Although we have not moved our loved one in quite yet, we have been absolutely thrilled by all the help they have provided us, and the compassion and thought they've shown! The Highlands is run by two husband and wife couples, and they obviously take pride in the cleanliness of their facility and the care that it provides. They were very accommodating in setting things up with doctors, and in making sure every tour we took with every family member went well. They've got so many activities here that our loved one is concerned we won't have time to see them all!

I toured the community with myself and grandma. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly greeting and the enthusiasm of all the resident we had the opportunity to meet. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. They made me feel as this was her home already . We are looking forward to returning with grandma and other family members. I would highly recommend Sterling Heights.

They have done a really excellent job assimilating my dad into the community and making sure he is well taken care of. The meals are also very wonderful. They have been really responsive and helpful in every way possible. The staff is amazing. We are definitely getting our money's worth.

My loved one is happy here. The Colonial Gardens is a nice and clean community. The food is good. The atmosphere is wonderful. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I can't rate the care services because I am not sure about it. I rate the activities 5 stars. The Colonial Gardens is a nice community. Very nice.

The overall welcoming was wonderful. They welcomed my parents with open arms. The meals have been wonderful and very nutritious. They been very accommodating with my parents having 2 little dogs. They were able to put a fence which is wonderful. My mom got sick and they were able to bring meals to her apartments, which is very helpful. They also have a home health care organization called VITAL Wellness. This is an extremely clean, friendly place for retired people to live and to be able to make friends with others!

There are not enough kind words to describe Cottonwood Estates. When I was desperate to find a place for my mother, Melissa, thank god for Melissa, at A Place for Mom recommended this place. I made that phone call and spoke to Mark. Then reality set in and I let fear take over. I cannot recall how many times I made appointments to tour and didn't show. My husband went and met with Michael and his wife, ate lunch with a few of the residents and was just enamored with this place. I still was just hiding my head in the sand. Mark did not know me, had never met me, but didn't give up on me. He probably doesn't even know it but in a gentle way he forced me to deal with what I was afraid to do. If not here then somewhere, but you have to make a decision for your mothers sake. Thank God for his gentle demeanor and all of the time he spend WAITING on me. My mom has been living at Cottonwood Estates now for 2 months and I am seeing her get some happy back. I cannot express enough the genuine care that the team at this place has for its residents. I can breathe easier now and relax a bit knowing she is more than well taken care of .

My mother has only been here for one week. So far she has really enjoyed being here. I find the staff to be very friendly. My best go to person so far has been Cynthia, she has always done her best to help me day or night. I know she has a very hard job getting everyone settled. I know she will be leaving sometime, I will miss her, and wish she was staying. The other people that have been truly a lot of help has been Colleen, I believe that's her name, she cleaned my mothers room, and also always a big help at meal time. My mother really likes her. Always checking on the residents. So in my rating, I think its a little early, but so far I am very pleased.

Cottonwood Estates is a reasonable price from what all the service they offer. The food and activities are good. The staff are awesome they take you in like your one of their own. She is very happy there and thats all that really matters.

Blown away by the care, concern, helpfulness and friendliness. We were all treated so kindly while we were placing my brother at Highlands. I would recommend this place for all who can live independently.

The staff at Desert Springs are just amazing. After taking the tour of the facility and committing to the move to Desert Springs, my Mom fell and was in the hospital and rehab for almost a month. The folks at Desert Springs got her apartment ready and had her belongings moved in so when she got out of Rehab she could move right into her apartment. The staff made her feel very welcome and she is excited about being there. They have also accommodated all the family members who have been helping my mom and been staying the night until she is healed. We all feel very comfortable with Desert Springs.

Parents are extremely happy and refer to Summerville Estares as HOME.

Summerville Estates is a wonderful place. My mother loves it. The apartments are large and services excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend Summerville Estates to anyone looking for a place for a family member.

They seem to keep an eye on him and if there is any any problem they let me know immediately. My brother happy with the staff and facility is clean.

When I became a recent caregiver to my Aunt I became a nervous wreck. She was so use to living in a place where everything was right outside her door. After being in the hospital for a month, social services said she couldn't be alone. I was at my wits end trying to constantly stop my life and cater to her. Then one day I saw an ad about Sterling Heights, and I was eager to arrange a visit. From the time we walked through the door my Aunt said "this is the place for me". She has been so content since she moved in. I thank my lucky stars every night that there is a place like Sterling Heights. The people are so nice.

Very clean facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. The only thing that I would change is the availability of a Medicare approved home health service. Everything else is great.

They were wonderful moving her in and setting her up. They could improve on the food.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place, and probably my favorite that I toured. Everyone was very friendly, and the facility had a lot to offer the people who live here.

What a great place. It was amazing. I spent time having lunch with 3 of the residents and they had great things to say. This seemed more of what my mother would like. More social, lots of activities and plenty of room to visit. Rooms were really nice. Scott was so helpfull in showing me around. The price is more affordable for my mother.

This retirement community is great. They have a wonderful staff. My mom loves the friendly atmosphere. The activities are lots of fun and plenty to do. The Managers are very helpful. I thank God everyday for helping me find such a wonderful place for my mom.

The Stone lodge takes care of cleanliness very well. On the news they had trouble with a virus, but they shut it down very fast and they took care of the problem. They took care of the residents very well. They worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. The staff is very friendly. There has been some change over, and it is a hard job to work, but they are very friendly. I believe for the money, they have done a wonderful job. My loved one is very happy there. The food is a good variety, and they work with her vegetarian diet without being repetitive. She has been happy with being able to eat there. It has been a very good reception. They do activities in the community. They go out to eat every so often. They have a bus to take people around. They have people come in and do different things, though she doesn't always participate. She can come and go as she pleases and we can visit her. She really enjoys the community.
