My mother [name removed] loved it there. We didn't know what we were going to do. Heritage Green made it so easy to get my mother there. Everyone was really nice. The staff is great.

In general, I cannot complain about anything. It's clean. The help is wonderful. And if you have any questions you just ask and they all do what they can to help you.

I am very happy here, you are well taken care of. The staff is always willing to help you. The apartments are very nice. You always have a variety of food to select from. Next month I'll be here for five years. I recommend this place to anyone.

Shout out to Traditions of Hershey - Mom, who is 95 years old, has been a resident at Traditions of Hershey for 5+ years. Our family is most appreciative for the care, compassion, hospitality and generosity provided by “Team Traditions” on a recurring daily basis.

The hardest thing I ever had to do was drop my Dad off at a new facility during COVID-19. Even though, prior to the pandemic, I had been to the facility and met with truly compassionate staff and knew Daybreak Memory Care Neighborhood was right where he needed to be, I was very sad that I had to say goodbye at the front door. However, through communication with [name removed] and other staff members I knew Dad was adjusting quite well. I am amazed at the care and communication from the staff at The Birches/Daybreak Memory Care Neighborhood show not only to the residents, but to their loved ones as well. I highly recommend this facility!

My wife [name removed] has the angry type of dementia. She came here in [date removed]. The staff did a good job keeping her safe and having her cooperate which took a lot of patience, she has progressed to later stages of the disease. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the staff also during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have done a terrific job to keep the residents safe. Their care and compassion is at the top of the bar.

I think it’s one of the best places my mom could possibly be. Everybody is very professional and very attentive to the people. I just hope there’s enough money for me when I get that old to be able to go in there.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, just great!! Building is clean, accessible to places in Reading. Residents are nice.

Where do I begin? I have nothing but good to say about everything here! The staff is great. They go out of their way to help us! The activities Director, [names removed] are wonderful. The marketing department [names removed]. Thanks to the crew from Fox rehab. We have exercise in the halls , all great people! I found a great home away from home. I already gave the kitchen a great review! I feel very fortunate to be living here. My late husband had a wonderful care here.

The Crossings are inclusive in all levels of care. The staff is very friendly. They have more amenities than the other properties I looked at. Their rooms are larger and they have washers and dryers in the units. Food is good.My parents have a balcony that overlooks the woods. The marketing staff was very knowledgeable and helped to guide me in the move in process.

My parents lived at HG for more than a year and we were very happy with the level of care they received there. The staff will treat your loved ones as if they are also family--in a good way! ;) They were consistently treated with TLC there. The therapists were terrific and helped my dad so much with his chronic pain, speech challenges, and range of motion. My mom enjoyed the activities and outings very much. The staff is really terrific across the board. The social events where they invited in the families and community were terrific ways to help keep our older loved ones connected, and I appreciated knowing who else in the community had loved ones there, helping us create a support system for each other as well. I highly recommend HG!

Our Mom has been a resident at Heritage Green Assisted Living for 3 years. The decision to have her live in assisted living was very difficult. We visited several residences in Lynchburg. She preferred a smaller residence with everything on one floor - she had a fear of getting lost. We knew we had found the right fit once we came to Heritage Green. Everyone was friendly and we could see that they truly loved the people for whom they cared. And it has remained that way for the three years she has been there. As a matter of fact it in many ways seems more loving. The staff keeps Mom engaged with lots of activities. The meals are tasty (first hand knowledge) and it is well maintained and clean. And they have been so vigilant through the recent quarantine. I so appreciate them all!

Traditions of Hanover has become my mother's new home. She is almost 89 and every time we talk to her, she is almost giddy with excitement about the amenities, the friendly staff, and the meals. We had the unfortunate experience of moving her in as the Covid19 pandemic was beginning but the staff made a difficult situation into a calm and pleasant experience. The staff took care to ensure the safety of the existing residents by restricting the movers to staying outside. The Traditions staff brought ALL of her furniture and belongings into her new unit. They were more than accommodating and helpful. Every aspect of the move, including a lovely welcome basket, was such a positive and pleasant experience for [name removed]. My mother hasn't even had the pleasure yet of enjoying the usual culture and environment that exists without a quarantine, and she already loves Traditions. The caring culture is truly apparent throughout the building. She is already thrilled by the current limited activities, with social distancing, that Traditions is providing and she is really looking forward to enjoying the expanded schedule of activities that is the norm. Recently, a staff member facilitated a Skype call for [name removed], who was able to enjoy a face to face conversation with her daughter and granddaughter in Switzerland. [Name removed] routinely comments on the helpfulness of the staff and the friendliness of the residents. It's apparent that the residents are happy and well cared for. It has quickly become her home. We feel good about the choice our family made after careful consideration of other local Independent Living alternatives. Thank you Traditions of Hanover!

Although the Covid-19 Pandemic prevented us from making our final decision on a Senior Community to commit to, WE WERE most impressed by Traditions of Hanover overall, [name removed] and his Staff! In our visit we experienced: The Staff, Facility, Residents, Resident Programs, Dining Facilities, Resident Activity Programs, Care Management, resident morale, general atmosphere and morale! If first impressions are the most accurate, our feelings are BEST EXPRESSED in a very famous family movie: "OH AUNTIE EM, there's NO PLACE LIKE HOME [T of H]! P.S.: Please be sure to speak to [name removed] and his staff; tireless caring special people!

*Loving...kind...patient...supportive...caring ...understanding...hands on...and involved! Those are the words that immediately come to mind when I reflect on the care provided by the Traditions of Hanover team...and it is a team effort. Each and every person steps up every day to make TOH a wonderful place to live! *Smiling faces...enthusiastic spirits...and loving hearts ensure our family members are well cared for, even in the midst of Covid 19. There are daily snack...walk through happy hours...and ice cream socials to keep residents engaged while still encouraging social distancing. *On Saturday, [name removed] (Marketing Manager) hooked my m-i-l up on ZOOM so she could connect with family from Florida...Texas... MA..and PA. Some folks she was actually meeting and seeing for the first time. What a wonderful Easter celebration! *Thank You...Thank You...Thank You TOH staff!!! We greatly appreciate your dedication and hard work...your selfless giving of yourselves... and your spirit of excellence! We chose TOH in 2011...moving my m-i-l here from Boston not long after. My family and I want to say "THANK YOU" for everything the staff has done for my mom and the other residents at TOH during this horrible pandemic. We are so appreciative of all the hard work involved in keeping all the residents safe and occupied. The entire staff has gone above and beyond what anyone could expect. The entire staff is so kind and caring. Each staff member relates to each of the residents on a personal level. The pandemic is scary and it is a comfort to know that my mom and the other residents are in such capable hands. Thank you again and I hope to be able to see all of you soon.

I love it here! The staff couldn't be any better. There's a lot of activities and things to enjoy. The food is also very good. I am so glad I am here!
