We were looking into another community that was not open yet and they told to come here to see what the new one would be like. This community was a little to far away for us. It is a gorgeous community that offered a movie area and a bistro. The staff were nice and helpful.

They were wonderful to help us find exactly what we needed for my parents. Very accommodating and patient with us. I would highly recommend them.

Bella Vista is AMAZING! The staff are caring and involved in each persons residency there. My mother is flourishing. I have seen a light in her that's been missing in recent years since Pop passed. She is active / engaged and receives therapy there 2 X's a week which is paid by her insurance. There was a noticeable difference in the sense of "community" from the moment I walked in - I knew this was the right place for mom. It eased my heart -since the move was inevitable for her needs, I had no distress in moving her here. She has made friends from day one and the food and service there are impeccable.... Highly recommend you call Windy and Chris and schedule a tour !

The only small issue I have is that they are a very Mormon community and they do not offer other religious options for sunday church. They staff seem to be very patient and really good. They community is kept clean. The food is not great. She is not yet participating in any of the activities offered.

Beautiful facility with excellent meals! The management staff lives in the building and are wonderful, caring individuals who personally interact with residents on a daily basis. There are pull cords in each room. I haven't used the care services. I gave the Activities a lower rating only because the facility is new they are not going full steam yet. I love visiting my Mom there.

Managers very helpful. Food very good! Friendly atmosphere. Activities can be somewhat redundant (bingo all the time!). Would like to see more exercise classes geared toward more handicapped as well.

So far everything is going very well for my mother at this community. She has signed up for 90 more days, she really enjoys it here. She has a very nice room, and the community is very nice and clean. The staff is really good, they are caring for her very well. She is trying many new activities. She likes the food, they do sever well balanced meals. I would say if you don't need a lot of assistance, this would be a good community for you.

We had a great visit to Olympus Ranch, I thought it was a wonderful place, good food, friendly staff, clean & bright. Unfortunately it didn't work out for the person we were hoping might be able to live there.

My mother has been at Carolina Estates for about 6 months. Recently my sister and her family visited for the weekend. After a day of being busy, out and about with family my mother returned to her apartment at Carolina Estates. She settled into her favorite chair and said, “It was a great day but, it’s nice to be home”. That is a wonderful thing to hear from someone who 6 months earlier was very apprehensive about moving into a retirement community. Mom loves the meals and the general environment. She always has praise for the management pairs – both Keith and Patty and Jack and Marisa. This has been a wonderful change for her.

The staff is very friendly and learned my husband's name very quickly. He loves the food and the activities. They really do an excellent job getting residents to participate in the special activities. Another selling point was the driver and transportation options available, as my husband has not been able to operate a car for 9 years. I

Carolina Estates provides great care to my mother. She always has wonderful comments about the staff and food.

This is a very nice, relatively new facility. It always seems to be clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. So far, we don't really have any major complaints with the place. Communication is pretty good here.

The staff here is excellent. The nurses and the staff have been attentive to all of our needs in a quick and professionals matter. I know my mom is in a great place .

Stoneybrook is a beautiful facility and it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very caring and they are good with the residents. There does seem to be a high turnover rate, but I think that is just how the business is. Overall, a pleasant experience

Things are going well here. He really seems to like it. The staff is nice and friendly. The facility itself is clean and well maintained and the other residents are nice. Overall, I think things are going very well so far.

Will highly recommend this facility. A family member moved from Florida about 6 weeks ago, it went smoothly and we are very pleased with our decision to choose this facility. Marketing staff are accommodating, food is gourmet style and the facility décor is very attractive.

I was checking around for a good a place for my grand-aunt and I was impress with this one out of a bunch of others I visited. The environment is warm and friendly and the food that is superb ...I just have to commend the chef for doing a great job. I believe that my grand-aunt will be well taken care of here. Please keep up the good work!

This retirement center is simply wonderful. The food is excellent and the residents are treated with respect at all times. Daphne should be voted employee of the year for her sincere treatment of residents and family members. I would recommend this retirement center to everyone.
