I stopped in to look at the community for my parents who live in New Jersey and was really impressed with every aspect of the community. I felt very welcomed upon my arrival. I called the day before and got into look the very next day. The community looked very clean and I had already looked at 3 communities prior and was definitely blown away with this particular community. You can tell that the staff is very caring and I know my parents will benefit from living here. The cost seem to align with what my parents need and it is all inclusive which is beneficial for my parents.

The Woods at Holly Tree is an excellent place for seniors to live. I especially liked the walking path with the pond view. The people working there seemed great, and the staff was excellent. The facilities are good and overall the community looked very clean a place that I would love to see my mom. Out of all the places we have looked, The Woods at Holly Tree stood out the most. We even met the chef and was delighted by the wonderful food..... Thank you for the help

My Dad moved into The Oaks in September and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, from our first few visits to check it out until now. The warm and friendly management staff is always available and eager to provide whatever services they can to make my Dad and the other residents comfortable, safe, and happy. We have enjoyed many excellent meals there with my Dad, and he enjoys the comfortable movie theater and well-stocked library. The staff and residents have made Dad feel welcome and at home.

Five star community all the way!!!!! This place blew our minds as we were struggling to find the right fit for dad. The Woods at Holly Tree made us feel right at home with the caring staff and lovely residents. I would definitely recommend the community to others because it does feel like family and the food is truly amazing.

I had a very nice experience during my tour at The Woods at Holly Tree.... The residents and staff seemed so kind and caring and a place that I would feel good placing mom... I was impressed with the view, apartment size and location.... I have narrowed it down to this community as I believe it is a great fit for mom.

My mom enjoys each day with neighbors, play cards or checkers in the atrium, and eat chef-prepared meals with friends in the dining room. They have a big game room and media lounge where social activities like bridge, art classes, yoga are offered. Outside, lush green walking paths and a community garden provide space to soak up the sunshine. The Woods at Holly Tree is all inclusive and offers all levels of care.

The staff could not be better. They are gracious and caring and always happy to help with whatever you need. The facilities are well maintained and any problems were addressed right away. They have done a great job recovering from the hurricane as well.

I have been a resident of The Woods at Holly Tree for 6 years. The community is welcoming and the staff is caring. We have activities through out the day 7 days a week. The food is amazing! Our Chef puts his spin to the dishes and it is so tasty. I highly recommend the Regency House for you or your loved ones. The experience is like no other....

Visited this community yesterday and was amazed how thoughtful, caring, and the attentive they were to me and my mother. After touring numerous other Independent communities we have finally found one my mom can call home. I highly recommend The Woods at Holly Tree to all who want to be in a caring atmosphere.

I made an appointment with the sales person there and had mom moving in within one week. The community understands the different issues our elderly loved ones may have and makes everything as easy as possible for the residents to live life in a caring environment. I have witnessed firsthand a great improvement in mom by living here and have gotten to know the caring staff very well. The residents also look out for each other and say hello when i visit mom. The community is very clean, great food and a ton of activities. Mom is never bored here. They even have live music and holiday events on a regular basis. I am so thankful I found a place for mom that feels so comfortable and knowing that she is happy as well. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for a place for your loved one as this is by far one of the best around.

My family toured The Woods at Holly Tree for my mother. The staff was amazing, personable, professional and so welcoming. The community spaces are very nice. The apartments are large, clean and appointed. I have toured other communities and the square footage of the residents apartments do not compare. Thank you very much The Woods at Holly Tree for the gem we found for my mother. She is truly excited and we can't thank you enough. The location is very close to everything in Wilmington. I would highly recommend The Woods at Holly Tree as a consideration for your loved one.

We had been looking for a place for our dad for close to a year as he wasn’t ready to leave his home. I had spoken with The Woods at Holly Tree and they invited us in to tour and have lunch with dad.... We had truly lost hope in dad moving because he didn’t want to leave his home but we knew it was the best thing.... My dad fell in love with the place and after hearing all positive things about this community we were able to confirm it firsthand.... My dad felt right at home and had it not been for this community our dad would still be at home and not living his full potential life around others. Thanks to everyone at the community

This place was a true Godsend. We were struggling to find dad the perfect home. We spend a lot of time searching places in Wilmington..... We were sent over by members of our church that bragged about how great The Woods at Holly Tree is. We were blown away by the friendly people, cozy atmosphere and beauty of the community. The halls were gorgeous with paintings all along. The rooms were emasculate and spacious. We are indeed happy with our decision.

I visited The Woods at Holly Tree with my mom. The staff was fantastic. The activities were great. We saw a few things while we were there, including a puppet show and a singing event, which were both pretty impressive. Everyone seemed to love them. The food was great. The activity section was great. They have a library, a game room, an exercise room, physical therapy that comes in, a Bingo room, a computer area. They have everything. I could go on about this lovely community. I truly want to thank the staff and residents for making us feel like we are right at home. Based off my observation the community had a very warm welcoming feel that made it stand out among other places we saw. I would definitely reccomend this community.

Hands down the best community in Wilmington, NC. There is a lovely setting with spacious grounds. The folks are friendly, both the residents and staff. A good many activities planned to include outings. The food is delicious and nutritious with several choices. Nice lounges and a cozy library. Convenient to medical facilities. It’s a perfect choice for my loved one and I am so glad we picked this community. I would highly recommend this community to others searching for a place for their loved one to call home as it is exactly what we were looking for.

My mom has been at Northridge since April. The facility is very nice and homey with nice decor, couches all around for sitting and socializing, comfortable commons with activity room, game room, fireplaces. a library and theater. It is extremely clean and well kept. The activities are varied and plentiful and the activities director is outstanding and personable. This is an independant living facility but they do have priority rehab available on site for physical therapy and of course visiting nurses can come in. Maids come to vacuum and clean once a week and there is a full time handy man for any needed repairs. There is also a shuttle bus if needed. My mom loves all of the special programs they have for various holidays and musical guests that play during some meals. She also likes almost all of the meals which is saying something! She can be picky about levels of spice, quality of meat, how vegetables are cooked etc. So overall a great experience. The only real suggetion is to put a handicap door (power open) on the dining room bathrooms so it is easier for people with walkers to get in and out.

I have lived at Carolina Estates for eight years and it has been a very happy time for me. It has met all of my expectations and even exceeded them! Our management team is exceptionable in their commitment to make our living environment the best possible. We have excellent food and food service, our environment is kept exceptionally clean.
