Everything about the Woods @ Holly Tree is fantastic. There are extra services available for all needs small or large. The clients who reside there all have good comments about the place.....their only complaint is that breakfast is being served too early @ 8am....but all the meals are great.

Had to relocate my mom who was living alone in Florida as she got older to be closer to family. Heatherwood is brand-new and beautifully appointed and an excellent value. We selected this place for her while she was in a rehab hospital so she moved in sight unseen and the look on her face when she walked said it all ...she lit up it is absolutely beautiful. She loves the food and the people and is adjusting very well.

I really like the place. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities or your lived one can be alone in their room with is very nice and comfortable.

Carolina Estates is a wonderful and friendly living environment for Seniors. The staff are wonderful, the meals are really great, and the activities they provide are fun and abundant. I have had the honor of spending a lot of time at Carolina Estates over the past year and a half that my grandpa was living there. I was always treated with respect and compassion and love from all. My grandpa sadly passed away January 9, 2015 with losing his fight with cancer. The management team of Chuck, Karen, Keith, and Patty are absolutely lovely people. When they heard of my grandpa's diagnosis in late October 2014, they bent over backwards to do anything they could to be there for us. Even after his passing, they still want me to come and visit with them and the residents that I have grown to know and love as my own family. They have the loveliest special occasions and celebrations. They go all out for the residents here and it could not be more appreciated. Like on New Year's Eve they had this wonderful "candle lit" dinner for the residents and family to attend. They served filet mignon with this wonderful real crab and asparagus topping in this wonderful sauce. They also had an amazing Thanksgiving feast and Christmas feast as well. They celebrated Veteran's Day in the most amazing manner that brought tears to my eyes. My grandpa was a veteran of the US Army and they honored not only the veterans, but wives of veterans who has passed. When my grandpa got diagnosed with his terminal cancer, we were allowed to have Hospice come in so he could stay at his HOME as long as possible. I was also there almost 24/7 and they even let me bring my dog with me. Now they allow pets there already but for them to let me bring my dog, was heartwarming and wonderful because my dog, Leonard, loved my grandpa so much. Lynn the activities director is wonderful, full of vibrancy and has a heart of gold. He help put together a Chanukah party for the residents this past year. For me and my grandpa that was important since we are Jewish. They include you no matter what faith or beliefs you have. To the staff and people at Carolina Estates all that matters is you as a person. I cannot say enough great things about Carolina Estates. And honestly do they have their down points? Yes everyone and every place does, but with Carolina Estates, when it is brought to their attention - the fix it right away. And that is key to being a great community. I am going to stop writing because it is very hard for me to do this so soon after my grandpa's passing, but I will add one more thing, He loved everyone, and he was truly loved there as well. Thank you to everyone at Carolina Estates for being my grandpas and my second family. He met a lot of amazing and kindhearted people there and so did I and I will never ever forget any of you.

This facility tops all of my visits! Studio costs $1955/mo vs. Steeplechases $1895. I can live with the difference. Very clean and no odors! My tour guide Robin was excellent! Studio costs $400 more than Marion, but offers so much more...looking at the entire package. Still 25 miles from doctors office and Marion just 13.5 All in all Carriage was a touch better than Steeplechase...although Steeplechase offered the best views!

I recently moved my Mother into the Palms facility and found it everything we were looking and wishing for. The staff is exceptional and more than willing to help with any and everything. The food is very good, plenty of activities, nice and clean rooms, and we picked up a good feeling the moment we first enter the beautiful lobby. Strongly recommend The Palms.

I think they do an excellent job at Oak Park Retirement. It is a nice looking, clean place, and everyone is so friendly! They've really gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, they even threw a small party for us! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior living in the area!

Everything has been great so far at The Palms! The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I'd give them top marks across the board!

This place is wonderful! My mom wasn't feeling well when she moved here, but the staff has made sure she was given care and attention to make her comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone! The managers have been great keeping me informed when mom had to make a trip to the hospital. They go beyond great customer service here.

I'm very pleased with how things have gone with Northridge Gracious Retirement Living, I'd give them high marks across the board. They do it all well here, the food is good, the facility is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are an independent living community, but they do offer contracted in-home care if you need any sort of assistance. I saw quite a few options in the area and this was far and away the best.

It's very nice. It turned out to be very wonderful with very gracious hospitality. She does enjoy her stay there. It's like a cruise ship, very splendid. They call immediately if something comes up. Ron and Nancy are running a good ship over there.

This place is fabulous, the managers Glen and Lori are very concerned with their guest safety. I can only think of positive things to say about this facility. It is very well managed, well organized and clean. It is Above and Beyond!

I think they do a great job at Estrella Estates! The people are nice, and really seem focused on making sure the residents are comfortable and healthy! The facility itself is brand new, very nice looking, and always well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking into care in the area!

So far things have gone well at Cottonwood Estates! We've been completely satisfied. The staff is helpful and professional, and they take good care of the people who live here. They are definitely worth a look for those looking into senior care!

They are friendly but they care for everyone there like they were part of the family. The different amenities stand out, they have a Movie Theater, game room and provided 3 set meals a day. They were close to us. We noticed that the management were actually concerned for the people there. I would say the cost could have been reduced. Maybe deduct the meal plan, for an option of either a 2 or 3 meal plan. My mother is only taking 2 of the 3 meals provided.

They are doing a great job. Things are going really well. It's clean, and the staff is friendly, and she eats three meals a day. We are really happy with it. I am thankful that Carol with A Place For Mom, helped us to find this.

The community has great activities every day and Dad is slowly joining in. Desert Springs is a very good value compared to others we visited. The staff is helpful and very accommodating. Our family relocated from Michigan. While still waiting for Dad's furniture to arrive, the staff and community made sure he had a furnished unit, which we felt was very thoughtful. They are taking good care of him. Desert Springs has a terrific exercise room and the food is very good. We're very happy with the decision to choose Desert Springs for Dad.

Excellent facility, but there was no way mom could use the stairs to take the dog out.

We are delight to have our mother living at Carolina Estates. Keith and his wife (and the rest of the staff) are exceptional.
