If your looking for an independent living arrangement for a love one, look no further than Traditions of Hanover. The staff are fantastic and the activities for residents is beyond your dreams. The apartments are spacious, up to date and offer various foot prints. The meals offer a variety of foods to suit the individual taste. So do yourself a favor and stop in to talk with the staff and a resident, you’ll be glad you did.

I made an appointment with [Name removed], a marketing representative at the Birches in Newtown, to tour the facility with my 95 year old mother. From the moment we entered the Birches, I could not have been more pleased or impressed! The building and grounds are clearly well-cared for, impeccably appointed and inviting. [Name removed] gave us a leisurely tour where we met several residents and go to see the many amenities The Birches offers. She took additional time to answer our questions and was even able to show us the rooms of several residents with their permission. I'm hoping mom makes the decision to move in, I know she will have a great experience getting to know the other residents and enjoying all the Birches has to offer. And if the rest of the staff is as lovely as [Name removed], that would be the topping on the cake.

We really liked it. Unfortunately waiting list, but will probably get [name removed]'s name on it.

I really enjoyed meeting the staff and touring The Birches on Friday. You have a really nice facility! FYI, I am putting the wait-list deposit in the mail today - to keep The Birches in close contact as my parents needs progress.

The Birches has GREAT programming! My mother often tells me about having attended programs that she really enjoyed. Kudos to whomever is in charge. Wonderful staff in ALL areas.

I contacted the Birches as I am trying to relocate my parents to Bucks County. Both have differing needs...one is personal care/private pay while the other is skilled nursing/medicaid. Of course, I want them at the same facility. Upon talking to the Director of Marketing, I found that Birches is private pay only. Typically, when a facility did not take medicaid as an option for one parent; the conversation stopped there. I live in Southern California, so coordinating this from across the country has not been the easiest of endeavors. She took the time out of her day to send me a list of potential facilities in the area that could meet our needs. I can not even begin to tell you what a huge help this was, particularly as I do not live there and am not familiar with the facilities. These decisions are always rather stressful, and the fact that she did this act of service with no benefit aside from sheer kindness was truly a light in this process. It only further underscores that the Birches is indeed worthy of its recognition and praise, thus why I had contacted you in the first place. Thank you again. I am very grateful.

Beautiful and well maintained. Memory Care options are fantastic. Well staffed and cheerful surroundings. Pricey, but a good place for my mom.

My mom has lived in this community for over a year. It's clean, the food is good and all of the staff is friendly and efficient! They are very attentive to the residents, keeping the residents busy with activities inside the facility as well as taking them on outings to shop, their favorite restaurants or just for ice cream! We have been pleased with our Mom's care. Thank you Heritage Green for all you do!

[Name removed], was great explaining all the different living options we can provide for my mother in law. The atmosphere of the facility is wonderful, clean, friendly, and could meet the needs for my mother in law.

At Traditions of Hanover, Chef [name removed] is willing to discuss menu selections and what best fits your individual dietary needs. He is knowledgeable, freely shares fat, salt, and sugar content of individual foods, and offers alternative choices.

My good friend and neighbor recently retired due to the early signs of memory loss. We searched for a place that would respect his individuality and Heritage Green Daybreak served us and him well. All of the staff got to know the resident personally within just a few days and any time we visited we would be greeted and the staff would tell us immediately where our resident happened to be at that moment. The clinical care director [name removed] made a special point of accommodating his initial behavioral quirks and within a couple of short weeks they had managed to matriculate him seamlessly into the population there. Overall they provided excellent and attentive care.

My mother has been a resident for the last three months and I am very happy with the quality of care provided by Greenfield. It is a weight off my shoulders knowing that she is in good hands! Thank you!

I spent 2 hours touring with [name removed]. I was able to view 3 aprtments and every are of the facility. I also talked t several residents and got great feedback. I really like this facility. The cost is at the high end of his budget so we need to crunch numbrs to see if this could work for him.

There were so many activities for the residents to do - this is a great place for active seniors.

My mother lived in Chestnut Knoll Residential for 2.5 years with dementia. She was able to be independent and make choices for her self, while being encouraged by the staff to try new activities and participate in their many outings. Her safety was always a priority and the staff all knew her and her whereabouts at all times. The staff interacted with her, joked with her, but more importantly, loved her and treated her like family. When she was in her final week of life, the love and care for her in the final days was beyond professional. (Actually, the entire family's needs were taken care of and we never seemed to be a burden to anyone.) I have and will continue to recommend Chestnut Knoll Residential to all people who deal with their parent's declining mental and physical health. Their holistic approach in caring for the variety of needs of the residents is outstanding and changes with each individual's needs. My family and I will be forever in their debt when it comes to amazing way our mother was treated daily, by all the staff at Chestnut Knoll!

This was a wonderful facility, but my dad needs medical assistance.
