Mom loves The Rio Grande. It is beautiful. Mom is thrilled. The staff are great there. It is the newest facility that we looked at. There are two managers there that are so sweet. She did come from a larger facility where there were a lot of staff. Like when I come with some heavy things and I need help there aren't as many staff helping. But really that's not a complaint and something I am sure I can talk to them about and resolve. Mom says that all the residents seem happy there. The staff really try with the activities. Mom is super healthy in how she eats and the staff really worked with her needs regarding that. It has gone beyond our expectations. I am so happy with this facility. It is a perfect fit for her here.

Looks like a very nice place, but my dad does not want apartment-style living right now. He is interested in a more house-like option, such as a leased patio home in a retirement community with optional assisted living care available.

I have been just very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the activities provided at Parkrose Chateau. At this point I don't see anywhere that needs improvement at this facility. I have actually been impressed at how quickly I have adjusted to being here, especially coming from a large home. My one bedroom is spacious enough to feel comfortable in.

I enjoyed my stay there at The Rio Grande and the reason I left was because my daughter was in California and I really needed to be near her. But the people were friendly and the managers were great.

I am actually very nit picky and Bella Vista is really clean even to my standards. The staff are excellent listeners and they are problem solvers. The staff are just perfectly tasked there. It is pricey here but she has a large bedroom. The staff members are universally concerned about everyone. They have a lot of activities and they communicate them and describe them really well. Let me put it this way, I would like to live there myself. Sometimes parking is a challenge but I hate to see the natural environment go and really when I really need a spot I can find one. That is the only issue I can even think of about this facility and that's really not an issue. The staff are very effective at what they do here. It is such a lovely place.

Part of their pitch to bring my mom up to Whispering Pines was they said they had assisted services but I am finding I have seek outside help on some things. They are only doing physical therapy with her and I really need a companion for her. The activities are not spectacular and I would say need improvement. They are pretty good most of the time but I feel like they could add a few more things.

They seem to have a problem keeping staff for the lunches and dinners at The Oaks. I think they need to vacuum the carpet a lot more than they do. Since my mom has been there I haven't seen them vacuum once. Other than that the people at this facility are great and everything is going well. I just think they have a staff shortage at this facility.

I think it's a beautiful place. They are very quick to respond if an incident occurs. They really show that they care about the residents. We haven't had a lot of time to really explore the place but so far I am pretty happy with them.

Wish the price per month was based more on their income instead of a standard price. It would be extremely helpful for those of us who are trying to give them the best life possible in their elderly years.

All of moms needs are being met at Chesterfield Heights. She is really happy at this facility. I would recommend this place to anyone and in fact I have to several people. They now have their loved ones on a waiting list. I went and visited two other places before deciding on this and they didn't even hold a candle to this place. The staff is so efficient and just on the ball. The facility is extremely clean. I am super impressed all around here.

Nice place! It's always a hard adjustment, but my mom seems to be doing well. Love Frank and Sherry. Very sweet and extremely helpful! Brandon is also a great guy! These people's hearts are in the right place. They are genuinely caring individuals!

What's not to like? Brand new place, lovely residents/awesome staff. You can as active as you want (or inactive). Movie theater, chapel, library, media room, big screen tv, live music Lmost every weekend! Managers & Asst Mgrs are amazing people. Chef-cooked meals 3x day plus snacks available round the clock. Come see this place. They will do what is necessary to meet your needs with in reason and then some. Hurry, they are filling up! Been here almost 3 months & glad I found this great place. ?????? Oh, did I mention ice cream round the clock? ?? ????????????????Pet friendly!?????? The weather has been beautiful this summer! I haven't seen a drop of rain here yet! ?? Guest apts for visitors. Rooms for celebrations! Grand piano! Activity Director, exercise tech and gym here, too!

I really can't think of anything they could improve on. The food in particular is excellent. My mother loves her apartment, which is in a convenient location on the first floor with a back door to the outside. This is a very pet friendly community, which is very important to my mother, as she is able to have her dog and cat there. So far my mother seems to be very happy there.

We placed my Motherinlaw in Carolina Estates about a month ago. So far we couldn't be more pleased. The Management Team of Keith, Patty, Kyle and Nedda could not be nicer or more helpful. My motherinlaw is 94 but still mentally sound and gets around with the help of a rolling walker. She has quickly made many friends there, loves to play cards and bingo as well as go on outings for lunch etc. There are also many other activities available that she will slowly grow into. The food is excellent and served in a very pleasant setting. The head of maintenance, Jamey, is also very responsive to any issue and is truly liked by all the residents. We highly recommend Carolina Estates in Greensboro to anyone looking to place there elderly loved ones into an environment that is safe, friendly, active, and one that truly treats its residents as if they had joined a second family. They have a big turnover of their staff, which is probably the biggest thing for me. Also the housekeeping isn't very good, they do very little housekeeping. They are suppose to come in once a week but they don't do that much. There isn't a whole lot of activities. There are some, but they are very repetitive. Other than that it is okay.

Our experience with Carolina Estates has been a very good one. They've been a huge help throughout the whole process! They were very communicative and informative during the sales process, and kept us up to date on their vacancies. When it came time to move in they really bent over backwards making sure that it was a smooth, easy transition. It's just a very nice place, in general!

It is for my mother and I am very happy she is able to be there at Northridge. They seem to be welcoming, trying to bring her in and making her feel right at home. They have made it a pleasant experience.

The only things that concerns me is security. There is no gate and anybody can come in and out. Mom locks her door, but it's still easy access. Other than that, they are really magnificent. They may be a little shorthanded, but everyone pitches in with a very positive attitude. Their activity director is very good and involved. The atmosphere is very nice, and the place is very clean and well kept. My mother is very happy there. She is one of the youngest there, and she just enjoys it immensely. The overall experience for me and her has just been wonderful. I would highly recommend it, and have recommended it to others.

My loved one says that the food there is really good and that the staff does a great job of looking out for all of the residents and taking care of them.

We don't live near there, but Meadowlark Estates went all out as far as offering us the tour, and a place to stay while we were helping my loved one get situated there. The staff was very helpful and the food was very good.
