We're very pleased with how things have been going at Pioneer Ridge, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a very nice looking place, and they do a great job keeping things looking well kept and clean. The staff are all very friendly, and they seem to genuinely care for the people that live there. My Mom has really seemed to enjoy her time here!

Olympus Ranch was a great choice for me. It is bright and cheerful, and is a well kept building. My apartment has many windows and is a well lighted and inviting. The food is good -- sometimes excellent.

This was by-far the best experience. Very warm welcome and excellent and friendly management. You are behind though in your information as the Peer's are no longer there. The entire experience was very favorable and enjoyable. However, as I have mentioned before, and explained to them, that I am not ready to make a move/decision at this time. This would be a high contender however,

I took my mother to look at the facility and stay over night on our way to fl for vacation. She did not want to make the move to Wilmington until she saw the facility and the wonderful staff and residents who live there. We rented her room on the spot and she can't wait to move in on the Aug. 9th

Prestone appears to be enjoying himself, residents are friendly, staff are helpful. Facility is well kept, meals are good, grounds are beautiful.

I'm very happy with things here at The Rio Grande! It's a lovely looking community, and is very clean and well kept. They've got all sorts of activities and amenities available for the residents as well. They've got an exercise room, a billiards table, and all kinds of activities. I also think they do a great job with the food. They've got fresh baked bread, all kinds of drinks, and the entrees are usually very good!

It’s brand new so the activities are still developing. The staff is friendly. Everyone is very accommodating. The food is really good. There is enough parking, but they could use car ports – there are only six carports.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for my loved one. Based on what we saw during the tour this was a very lovely looking facility! The apartments were a nice size, and it looked like they had quite a lot of amenities they offered to their residents. This place appeared to be slightly more appropriate for more able-bodied residents, as they didn't offer a few of the small day-to-day assistance services that we wanted for our loved one.

Steeplechase is wonderful, and my mom is SO happy here! She had been in an assisted living facility and I was unaware that she could live in this lovely independent living facility with outsourced home health care to ensure she takes her meds and gets help with bathing. It is far superior to the ALF option, and the staff here is awesome! She loves her apartment, the beautiful facility, and especially the food - dining room is her favorite place! She has made some new friends and is enjoying the activities, so we are very happy with her move here. Her quality of life has improved 1000%!

We love that dad is so happy at The Rio Grande. At 95 and deaf he is still doing great and we don't have to worry about him living in a house all by himself. Has his own apartment but the security of living in a close community. He has made lots of new friends and enjoys all the activities available to him. He can't wait for the park being built next door since he loves to walk and enjoy nature.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living for a loved one. I thought this place looked very nice! It was clean, the staff were friendly, and they appeared to have a good amount of amenities for their residents. Our loved one already decided on another community, but this one is certainly worth a look!

We are extremely happy with it. There has been such an improvement for our loved ones. There have been no concerns or problems. The activities girl is a doll. The food is wonderful, I love the way they are introduced to what each meal is by the staff. The rooms are spacious. I love this place!

The Carriage House affords a lovely atmosphere of friendliness and concern for it's residents needs and desires. The meals are well thought out and prepared by professional chefs, one of which is a pastry chef. They are delicious and served as they would be in any lovely dining room. The amenities include one of the nicest swimming pools I have seen, screened in to protect from the bugs but full of warm water and sunshine. There is a charming movie theater on site, designed as many new theaters are, with declining rows and comfortable seats. The movies are well selected and popcorn is available. A library is situated on the second floor and a well equipped exercise room on the third. Game playing tables can be found throughout the facility in the spacious alcoves. Even a pool table is available. Ice cream and homemade sweet delights are available 24 hours a day. The staff prepares daily activities which include excursions, shopping expeditions, entertainment ( which has been outstanding), games, discussions, and many things too long to list. The residents have proven friendly, helpful and interested in the lives we live here as a family. My husband and I moved into Carriage House a few weeks ago which brings up the question, how can you write such a review with so little time on the premises? I have recently had surgery so was apprehensive of taking on the move so shortly afterward, but since our home was within minutes of the Carriage House, we spent a great deal of time here. I met residents, ate meals here and felt at home before the final move in date. Because of ALL the physical help, encouragement and sincere concern by the staff, the move was made with ease. I believe it is the very best home for us for many many reasons. I am originally from a large Mid-Western City but have traveled extensively and lived in several foreign countries and have enjoyed a very satisfying career in Education and the Fine Arts. I have spent a great deal of time in other Facilities of this nature, either as an employee, for a short time during my Father 's stay or as a visitor. None come close to The Carriage House. The staff makes the difference! Two managerial couples live on the premises making them, not only those running and responsible for things, but residents, of a kind, too. In our, fleeting , youth and middle age, what ever that includes, we don't foresee ourselves as living anywhere other then our own homes. With the right positive attitude, The Carriage House gives us all the comforts of home with time to "Smell the Roses".

My loved one’s don’t participate in the activities, so I can’t really speak to them. Pioneer Valley Lodge is a great place to be. The parking is okay. The food is great. They’re a clean and friendly community.

We love them they are wonderful. It's brand new. We shopped around and they were the best value, they are one of the few that gives three meals a day. They are really good chef prepared meals, and they are very gracious and very accommodating. There is always something going on. The movie theater. Everything so far has been working out very well, and nothing is too much for them to do. The open house that they did was just incredible. They were going to be taking up the dining room so they made sure to give all the residents a box lunch ahead of time. The residents got to participate in the open house. The coolest thing they did though, was that morning at breakfast, they thanked the residents for allowing the staff to throw a party in their home. Their philosophy is you don't live where we work, we work in your home. They were amazing at responding.

It's brand new and clean. The staff is amazing, I would give them a ten. They go above and beyond. They have only been open about a month, and they are adding new activities all the time. I've eaten there at least ten times myself and the food is very good. If you don't like anything, they will make you something else. It's part of a chain, and is well funded. We liked that it was new and that she wasn't going to be the new kid on the block, and they work very hard to make sure nobody feels that way.

I am excited about my coming move to the Highlands. It exceeds my expectations of what an independent Retirement home would be like and fulfills all my needs I did not have any treason to spend a long time in making my decision that the Highlands was the right place for me Apart from all the wonderful benefits & amenities the most important for all retirees is the financial arrangements There is no huge down payment which seems to be the usual retirement home requirement. In fact it is no more expensive than staying in one's own home. Everything apart from Telephone is included in the monthly rates!

Whispering Pines is a brand new facility and thus it is in top notch condition. The food is really good and the staff is really helpful. They were significantly delayed in their opening because of issues with inspections, however, they bent over backwards to assist with extra costs my mother incurred in extending her apartment lease. They had some issues with moving everyone in when they did open. None of the staff had experience with moving so many in all at once. But things have evened out now. They had a fabulous and very impressive grand opening in April. My mother's apartment is roomy and quite gorgeous. (Of course, it is her own furnishings) but she has a large one bedroom apartment and very adequate storage space and living space. So far Whispering Pines has exceeded my expectations and my mother is VERY happy there. The place is beautiful and very natural light filled. My complaint with some of the other spaces we looked at before choosing Whispering Pines was that the spaces were dark. This surprised me for a senior living community. The staff is very personable and helpful and there are many activities and a happy hour once a week.

I love Camden Springs! The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. The food is delicious.
