I just walked in unannounced to get some information and from what I saw, it was a very nice place. The staff is very professional and I would rate it a 5 from what I saw. The community gave me a good feel for what a Place for Mom has to offer.

The manager there, Doug, is super friendly, very accommodating, very attentive, and just all around wonderful. They let my mother in law stay there in their guest quarters for a few days before moving in to make sure she would be happy and comfortable there. The food also has been great. It has just been a really good overall experience.

It is too early to give a review, as my mother doesn't actually move in until December 26th. However, when we visited and moved her stuff in, Brian and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. I am sure my mother will like it very much here.

We toured this community when we were searching for options for a loved one. I absolutely loved the Colonial Gardens and everything about it. They make the meals for their residents and even take the residents shopping on Fridays. The only thing that was not good was the studio was a bit too small for my mother for the price. Other than that, I loved everything. Unfortunately the monthly cost was too high for it to be an option for us.

I can't really think of any room that they have for improvement. It could have been a very difficult process putting grandmother in a home, but they understood very well everything involved and how to make the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. It's been a very good experience, the place is nice, and the people are wonderful. Grandmother is very happy there at Glenmoore and we would certainly highly recommend it.

They are doing a great job there. My parents really like it. They enjoy the food, and it's clean and the staff is friendly. We don't really have any concerns. It's working out quite well.

They are fabulous. We don't have any concerns. She has made lots of friends. Even the food is good. Overall they get a five on everything. We are very glad we found them, and chose to move in there.

This is working out really well. She is having a really nice time there. It's very nicely kept, and the staff is friendly. She is making friends and joining in the activities. They had a little hiccup with the chef, but that is getting back to normal. We are very happy with it.

The people at Southern Pines are very very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate different needs. They also deal with difficult situations as they arise extremely well. For example, mom recently left the stopper in the sink and created a small flood, but they were very nice and understanding in dealing with and taking care of the issue. I would highly recommend them. Five stars!

It has been very good. She loves it. They really made the move easy. She loves the activities, she goes and exercises all the time, and loves the food. And they even let her stay there a week in a guest room, while we were getting everything moved, to make the transition easier for her. They have been just great.

Beautiful surroundings. Mom liked it the minute she walked in.

Everybody has been real nice and friendly, and the place is very nice and clean.

We've had a great experience with Northridge Gracious Retirement Living so far. They're very attentive, and take great care of the people who live there. They understand how important a good social life and daily routine are for seniors. They are an independent living community, but they have quite a lot to provide in terms of amenities as well as safety features. We toured quite a few communities when we were looking, and this was our absolute favorite!

Salishan Retirement is a very nice place overall! The managers and people who work here are all very nice people, and they've been very helpful throughout the whole process. The facility itself is attractive and well kept. I'm glad to have found this place, and happy to be here!

My father stays at the Olympus Ranch. It's a great place, great location as it is conveniently located. Great services. Really caring staff, very patient, professional and superb. We would not have known about them, we are grateful for your services. You changed our lives. Without you, we would have never known about them at all. so, thank you! Breakfast is a little early, but it's a good breakfast and great food. It's a great place.

We found the managers extremely helpful. It is a lovely place.....clean, bright, cheerful.....and every resident we passed had happy, smiling faces. I can't give them enough stars!!!

I really liked all of the activities. The food is very good, and the managers are absolutely wonderful. The managers take the time to get to know everyone who is there. They have a genuine caring for everyone. They have various sizes of apartments. My mother absolutely loves living there. She likes the people who are there, the food, and the activities. They have pretty much something for everyone in activities, so my mother has found two or three things she likes to do, she has made several friends, and she has fit in real well.
