Life is much easier for mom living at Chestnut Knoll. She is happy and has made friends. There are varied activities throughout the day for her to participate in. Staff is awesome. They are always friendly, accommodating and patient. Staff checks on each resident every hour. The peace of mind knowing mom is well cared for is invaluable.

We had to quickly find a place for our mom when she had a serious fall and could no longer live alone. Manor at Market Square (MMS) was suggested and the call was made. The very next day two folks from MMS came to see our mom and us. They were patient with us as we struggled to make those difficult decisions. Once mom was there we worried how she would adapt to these new surroundings. Every staff member, from administrators to direct service staff, made every effort to meet our mom's every need. I can honestly say mom could not be cared for nor loved more in any other setting. We know she is safe and content. And that is the greatest blessing of all! Thank you MMS!

I would like share my experience to anyone who is considering care at Chestnut Knoll for their loved one. Literally everyone from the administrators, the nursing and activity staff, to the housekeeping and support workers have welcomed both of my grandparents into their "new home" as if they were family. Anyone who is making this huge decision knows it is not easy for the individual receiving care or those of us in the family who require the support. You want your loved one to feel safe, happy and cared for when you are not able to do it yourself and that is exactly what I have found at Chestnut Knoll. I am grateful that my grandparents are having such a positive expierence.

I had an opportunity to tour several places in Lynchburg for my dad but when I ran across Heritage Green I was impressed. The community was clean and inviting and the staff greeted us with smiling faces. I had no idea on how start with the process of finding my dad a home but Ta'Shauna in the marketing department held my hand and made the process so streamlined for us. I will be forever grateful for Heritage Green and all they have done for my dad. He's so happy and we all love seeing our dad so happy.

Heritage Green has been amazing when it came to finding a home for my mom. Every time we visit mom is happy and engaging in activities with the other residents. I can't imagine finding a better place for mom, she is really thriving in that environment and I look forward to seeing her happy on each visit I make. It was a long hard choice to find a place for our mom to go but when we found Heritage Green we just knew that was home!

We are very pleased with Traditions and my mother-in-law is very happy there. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful.

Keystone Villa Douglasville is a quality community in every way! From marketing, to application, to moving-in, to transition...KV's team is top notch in every way. I can exist assured knowing Dad's in good hands getting the attention he needs in elder years. Thanks, KV...for all you do!

After touring several facilities in the berks co PA area, Keystone, by far, was the best and only choice for my mother. I can't say enough about every face of this facility. From management to wait staff, steller!! Clean, organized and most important genuine care and concern for their residents.

The staff at Keystone Douglasville have been very encouraging and caring with my Mom. It was very difficult for her to leave her home but she is healthier and physically and emotionally since she moved to The Villa.

We love HG! The environment is so clean and well maintained! Food is good and staff are friendly! Lots of great events for both family and residents! The bistro is the best!!

Heritage green is a wonderful community. The staff is friendly and kind to the residents as well as their family and friends. The facility is very nice and the food is good too! The activities director is very attentive to the residents and keeps them involved with activities on campus as well as takes them out for lunch or out to shop or maybe just for a scenic ride and and a treat! We have been very happy with our mom's experience at Heritage Green and highly recommend it as the place for your loved one!

Heritage Green is a wonderful place to live. There are a lot of things to do. The activity director is very personable. The people and staff are really friendly and always willing to help.

Chestnut Knoll is an outstanding Facility, The staff from top to bottom take the time to make sure all the residents are happy. I have two grandparets that live full time here. They are always happy and content. There are plenty of activities to keep them busy and active. I never have to worry about how they are taken care of. The staff is helpful and respectful. Heritage Green is a great place for your love one’s care . It’s a family atmosphere here ! The Administration is very nice and they care about the families that come here .

My 81 year old mother, who has moderate dementia, spent a month in Heritage Green in Lynchburg this spring for respite care, and it was a great experience for her and our whole family. The facility is perfectly clean, has an updated look and is pleasant and comfortable with a number of different areas for the residents to spend their time in. The staff is outstanding and could not have been more welcoming--everyone we encountered was warm, caring and competent, and they seemed to know all the "tricks" to help manage people with dementia in a kind but effective way. We chose Heritage Green for her respite care in large part because of the facility and staff, but also because they offer a multiple daily activities, seven days per week (a lot of other places do not have activities on weekends, which we felt was a big problem). The residents seemed to love the activities which ranged from outings in the van, to hymn singing and music, to games and reading aloud. My mother enjoyed all of these, and the staff occasionally sent us photos of her participating, which our family appreciated. The food seemed very tasty and was fresh and hot in the dining area. My mother was clean, appropriately dressed and seemed to be very much enjoying herself whenever we stopped by (and visitors are welcomed any time, no notice needed). We will definitely choose Heritage Green for future respite care, and when the time comes for long term care, we are so happy that we have found a place where we feel confident my mother will be happy and will receive excellent compassionate care. Greenfield at Lansdale is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was a little out of my uncles budget, otherwise I think he would love living there.

An Excellent facility - highly recommended. From the minute I walked into The Birches, I knew this was the best place for our mom. I met with [name removed] in the Marketing Department who was gracious and calming. She worked closely with me to answer every question and sometimes even more than once since the process was rather overwhelming. I left feeling hopeful that this was the right move. Placement turned out to be much sooner than I anticipated but none-the-less, another call to [name removed] and she made it happen. I felt so supported and relieved since I was visiting from Florida and had no support people with me the following day when I knew that "day had come" to place my mom. The room is beautifully appointed and large. It is bright and cheery with a lovely view of the outdoors and 2 large windows. There is also a spot to store snacks, a small refrigerator and microwave...........and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! My hat is off to Housekeeping!! Each staff person that I have met has been very caring and helpful towards myself and my mother. The transition has been tough but the staff have reached out and embraced her as a new resident - not to mention several new friends that my mom has made. The Waite staff in the dining room are very patient and do their utmost to please the residents. The meals are very good with several choices at each meal and then there are always "constant items" for those that love their Grilled Cheese or PB&J. Activities and varied and plentiful. The activities therapist encouraged us to join in and learn a new game as she instructed us all - step-by-step. Being a Registered Nurse and having been in numerous facilities that work with the elderly, I am so pleased and that my mom is here.

My Mother was living at Birches for a couple years, The care was top notch! They hire very nice people and nobody is left behind. Lots of activities to keep them going. Meals are very good. The place is kept very clean. It's a place where you would like to retire and meet lots of new friends and get the utmost care for a fair cost. [Name removed] the Director is very nice and she is always in touch. [Name removed] the head nurse is "In touch with all that comes his way". He kept me informed about any issues my mother had. The staff who helped my mother in her daily routine ( ie. getting in and out of bed and bathing and keeping her busy through out her day) were the best! She was Known as Aunt [name removed] to the staff and she was treated like family. Also this place has its own onsite physical therapy (FOX).

Traditions of Hershey is very family oriented community, families are welcomed and encouraged to visit. Good Food. Great Entertainment. Provide transportation to appointments. Apartments are very spacious. Front porch is a great place to sit on rocking chairs with other in the community. Great staff. A variety of activities from Wii, bowling, bingo, holiday parties, and happy hour. "It doesn't get any better than that."
