I am happy to live here. Most of my needs are met. There are many and varied activates. The staff is a loving and caring group of people. The life stories of the residents are so interesting and everyone is friendly.

We live at K.V. Are so well cared for, so this is the best place to be during the COVID pandemic. Practically no one here has gotten COVID and we hope it remains that way. The care is great and the food is great too. Thanks

We chose The Crossings at Bon Air because it was recommended from friends and members from our church. Everyone we talked to spoke very highly about it. The room sizes are more than adequate, they are very nice size. They also have options on different room sizes based on needs. During COVID, they offer to do facetime with the families and communication by phone. They have only had 2 cases of COVID since it has started, they have been really on top of it. I would highly recommend this community.

My mom was there for a short time. I would tell my friends, they were very great for the time and she was there for respite care. The food was good, and I was able to eat with my mom a couple of times. The food wasn't like home made food, but it was edible and I liked it.

We chose this community because of the price, plus it really meets our needs. My mother in law is living independently in her own apartment. We like knowing she is completely independent but has someone there 24 hours a day if needed. Some of the other facilities we went to seemed gloomy, but Traditions of Hershey was not. The room sizes are really nice, she lives in a studio and it is open concept. The bathroom is very nice size with a walk in shower. The apartments we saw are also nice size. She has never complained about the food there. Our favorite part about this community is the friendly, helpful staff. It is a perfect fit for my mother in law.

Wonderful place and staff. My step-mom and aunt were there. The care they both received was excellent. It is a caring place with staff that goes over and beyond. The activities staff is super. I will be forever grateful to them for years of great care to my family.

Peace of mind. That is the greatest value Heritage Green offers me. I relocated my mother here from her home. It was a difficult adjustment. Heritage Green went out of their way to make her transition easy. And now with the Covid issues, they have made my concern over her almost non-existent. I know she is in the best place. They have taken extra measures to make sure their residents and staff are safe, They have gone out of their way to find ways to keep them engaged. It has been difficult not being able to see her in person, but they have made it possible to remain in contact with Mom. They staff care about the residents and it shows in their treatment. I researched several places before choosing Heritage Green and no longer need to second guess my decision. I know it was the right one.

Can't say enough about [name removed] and how helpful she has been. She is working through our decision with us, and has been wonderful in every step of the way. She is never more than a phone call or text away. Above and beyond.

The staff is doing everything they can to keep us busy and I truly appreciate that I am also glad for the variety of good and how it is provided to us.

I love everyone here is so kind and involved and everyone here always waves hello and knows my name, it makes me feel welcome. I can't see much anymore so it was nice how people are always helping me.

I have been a healthcare provider in many communities over the course of 25 years. I chose Keystone Villa Douglasville based on location, cost and most importantly attitude and responsiveness of staff, starting from administration on down. There is a climate of care and concern that is not seen in many communities. Thanks for all you do! [name removed] Amazing nurse and person should be employee of the year!!

My father has been a resident at Keystone Villa for a year. Like anytime change occurs, there are many questions and concerns which can lead to anxiety. The administration and staff have helped alleviate those feelings. They answer every question and address every concern. They made the transition bearable and even pleasant. The personal attention my dad has received has made him feel loved, important, and like a member of "the family". He participates in all the community activities and some of the trips. This move was the best thing for my dad and I am forever grateful to Keystone Villa.

Keystone Villa did a fabulous job of taking care of my parents. They kept me informed, sometimes daily, of concerns and/or needs of both my parents. I couldn't have asked for a better, caring staff to attend to my parents' needs.

The activity department is awesome. Food is good. Good care by nurses. Did well keeping my parents safe during the Covid-19. Keep up the good work.

This was a very difficult decision (like for most families) to have my mom move from her home of 16 years into a personal care facility. I couldn't be happier once my mom settled in and began to feel at home. She joins in with some of the activities offered. Never expected that, since she wouldn't participate in any activities at her prior residence. I really appreciate the care mom receives from all the staff, also the interaction between staff and myself. "Great place for mom" I love it also!

This is an excellent place for mom. They do everything possible to keep her safe, comfortable and engaged. She can be extremely difficult and yet, somehow, they meet the challenge everyday.

I am very pleased with my husbands care - both physical and memory issues. No one is perfect. I could no longer care for him at home and I believe Keystone is the best option for us.

When I visit my loved ones, I see and hear heart felt commitment from the staff. The quality of care is genuine and personal . . . There is a feeling of safety and protection here, now evermore important, given the concerns of Covid-19. I love this place.

Our Birches experience with mom's care was an overall pleasant and extremely satisfying one. Making the correct decision on where to place a loved one in need of personal and/or memory care, can be wrought with tough decisions, questions and doubt. We feel that The Birches, starting with executive director and the staff gave our mom the dedicated care that we were hoping for.
