Things are going wonderful at this community. Mom is enjoying some of the daily activities and she is making friends. The staff have been wonderful to them. They have been courteous, receptive, helpful, kind and made them feel welcome. The food is excellent and the community is beautiful. I would recommend this community.

My sister & I toured the community since our parents, Chesapeake natives, are currently living in FL. We were VERY pleased with the atmosphere, staff, food & cleanliness, just to mention a few. We just can't say enough about our experience. Our parents have decided to join the Willow Creek community in the fall. Needless to say... all of their VA family & friends are looking forward to visiting them at their new home & meeting their new friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the reception desk to the sales manager, dining wait staff and anyone else we have spoken with. The room was very clean and it had the amenities we required. The monthly cost also included cable tv and internet, electricity, water and garbage and weekly housekeeping. They will even change the bedding if we like. It offers a library, billiards, game room. There are washers and dryers on each floor for tennants. It is definitely the best value around for the amenities.

My husband and I are very happy here at Olympus Ranch, in fact, we felt very comfortable on our tour and decided this was going to be a good fit for us. The staff has been very helpful and friendly, the dining area is nice, plus we enjoy talking with the other residents and the meals are excellent, I've even gained a few extra pounds eating here. The exercise room has been great for my husband who has Parkinson's and the stationary bikes there have really help improve some of his mobility. There is an in-home care offered by Dignity Health available if needed and they are the ones who run the exercise area as well. There are lots of activities, field trips and they have transportation for the residents as well. A Place for Mom was very helpful to me when I needed help and did not know where to turn too.

At least 4 families on our street had a loved one at Ashwood Meadows, they all love the place. We went to visit it with my father, made several trips out there. I always thought the food was great and the staff was courteous. Now that my father is there, he has made new friends, but still retains his independence for driving, visiting friends elsewhere, etc. The one thing that really impressed me was that the management teams know their residents - not only by name, but their personalities as well. The teams are part of the meal service as well as other activities. I've never seen anyone in administrative capacity before who interacted with the residents like they do here. I have no reservations recommending this place.

My husband, and I am really enjoying our time in this community. It is a wonderful community, and we are comfortable with our move here. This is a great community, and everyone has been wonderful. The staff is very kind, and they provide a positive atmosphere for the residents. There are plenty of activities offered for the residents. The community is very well-kept, and they do a great job with the cleanliness. My friends have come to visit us, and they like this community. All is well for us since our move to this facility, and I would recommend it. It is a wonderful place.

We could not have chosen a better place! He loves the well-balanced meals, plenty of vegetables. It's a very clean community. The staff is always available and friendly. There are numerous activities. They recently had a live orchestra, it was really entertaining. I feel he is safe and secure, plenty of staff in the day time, life alert for nighttime. The facility is locked at night. It really has a homey feel, you can decorate with your own things for a comfy touch, There are plenty of couches in the lobby to sit and visit. His room is on the ground floor for easy access.

I really like living at Parkrose but I sure miss my washer and dryer but they do have a laundry room just down the hallway. I like their food but sometimes they get a little creative, and they even have protein plates which include cottage cheese and cheese. Very clean, and the staff is very friendly and accessible. The Managers are just great they pitch-in when anyone needs help they help serve meals very nice to all of us. Weds is our outing days, they do all kinds of game nights, Casino nite once a month, take you shopping and to doctor visits all included in your pricing. I would have no trouble recommending Parkrose to anyone.

My brother is the one that moved into this place. I told him I am jealous. It is perfect for him. Very clean and the staff is so helpful and kind. We are so glad [Removed] with A place for Mom put Sanford Estates on the list as a place to take a tour.

We liked Parkrose a lot. It looks very nicely decorated but it was higher in the price. The apartment that was shown to us didn't have a full kitchen for my dad. They were not the right fit for us.

I have no complaints about the stay my brother has had at this community so far. The staff are wonderful people and have really worked closely with him to make sure he is comfortable in his new living environment. He enjoys his dinning experience as well as many of the activities they have available throughout the week. They truly have a lot for them to do and a great social environment.

My mother's stay at this facility is going nicely! The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly. There are many healthy option offered for my mom to eat, and she even has a fridge in her room! Though she does not participate in too many activities, there are plenty offered to her, such as bingo, movie nights, gardening, and swimming. This is a top notch facility!

I like this community for the good care that my mom is getting from the nice staff. I have had meals with my mom and the meals are acceptable for the needs of the residents. The community is clean and I like knowing that she is involved with the other residents. I would recommend the care and the value of this community to other famlies.

This community just opened in February and is 50% occupied, with 80% of units accounted for with deposits. Beautiful open, lots of natural light, airy floor plan. Great ammenities including a movie theater, nice workout room, lovely dining room and more... I really liked the feel of this community. the staff was friendly and seemed happy to be working there. They also greeted residents in passing by name. Cons - units are a little smaller with only kitchenettes (small full-sized refrigerator, small sink, and tiny counter space). Could expand with cart and add microwave and/or toaster oven, and coffee maker/ice tea maker.

My impression of Salmon Creek so far is great! The grounds are kept very clean and the staff is very friendly and polite. My loved one gets plenty of chances to get out and participate in activities. I have no complaints about this community!

My mother has been joining in all of the activities since her move. She loves the place and is happy. The meals are more cafeteria style, not the best but not terrible, My mother likes it. They have a live-in manager, and he really seems to care about the residents. It has been a very good experience.

I am very happy living at this nice community. The staff is very helpful when needed. The menu is very good and I like alot of the meals that are provided. The activities are offer and I like doing activities with the other residents. I would recommend others to live here at a nice community for this good value for a nice place to live.

All I saw was very good. The staff seems sensitive to the needs of seniors. I did talk with a handful of residents who appeared happy. Hope I can get Mom to visit soon.

My friend is doing wonderfully since her move into Summerville Estates. She is very glad that she made the decision. She is making new friends and it's helping her get out of her depression. I feel it was a good choice for her and it has been a good experience.
