They have been outstanding. I would highly recommend them. The facility is beautiful and clean. The food is good. the staff has been friendly and attentive. I really don't have any complaints. I have been very pleased with them.

We had a very small window of time to find a place for my mother-in-law. We visited several local properties. While each had it's own unique feel and personality, Whispering Pines was chosen for my mother-in-law. There were a number of reasons for our decision. One was that after seeing and talking to some of the residents we felt she would fit in at Whispering Pines. We had lunch there the day of our tour and the food was not only outstanding but we were very impressed that managers participated in the serving of the food. Steve and Roxanne knew each resident by name and interacted in a very friendly, caring and understanding manner. This put our minds at ease knowing our loved one would have some one-on-one interaction without feeling like she had a "baby sitter." The other deciding factor was the price. For the amenities included we didn't find a better deal. Being a newer facility and having such great staff we feel Whispering Pines is the perfect place for her.

Overall I think it's a great place. I am a little particular, but the only complaint I have is we had to take a one-bedroom until we could get a two bedroom when it's available, so that was frustrating.

I really liked the "Glen" Everyone of the staff were bright and cheerful. Some members had been there for 5 years. And they were straight forward when asked questions. Very clean.

My Mother loves the Highlands of Westborough! Scott & Alice Ramsay, and Christianna Pitts are truly committed to excellence. From their friendly smiles the moment my Mother arrived, to assuring me that she is settling in nicely. The Highlands of Westborough is an outstanding community, and I would recommend it to my friends that have elderly parents.

They've done an absolutely fabulous job at The Lodge at Wake Forest, I'd give them a 5+! The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and really try to make this place feel like home to the residents. Everyone is like one big family! I like that the managers (2 couples) live on the premises full time, and they really get to know each and every person that lives here! They really bent over backwards to help my loved one feel welcome and get settled in. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

We're very pleased with our experience with Shads Landing, overall! The director here really does a fantastic job. She is very approachable and easy to work with, and any questions or concerns that we've brought up she has addressed immediately. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional!

An excellent community entirely for independent seniors. Most other communities have a mix of independent and assisted living, and those facilities all seemed to be a majority assisted seniors. My parents would have felt out of placed being surrounded by others who were not very mobile and much more dependent than them. Camden Springs is not for assisted living needs, so it was a great fit for my parents to be surrounded by others as independent as they are.

So far we have been very, very pleased with everything! The managers at Jorand Oaks are amazing and it's also in a good location.

Estrella Estates has been a place of respite for my father in law while he waits for us to move. The facility and its amenities are top notch! The staff is kind and is well informed! My father in law's studio is sufficient gor his immediate needs. This is a very nice facility!

Scholl Canyon Estates is fantastic! They have a great activity schedule, the management is fantastic, and they helped me with during a difficult time with my father who's now back to being himself!

My parents are really enjoying the Oaks. There are a lot of activities for them to do. The Oaks takes the residents to the store and doctors appointments. The management staff is very helpful and easy to find. I would highly recommend the Oaks. My mother and father inlaw moved to the Oaks from a different independent living center and they like it better. The oaks is much more affordable than some of the others and they seem to care about each and every resident.

This place is extremely nice, has such caring staff and has so much to offer. We looked for a place for my husband's brother and Northridge didn't compare with the others. This is a well managed facility and we were impressed with how the staff knew the residents by name. Very clean, lots of activities and great layouts of rooms including the extra wide doors. Definitely would consider living at Northridge ourselves should the time come that the care is needed.

It's good, we like it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good. My parents love it there. I rate them very highly. No complaints here.

All they need is an elevator. We're very, very pleased. Thanks to Robert for helping us. Everything has been going great. My mom loves it here. The Steeplechase Gracious Retirement is a very nice community.

Overall I am very pleased with how things have gone at Parker Place, I'd give them high marks across the board. It's a great looking community, and it is always clean and well kept. The staff here are very friendly, and they really put a lot of effort into making sure new residents get settled in and introduced to everyone.

We have had a very positive experience with Summit Glen and would highly recommend them. They have been very friendly and helpful. Any time we have had any questions or needed any assistance with anything they have been there for us to answer and help out in any way possible.

Out of the several options, i chose Summerville Estates because of friendliness, activities, positive atmosphere, and convenience of location. The staff has a very helpful attitude and willingness to make visiting family members feel at home.

I requested information about places in the Indianapolis metropolitan area on the A Place For Mom website after hearing about it on the radio. Soon after, Mary Candler from A Place For Mom calls me, we talk, and then she points me in the direction of NorthRidge. She setup an appointment for me and I went and met Tim at NorthRidge. He gave me a great tour and the place is absolutely amazing. Everything from the building, to the grounds, to the appliances are all brand new. In fact, they just opened in late 2014. I was totally convinced this was the place for my mother. The staff are wonderful and you can't find a better place! Trust me when I say, see it for yourself and learn about all their services. Ask them about their "YES" pins and what that signifies. Great work NorthRidge/Hawthorn! Thank you Mary! Thank you Tim!

Our mother moved into Orchard Heights at age 92. This is the very first time that she has lived alone in her whole life. With the help of the staff and other residents Mom has adapted quite well. Orchard Heights is a beautiful, clean, well kept residence. While moving Mom in, I walked upon a kitchen staff meeting with one of the managers and was pleased to hear the cheerful exchange of ideas and friendliness between staff and management. I also walked upon a dining room cleaning session and was pleased to see the manager nicely instructing a staff member on how to clean the chair more thoroughly. The cleanliness is so very important to me. My Mom has had interactions with the housekeeping staff and the handyman and found each to be very helpful and nice to deal with. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Orchard Heights. It is a great relief to have Mom in a clean, safe, very managed environment. We do not have to worry about her.
