Best place for my mom. Beautiful, safe and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised moving into Parker Place,especially after being so disappointed in my past places to live.I really didn't think you'd come up with anything worthwhile after talking to some your people .In any event all's well that ends well.Thank you again.

What a wonderful community!!!

My mom loves the place. She tells me that everyone is friendly. When I first mentioned that we should go look at the place she would not go, now she tells me she wishes she had of went sooner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I found it fantastic. The people that work there were just wonderful. I found them awesome, the premises and everything, they have just been amazing. They have been very accommodating, it's well maintained and lovely. It is a great place for those who are more independent. We were only there a short time, but I really am going to miss them. They have just been wonderful.

This is a beautiful place with lots of art work framed and other excellent amenities. They are 99% occupied at this time. We saw a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment that may come available soon that we liked very much. It was one of only two they have like it and is 848 sq.ft. It is $3995./mo. includes 3 meals daily, all utilities, on-site mgrs., emerg. call system, comp.ctr/wifi. Lunch was impressive.

They seem to be really on the ball. I’d like to have more low sodium food. In my experience, they are very clean. I’m very happy with the activities that are offered and the level of care provided. They are all really great to my mom.

They are extraordinarily good. They are outstanding.

Chesterfield Heights is a beautiful facility that is run by a wonderful couple. We scheduled this visit at the last minute and Glen made us feel very welcome when we arrived. He sat down with us before our physical tour and got to know us and what we looking for. We loved the property, especially the courtyard area in the back. We met a few residents who all just loved the other residents and Glen and Valerie. We were very impressed with the many different floor plans. This property is in a beautiful part of Chesterfield County. Thank you Glen and Valerie for making us feel very welcome at Chesterfield Heights.

I really like this place a lot! I really see no areas of improvement here! They do a great job! We received a very quick response from them! They are a fairly new facility and we found them at the right time! For the price, it's amazing! You won't be able to find anything at a more reasonable price! It has worked out great!

This is such a great complex! The ammeneties are really great! From what we see and hear, the activities that the director puts on are great! It's just a matter of getting our loved one involved! We have had a couple meals there, and the food is very good! This place is like a cruise ship, but without a pool! We're thinking about this for our future as well!

We're very happy with this place! They're doing a great job so far. Our loved one has been here a few weeks and they're doing everything they can to help ease the transition and get her settled in. The employees are all very friendly, and they're great about giving us feedback on how she is doing. The facility itself is brand new, and very clean and beautiful. They have all sort of on-site amenities, such as a full size community kitchen, a hair dresser, and good transportation options. The facility is also located in a very nice area with good access to nearby banks, grocery stores, and a senior center down the street. The one area I think they could work on a little is to have a bit more variety in the regularly scheduled daily activities. They've always got something going on, but I'd like to see them mix it up a bit. Definitely worth your time to tour!

The place is beautiful! The Carriage House workers are so friendly and beyond helpful. They made my dad feel at home immediately. Also, the residents seem very happy there. Terrific place!

I loved the people I met and it's in a good location. I put down a general deposit on an apartment but need to visit the property once it has opened.

Bella Vista Senior Living is like a resort in the mountains of beautiful Asheville, NC. It is very upscale with wonderful amenities; grand living/dining room with large fireplace and library on the main floor, Chef and Sous chef, a mini movie theater, game rooms, business and laundry services, etc. The apartments are well organized, have ample closet space, and come with balconies. The grounds are beautifully manicured and have gorgeous views. Most importantly, the staff & management are competent, warm, friendly, & caring. I feel very comfortable knowing that my Dad is in great hands, safe, & happy. His only regret is that he didn't move in sooner!

Everything is good! There's really nothing I could think of that they need to improve on. It is definitely a little expensive, but it is a really nice place! The food is also very good, and I would rate it a 5. We decided on this location mostly because of the great location, and the staff was very nice!

It is a beautiful place. My dad's very happy there. He said he hasn't found anything to complain about! The staff are great. Everyone that I have met have been very nice and informative.

I have nothing but good things to say about the place, my loved one lived here for a few months and they were absolutely fantastic. It is a very very well run community, the facility itself is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and they have all sorts of activities going on. Definitely worth a look if you are searching for independent living!

Everyone I have met and have had personal contact with at Meadowlark has been wonderful!! Doug and Mary Wells the Marketing Representatives for the company are simply fantastic! When we started our journey of trying to find my father in law a place to live that will meet all his care needs but still give him the independance he so desperately wants we had no idea where to start this whole experience was complety new to us. They held our hand through the entire process we couldn't be any happier with our decision but the best part of it all is my father in law is happy!! Phyllis and Larry in the office are so friendly and since my father in law has been there they have went above and beyond to make him feel welcome!

It is a six for cleanliness or more, it is so clean. It smells really good! It's beautiful! It feels like you're on a cruise ship. They have a wonderful weight room and exercise room. It's a very nice workout room all very safe, really efficient. I love that place, I'd live there myself, I don't worry about him at all. They have a nurse here. He can be free and live regular but there is assistance if he needs it. The food is to die for, it's amazing. They get three huge meals a day better than any restaurant you can go to. He thinks he died and went to heaven. Amy with A Place For Mom was so helpful, I was lost, she totally helped me and gave me all kinds of options and checked up on me all the time. It was like I had someone there holding my hand and helping me through each step.
