewhere several times a week with friends and ToH provides transportation - they all hop in the car or van with the ToH driver, off to lectures, restaurants, and shopping. There are lots of events and gatherings large and small in the building, from reading newspapers together over coffee in the morning to parties and concerts. After years of caring for my mother in declining health, and then being a widower, my father has made friends and is really having fun. He has a new lease on life. I credit the ToH staff for offering such a rich living experience. The staff are uniformly kind, tactful and professionally knowledgeable about their seniors. On another note, Dad recently had a medical mishap and received fast, efficient, and organized help - and I was notified right away. I am grateful that he is safe there and able to lead the active life he enjoys.

My father is doing very good at this community and he has adjusted well to it. The community looks great and it is always clean and well-kept. The staff is really good, they are doing a good job caring for my dad. There are many activities for the residents to choose from. They do a good with encouraging my dad to get involved. The food is good, they do sever a well balanced meal. He is getting the type of attention he needs. So I would recommend this community.

Great place with a vibrant community. The staff was excellent and engaged with their seniors. It had the feel of a tight knit community/family between the residents. We did not stay for a meal so I can not comment on the food. It is currently one of our top two choices. I would highly recommend a visit if you have a senior who is either physically and or mentally engaged as this would provide a great environment.

I couldn't have asked for a better community to move my father to. This is a wonderful community and I am very pleased with everything they have done for us. The community is clean and looks great. He goes to a few activities through out the week and he really enjoys the activities. He said the food is okay but it could be better. They are caring for my father very well and I would recommend this community.
