My Dad was a resident at Senior Commons. Even though his stay was brief, he was treated like family. The staff is so professional and very outgoing and friendly. I would recommend this community very highly.

It's a very nice place to live. We've lived here 2 years and 3 months. The activities are very welcoming. The staff and residents are very helpful. I don't think anyone here has a mean bone in their body. The staff cater to our needs. We go to the grocery store and [name removed] will pick us up when we are ready. There's a lot of comradery between the staff and residents. I've always felt welcomed.

This is a very family friendly place to live! The staff and residents are great people. I'd recommend this to anyone as a great place to live. On Friday afternoon's I help run the resident happy hour and BYOB. I have lived here for 2 years. I'm really comfortable here!

Heritage Green has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly to visitors, residents, and each other. The facility, inside and out, is always clean and inviting. The residents all seem happy to be a part of the Heritage Green community and are eager to engage with other residents. Heritage Green is always my first choice when asked for recommendations for assisted living in the area.

Visiting friends at the Manor has always been a pleasurable experience. From the garden entrance to the crackling fireplace in the atrium to the friendly staff, I always feel relaxed and welcome. It is reassuring to know I have found a home that fits everything I am looking for in the future!

We have lived here almost 5 years. We came here willingly. It has what we need. No stairs, cleaning service, food served 3 times a day, comfortable apartment, nice people!

I have an uncle who have been lovingly cared for at Heritage Green since 2014 in the memory care unit. He is 92 and is still going strong! In 2019 the family had to face the emotional challenge of the sudden task of providing care to his 88 year old brother and 86 year old sister. I have been simply amazed at how the staff at Heritage Green responded to our needs! They have shown professionalism with empathy that helped put my concerns at ease. They made arrangements to have the brothers share the same room! I thought it was phenomenal how they worked with the family to provide a smooth transition during a stressful time for the family. Everyone was so please how everything worked out! Then things got really amazing three months later when we learned that their sister suddenly needed assisted living and had to move from out of state. Oh, no! Here we go again the family thought. Heritage Green was not my aunt’s first choice but because of the family’s experience with Heritage Green we decided we better have Heritage Green as a back up plan. Boy, are we ever glad we did! All the staff at Heritage Green stepped up and came through where others did not. Heritage Green were genuinely happy as well as the family to have all three of the siblings together! My experience with Heritage Green has been amazing and I truly felt blessed to have them in our time of need. They treat us like family and they have done a phenomenal job of looking after my two uncles and aunt. Thanks to all of the staff at Heritage Green from the bottom of my heart! ??

I am glad that my dad spent his final year and a half with the caring staff at Chestnut Knoll. They treated him with love and respect and were very friendly, kind and open with me. I was particularly impressed with how well the staff knew the names of every patient and interacted with them at all times. I visited my dad every week and never once saw an incidence of anger or frustration directed towards a resident. I appreciated their care.

Welcome to Keystone Villa! The friendly, bright, and peaceful surroundings are evidenced immediately. We enjoy the many activities offered daily; such as music events, games, appreciation of History, poetry, movies, arts and crafts. The meals are always enjoyed. There is so much variety that all tastes are satisfied. The facility is quiet, comfortable, and clean. We are blessed and happy to be part of the Keystone Villa family!

I recently had a two week respite stay at The Birches Harleysville. Retiring from the food service industry after 40 years, I enjoyed many meals at senior living communities. Food is a very important part of the resident experience. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the food tasted. I'm a soup person and I would give them 5+ stars in this area. They are all homemade. Also, I enjoyed the Fox Rehab team. Their physical and occupational therapists were outstanding, genuine and very helpful.

What's not to like...you don't have to cook or clean!!! Staff is very efficient. Residents are wonderful friends. Lots of activities and Church in the Chapel on Sunday afternoon. A great way to spend your "older years"!

Best decision I ever made was to come here when I realized how difficult it was becoming to live on my own due to very poor vision. Now I don't have to worry about keeping appointments. There are all sorts of stimulating activities and I have made many new friends. Life is good!

Life is much easier for mom living at Chestnut Knoll. She is happy and has made friends. There are varied activities throughout the day for her to participate in. Staff is awesome. They are always friendly, accommodating and patient. Staff checks on each resident every hour. The peace of mind knowing mom is well cared for is invaluable.

We had to quickly find a place for our mom when she had a serious fall and could no longer live alone. Manor at Market Square (MMS) was suggested and the call was made. The very next day two folks from MMS came to see our mom and us. They were patient with us as we struggled to make those difficult decisions. Once mom was there we worried how she would adapt to these new surroundings. Every staff member, from administrators to direct service staff, made every effort to meet our mom's every need. I can honestly say mom could not be cared for nor loved more in any other setting. We know she is safe and content. And that is the greatest blessing of all! Thank you MMS!

I would like share my experience to anyone who is considering care at Chestnut Knoll for their loved one. Literally everyone from the administrators, the nursing and activity staff, to the housekeeping and support workers have welcomed both of my grandparents into their "new home" as if they were family. Anyone who is making this huge decision knows it is not easy for the individual receiving care or those of us in the family who require the support. You want your loved one to feel safe, happy and cared for when you are not able to do it yourself and that is exactly what I have found at Chestnut Knoll. I am grateful that my grandparents are having such a positive expierence.

I had an opportunity to tour several places in Lynchburg for my dad but when I ran across Heritage Green I was impressed. The community was clean and inviting and the staff greeted us with smiling faces. I had no idea on how start with the process of finding my dad a home but Ta'Shauna in the marketing department held my hand and made the process so streamlined for us. I will be forever grateful for Heritage Green and all they have done for my dad. He's so happy and we all love seeing our dad so happy.

Heritage Green has been amazing when it came to finding a home for my mom. Every time we visit mom is happy and engaging in activities with the other residents. I can't imagine finding a better place for mom, she is really thriving in that environment and I look forward to seeing her happy on each visit I make. It was a long hard choice to find a place for our mom to go but when we found Heritage Green we just knew that was home!

We are very pleased with Traditions and my mother-in-law is very happy there. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful.
