From the moment we walked in the door of The Crossings, we were impressed. Large open lobby, staffed reception desk, residents talking and laughing, wide hallways, well lit, nice smelling, beautiful dining room, friendly staff, great food and large apartments. With the unique mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care, this place has it all.

My mom and dad have both recently moved into this community and they are loving there new apartment. The staff where very kind during this process and have helped them make a smooth transition into there new living environment. They have had no complaints about the meals and are enjoying participating in activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall we are happy and would recommend it.

I thought the tour we had was excellent. We almost chose this community but we found a better price and a more closer community.

This facility has been really great with the care of my mother. The facility is clean and safe, and my mom says that the food is very good. My mother has also started to participate in activities, and we found that she made a significant change when they started to hold animal therapy sessions and they brought dogs in for the residents to associate with. Overall, we are very pleased!

This is a nice community. I like the staff who are caring and attentive. The have been very helpful when it comes to her special diet needs. The community is well kept. I like that she is involved with the activities. I would recommend this community for good care and value for other families.

My grandmother is doing very well here. I like knowing that the staff is very caring to her needs. The meals are healthy and a good variety to choose from. Traditions is outstanding. My apartment is great.The food is very good and plentiful! The help is very helpful. I would recommend moving here to everybody! My favorite activities are bingo, pinnacle and all the bus trips [Removed] is very helpful. I am very happy.

Fabulous! Wonderful! I am glad to be here. WE have a lo of activities and i keeps me busy. Housekeeping is excellent. The food is very tasty and plenty to choose from. All of the staff are friendly. It was monumental to move from my home to Traditions Of Hershey. I was the best decision I have made.

Everybody is friendly and courteous.[Removed] is very good. Activities are great. We have a lot of fun. I made new friends quickly. [Removed] and [Removed] made my move in easy!

I am very pleased with Traditions Of Hershey. It is very clean. The staff goes above and beyond for not only their residents but also for family members. I have been telling all my friends to come with me! I hope they do!

I like this community. The staff are outstanding and always caring in every way. They offer a good selection on the outstanding. They offer activities and hopefully, they will participate. They just moved in and are very happy with moving into this great community. I would highly recommend this community for a great value with excellent care.

I am happy with the care that is given here. I like seeing that he is happy with the staff and the care. The community is clean and he does his enjoy the outdoors. The offer a good variety of healthy meals. They offer him to participate in the actvities that are offer. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

The decision to place my Mom in memory care was among the most difficult my brother and I have ever had to experience. She seemed "functional enough" in some categories, but in others, it was clear her safety was at risk. In years before, she had always enjoyed going to the community presentations offered by Heritage Green, so that was clearly the first place we wanted to start. I was lucky because I knew the person I spoke with regarding admission on a personal level. When she assured me it was a wonderful placement and that everything they do there is from love, it helped me so much....but yet, you wonder. After over six months, I will assure you that I no longer wonder about that statement. Everything there is based on love. The facility is clean, beautifully redecorated, pleasantly lighted and well staffed. The meals are amazing. Their staff is wonderful.... from their receptionists, to their admissions people, to their nursing staff , to their care staff....to their activity staff. They work really hard to have meaningful and fun activities for their residents and I love that they have community outings as well. For awhile, sad as it is, my Mom really thought that she was on a vacation ~ and she was enjoying every moment! That is HUGE....because she used to plan vacations for others! She now realizes this is her home...She LOVES the staff....and after two recent hospitalizations, she has been so happy to be "home". There is never a moment I worry about my mom being attended to properly. The staff there is wonderful about communicating with our family to keep us well informed as to how Mom is doing. As life progresses, Mom's health has taken a turn for the worse. Hospice is involved. Hospice is a wonderful service, but I have to say that our communication with [Removed] (the Clinical Care Director in Daybreak) has helped me the most....because [Removed] has a history with our Mom, she is there every day and she has advocated for our Mom to receive the services she needs the most. The truth is, dementia is a horrible disease that steals the best parts of those we love ~ the other truth is that Heritage Green provides those we love with the best parts of their lives at this time in their lives. I truly wish Mom (and my Dad prior to his death) had been there long before our decision to place her there.

After being at several other facilities, my mom has thrived at Heritage Green. The staff are truly amazing. They are attentive to my mom's needs, engage her in fun activities, make sure she is happy and well taken care of. Heritage Green has taken the worry and stress off of our family by being at this facility. They have made memory care feel like home.

the staff here is the best that i have ever met at any nursing facility i have been to the environment and the setting is great and i love visiting there it wonderful place to be.

This is a clean place with really nice personnel!

Chancellor's village has been a good fit for my father. They offer many activities and come by to let all the residents know when it is activity time. They offer special events too like luaus and movie nights. They put the activities and the meal plan on the bulletin on the front so everyone can see. The food is very good and I've eaten there a few times. They take your order at the table and offer many options. If you don't like what's being served you can order from an alternative menu. They offer many common areas. There's a library, media room and places you can sit and read or play games. They even have two cockatoos! Every apartment has a private balcony. They offer a shuttle service five days a week that will take you shopping or to doctors appointments for no extra fee! We chose Chancellors because they were the best price for all the amenities they offered! We are pleased so far!

I thought that this was a very unique place and we liked it. The community was nice on the inside and the out and the people were just fantastic. This location however, would not suit my friend. All in all this was good people.
