Hawthorn Senior Living, LLC

This is a superb retirement community for Boise-area seniors. It has an excellent food service, daily activities that are attractive to a wide variety of residents, and a focus on safety and support. My mother resides there and loves Salmon Creek. I encourage you to tour and check it out!

Our experience with Northridge Retirement Living has been a good one, I'd give them top marks across the board! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they've taken care of all of my loved ones needs. It's a very nice place, overall!

It was fun watching Ashwood Meadows being built. Mom got to select the exact room she wanted. Her move in went smoothly with the moving company they recommended. She quickly has become immersed with new friends, crafting, movie nights and Chapel on Sunday afternoons. Everyone has been extremely accommodating from helping us fax important documents to driving Mom to update her driver's license. I feel so much peace knowing Mom is enjoying her new home and that the staff is there to lend a hand when I'm not there.

They are the best. They aren't there for the money they are for the community that lives there. The staff is great and tries hard to keep the people up and moving. They are great.

Bella Vista has been a perfect fit. I think they have gone through some management changes. I think that is going to take some time. Any time I have an issue for any reason they correct it immediately. The food and service has been good. They have a nice number of activities. The staff are very responsive. We cant think of a better place. I highly recommend this facility. It is perfect.

Having my loved one placed at the Heatherwood facility was a good experience for all of us family members, We put her in that place coming from out of state, so they made it very easy for us to do that.

Great community. Friendly, managers do a great job, food is excellent, lots of activities, beautiful apartments, great location.

A very lovely facility with many wonderful features; however, since it is 100% filled, there was little to examine on an actual apartment/studio basis. Their wall art is incredible, as is the library and theater. Exceptionally clean, but way over our budget. Lunch was tasty but very small portions....was not asked if we wanted larger portions...dessert was exceptional... and a large portion!

It is very nice. She has not been there very long, but I am very happy with it so far.

The experience with Summerville Estates was very good. They did start up a new program where one of the existing residents was paired up with my mom for two weeks and introduced her to the environment.

We absolutely love this place. This is at the top of our list.

So far it's been pretty nice, Dad has been liking it. Some of the mechanical systems have had some issues, some maintenance issues things that take a little while to fix. Overall though we don't really have any complaints. We liked the location, and that the had all the things we thought Dad would need. They also had one of the fairest prices, for what you get.

As a professional fiduciary for the past 23 years, I have visited well over 100 residential homes and placed many clients. I am grateful to have discovered Scholl Canyon Estates. After placing a client at SCE recently, I have observed the services they provide and the high level of personal attention and support they give to residents, which ensures a safe and nurturing environment for elders and others. Even the outside care service they have contracted with gives excellent service. I believe that SCE is one of the best residential homes in Southern California.

At Jordan Oaks I really appreciate their open line of communication with me. The food is great here. I am very pleased overall with the experience. The staff are friendly. The facility is clean. I am very happy with everything really.

Liberty Heights is a 5+! Its been a wonderful experience! They are amazing they go over 5 stars I would have to say they are a 10. The staffing is always very vibrant and alive everyone is active always doing something. Certainly in good spirits and not moping around. the community the staff absolutely care my mother loves it, and hopes to recover and return soon.

Excellent, I just want to say Ashwood Meadows staffing is doing a fantastic job no words to describe my mom is really happy, I think it is an excellent place such a wonderful experience it gives them independence but at the same time they have the care they need. Planned activities and meals are prepared daily. Library on site exercise on-site, anything they need is at their reach. I have had a wonderful experience.

What they have done well was the manager and the assistant manager set up the tours that were nice. They went out of their way to make the transition as smooth as possible. They had the apartment ready. The maintenance guy is phenomenal. They have gone out of their way.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another Hawthorn community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one!

I think they do a great job overall at Ashwood Meadows! It's a nice looking place, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I like that they're sensitive not only to the needs of their residents, but to the needs of the families as well! They've been really helpful and respond quickly to any questions or comments we've had for them. I highly recommend the place!

Overall it has been a good experience at Pioneer Ridge. I do wish the staff did a little more checking in on the residents from time to time. It is. Mom seems happy there under all the circumstances. This facility was one of best places we've looked at. I am very pleased.
