We were very impressed from the drive in to the final goodbye. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The main building including the dining room and common areas are nicely designed, clean, and comfortable. The laundry rooms are accessible and clean. Mom is sensitive to odors and commented that there is no "old people smell". [name removed] is amazing. She is welcoming, made a thorough presentation, answered all our questions, and even gave us some questions to ask when we go on other tours. We came away with an understanding of the difference between assisted living and aging in place communities. We really like that she and her husband live on-site. Mom and I will do our due diligence and look at other places, however, I strongly feel Bella Vista will be her first choice.

This facility was wonderful. It was very clean and really nicely set up. If it was up to me my mother in law would choose to live here. I feel she would be very happy.

Was very much like apartment living but with safety perks for elderly. The tenants were incredibly friendly and it was low pressure as far as sales. I respond well to low pressure over high pressure as I prefer right fit to "let's get your dad in an apartment TODAY!"

AWESOME PLACE!~ Five star all the way from the staff to the food to the beauty of the art work in hall way. The residents are peaceful. They are happy with activities and socialization. There is alot to do and the energy there was 100% positive! The residents are as family, there is this spirit in the place of love and caring. My husband and I are very well traveled and been around quite a bit. This place made me feel like I was home! I was at such peace there. I am so grateful to have this wonderful home for him!

Mom really liked the size of the apartment. Which means that she can bring most of her "stuff" with her. Liked the "feel" of the place.

Very impressive facility with lots of things for seniors to do. Everything is clean and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Excellent place; have a friend there. Only draw back is there are not enough apartments on ground levels for tiny porch and view other than parking lot But I realize a place can't be perfect.

[name removed], that veggie Shepherd's Pie with green beans was the best meal I have eaten in a while. At the top of the price range for moms budget however, Pioneer Ridge is almost perfect

It will be 2 yrs in May that I made the decision to move into Magnolia Heights and I have not regretted it for a minute. I've made many good friends and taken part in many activities that would never have been available if I was living alone. There is a special atmosphere here of being taken care of by the whole staff that cannot be overstayed. Magnolia Heights is my HOME.

Nice feel and we liked that the managers and assistant managers are on-site 24/7. But as with some others it is too far from the things we love-the friendship center and main street in sarasota.

Very pleasant visit. Friendly staff, well-maintained environment. Studio is small, but balcony and large windows made it comfortable. Common areas are attractive and usable, and they expand the living space.

I visited recently and took a nice tour with [Removed], Ass't Mgr. Very impressive place in every way. Cheerful staff. Residents interacted with me in a warm, friendly manner. Plenty of decorations and pictures on the walls. I was invited back anytime to simply hangout and absorb the soothing atmosphere.

To begin with, this place is fabulous. The food is great and their staff has gone above and beyond for my friend. She has been going through a tough time but through the care from the facility they have been helping her to do better. She’s slowly beginning to get out of her room a bit more often and her starting to go out of her comfort zone little by little. I hope that this continues because the staff here is just fabulous. I cannot say how great they have been including the managers and the assistant managers. We have been very impressed. Their food is amazing. They have an executive chef that really does an excellent job and is very well trained. The meals that are served are very well balanced, not overly carb-ed, and even the desserts are not that extreme. My kids and I encourage her to stay here forever because of how great of a place it is.

This is the wonderful community for great care. We liked that the staff made her feel at home and it offered that warm feeling to the residents. We liked the cleanliness of the community. The menu offers a nice variety. Activities for the residents. We would highly recommend this community for the care and good value for other families and their loved ones.

My mother is enjoying her time here in this community. It is working out well, and we pleased. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is good, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends. It is working out well for us.

I am happy with the care that I receive from this community. The staff are always attentive and make sure that I have everything that I need. The community is always very clean and I like knowing that they take good care of the property. They have an excellent variety of healthy meals. There are activities for me to participate in. I would highly recommend this community for excellent care for others

The staff have been great. They have bent over backwards to make sure mom is well cared for. The chef has visited a couple times to make sure the food is ok and to see if they can do anything else for her. Mom has gained strength and is doing better health wise. This is a peaceful and good feeling place. The community offers everything you could possibly need. They have a community bird that welcomes you. This community is in a good location and it has a homey feel to it. I would recommend this community.
