Best place visited to date. Staff are very attentive and friendly! They answered all questions thoroughly. Food is fantastic! Residents were all happy and loves it there. The entire site is clean, well-maintained, open and cheery. Love the layout of apartments %26 studios. Easy access to all area as well as laundry. Amazing wonderful community!

The staff members at the Parker Place facility just do everything great and I cannot complain about anything that they are doing. I also cannot think of any improvements that they need to make to the place.

The facility is great. I think they are doing a great job. I can not rate the activities because my mom does not participate in them, however they do offer them. Overall the facility is doing a great job there.

So far we have been pleased. We haven't had any issues at all. The maintenance and service of the facility itself, are wonderful. The people are exceptionally friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness is right at the top they go out of their way to maintain that place. The mangers live there on site so they are always there. The food is excellent, better than we ever could have expected. They were hands down the best place we saw there was no two ways about it. I would give them a five plus!

The staff at the Rio Grande were most helpful and welcoming. From our first visit and tour of the community, to my mother's move in a month later, our family was supported. At one point, my mom changed her mind about moving (last minute jitters), and David encouraged her to come back for some additional visits. As a result, mom will be moving into her new apartment at the Rio Grande on January 15th. We have a large family, and my mom has insisted on taking everyone for a tour before she moved. The staff at the Rio Grande have been most gracious about providing tours and delicious sample meals. The Rio Grande feels like a real community where people care about keeping your loved one safe and happy.

We love it here. The staff is wonderful. other residents are wonderful. it's just all wonderful.

I like the overall friendliness of the staff. The staff is great. I like how they serve the meals to the residents. I also like how they take care of their clients. They do a good job.

The facility is brand new, great place. Everything seems to be going very well here. We do not have any type of issues or anything that needs to be improved.

It is very clean here. I picked the place out myself and I have only been here a short time. I really enjoy it here. Family is important to me and I picked up because my daughter sold her home and she is closer to me here. Family is very important to me. I also picked it because of the advertisements.

My aunt moved in and the place is great. She is very happy. The people are very nice. The place is clean and well kept.

She has been there a couple of months. The staff is nice. She is a person who stays to herself and doesn't go down very much. She said the food is pretty good.

They just lost their activity director and won't have another one until January. I like the warm atmosphere they have created. It's just beautiful.

Carolina Estates is a very charming place. It is tastefully decorated and always clean and pristine. The staff is amazing and they put a lot into the care and well being of the residents here. The activities and celebrations that they have are wonderful and you can tell that the residents really enjoy themselves.

The facility is really nice and kept very clean. The staff is very helpful and caring. This seems like a very secure place for the residents here.

It was a very good experience. The owner showed us around and gave us a tour and walked us through everything to give us an idea of what to expect. They are very thorough and friendly and accommodating. I feel good knowing my sister is safe there and the people care.

Last week i took a day to tour different senior retirement homes for my grandmother and i must say i stopped by the highlands and i was amazed,the staff was warm,welcoming and friendly,the place was clean and there was genuine concern about the residents. i visited around the lunch time hour so i was able to have lunch and it was awesome,i also had small chat with the chef and was happy to find out that his number one priority is to ensure that the residents are healthy,so besides good food,there is also activities that keep the residents active and my grandmother is never the one sit around. I am impress by all i have seen and heard while i was there so i'm definitely gonna put my grandmother here.

My Grandmother called Carolina Estates her home for the last four years of her life. As her primary care giver, I spent a lot of time with her at CE. I found CE to be a warm, welcoming environment where the residents became a second family to her. Rita in the salon, the maintenance, housekeeping, and kitchen staff were friendly and caring. The management team of Keith,Patty, Kyle, and Netta are attentive to the residents needs and well being, they were supportive and accommodating to her, and our family's needs. There is always something fun going on at CE if residents choose to participate, family members are often invited to join in too. She especially enjoyed shopping trips and outings on the bus. Maintaining her independence was most important to her, and at CE, she was able to do that. Thank you! :)

It's a very good place. We haven't had any complaints. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's really working out well. I would rate them a five out of five.

My mother has lived there for a month; so far it has been a wonderful experience. The food is great; my mom has some special dietary needs and they have been very helpful in determining what works for her. The best part so far is the friendliness of staff and residents. My mom really enjoys mealtimes, relaxing and visiting around the table. She also enjoys the activities. [removed] check out facilities on your own and you have more leverage. Easy to do online.
