Even before my sister was able to move in she benefitted from a skilled, compassionate staff. COVID-19 issues were managed professionally and comfortably. The staff continues to be friendly while responding to residents' needs promptly and professionally.

The layout of Senior Commons was very accessible for all the residents, it had nice grounds with nice gardens. Everything was kept very clean. This community had bingo, music, church services and would even take little trips. Our loved ones room was very comfortable for him. They did serve a lot of chicken for their meals, but the meals were always well balanced, even if you were sick they would bring up your meal to your room. The staff members at this community were always very helpful, very nice, and very professional. They were always engaged with the residents.

This is a wonderful place to live at and is very safe.

At the moment we are currently having a few issues with this community, our loved ones just recently passed away and we are having trouble getting refunding on things we had already paid for. However, we really liked how friendly the staff was, and their willingness to explain things and to show us around when we first visited. From our understanding the food was okay, and the rooms at this community are very nice and very well kept.

My mother has lived in this community since January 2020. My husband and I are totally satisfied with the decision to move my 93-year-old mother from a private apartment. We feel that all her needs are being fulfilled. All staff is extremely attentive, kind, and knowledgable, etc. Thank you Chesnut Knoll.

Their menu looked great and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. The location is close to my daughter. If anyone I know is looking for a great place I will certainly give them [name removed]'s card.

This community is a little more on the pricey side, however the staff is amazing they are very caring. One thing we really liked about The Crossings was how when you entered the building it was very clean and had a warm welcoming feeling to it. The apartments my mother lives in look very modern which is really nice. She really seemed to love the food they serve, and since she is in independent living she doesn't need the care services they offer, but the staff is very good to my mother and they really do go above and beyond. .

I am resident here at the Birches... food is excellent and well seasoned, with a good variety. The team has been excellent and always willing to help. I would recommend new friends to join.

It's fabulous everyone is so wonderful, kind, caring, and giving. I love it here - I call it home.

I like that I don't have to cook and clean.

I'm glad for the safety at Keystone Villa and the friendliness of everyone.

It has been nice living here and now I get to run word games every Monday. Helping [name removed] has been fun, and I can't forget choir. We have fun!

This is a very great place to live. All the staff are the greatest and very willing to help. There are many activities to take part in and meet other residents. It is the best.

I've lived here for 5 years and I feel they are doing a great job of taking care of all of us. This has been especially hards since March, but the staff has been equal to the many challenges.
