Overall they do a great job here, I'd give them 5s across the board. It's a nice looking place, and the staff are friendly and keep everything looking well kept and clean. The care seems good, and I can't really think of any way in specific that they could improve!

After visiting this wonderful establishment, I felt a sense of friendship among the other residents. The staff is extremely courteous, and issue of Safety was uppermost in my mind. I feel my mom is safe and well taken care of at Parker Place. Mom is enjoying independent living for the first time in 17 years and is enjoying her lovely apartment. She is enjoying her wonderfully prepared meals, and has not only made new friends; but has found old friends living in her complex as well. I simply cannot say enough about Parker Place.

Visited here and liked it very much and it was close. The managers were very nice and they lived there. They did not have any openings at this time. My daughter is not comfortable with my mom going into an independent living facility because of her Alzheimer's.

Great place....looks like apartments from the outside but they are all connected from the inside. Residents look happy. Always impressed with how these managers know the names of the people. It's a good fit for my mom except for the price. Cliff was good to give me some options to consider and offer his assistance in pursuing these options.

This facility Carriage House gets all 5s, we love the place! We're out there all the time to see our Mom and we've never seen anything other than a 5 in everything that they do.

My husband and I visited here last weekend. We are very impressed with The Highlands and are looking forward to bringing my father-in-law for a tour. If all goes well he may live-in for a trial period.

Very positive experience. Tom was fabulous! Answered all of our questions and concerns in a very sensitive way. Talked directly to mom. The facility was clean, bright and an overall positive feel!

We don't use any of the care help yet but from what I've heard they seem good. The food is pretty good. The maintenence could use a little improvement, if you have a problem in your apartment, they come right away, usually, but the guy sometimes doesn't really seem to know what he is doing. The price was a big factor, and the newness of it, and the friendliness of the managers and sales people are the reasons we picked this over others that we looked at.

My mom has been there a couple months, she misses her house but she is adjusting well. Staff is the nicest that you could find ever. Very, very clean and well maintained. The only thing to leave a bit desired is the cooking. Everything else is just great. The staff, I can't say enough about. My mom is in independent living, and they offer three meals a day. Breakfast, big lunch and then a smaller dinner like a sandwich. They have a bakery and they have really good baked items. We chose because the room that was available was a very close proximity to other amenities, which we thought was important.

Excellent - It was beautiful, and clean. Wonderful with caregivers that were super responsible. Food was good. It seemed like the people were higher socioeconomic classes. They were friendlier. They were not dementia people. Just a regular apartment. There is no assisted living available.

They were wonderful. They took time with us and they answered all my questions. They were genuinely concerned about me and my situation. My mom will be staying there as long as she can. She really has enjoyed it. She liked the people and the atmosphere. The food is great - she says it's too much but she has a small appetite. They have activities. She really enjoys the fact that they take her to the temple every Wednesday and she goes to the Sunday evening moving that they have. She talks about putting together puzzles and things. She enjoys the company. The location is nice. Mom could walk around in the area if she wanted to. I think it was a good choice for her.

I was very impressed with the place. Lots of different size studios to choose from. Reasonably priced. Marianne Cox who showed us around was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. My mom & I especially were in awe of the artwork on the walls & the knick knacks & unusual decor along the halls. Very unique. Like a museum. Liked the little patio on each unit. Laundry rooms were a good size. Did not like the strict times for the meals. Also breakfast is too early. 8-9am. Should move it up to at least 8:30 to 9:30am. All in all a very nice place. We weren't too pressured to rent. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs.

My in-laws were here for a bit before moving to assisted living. It was so nice. The staff was awesome. They had lots of programs. They had puzzles all around, and people could play games. They had a library. Summit Glen is more for people that don't want to have to take care of their home anymore, but don't need assistance. They can be independent but yet be near people. They provided three meals a day, but my in-laws also had a kitchenette in their own apartment. The cost was dependent on how much square footage, and it was reasonable.

The manager, Cliff, was very helpful in getting me moved into this great place. The food is tasty and varied with special touches to make it appealing. Can tell there has been care taken in choosing workers who are not only hard workers but are caring to those of us living here. I feel wanted and cared for. Visitors are welcome which gives it a homey feel. All in all I am glad to be here and hope to stay for a long time.

Everything is going fine, my mother is a little reluctant and hesitant so it's really hard to see how she'll like it. The palce is extremely nice and everybody is really friendly. The staff is phenomenal, it's basically my mother that's the problem. I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to talk to the activities director to see how she's doing or how they're encouraging her to participate but for the first week she was on vacation. It's a phenomenal place, it really is. It's more like a resort than a retirement community. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that it wasn't a typical nursing home and it was an actual retirement community. I thought it fit her needs, it was so nice and the staff was so friendly.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Like living at a country club.
