This is a nice community for great care. The staff we have found to be very attentive and caring. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are health and a nice variety. They do offer activities for the residents. We found this to be a great place and would recommend the care and value.

My mother is doing wonderful since her move to this community, she loves it. She is still getting adjusted, but I know she is in a good community. The staff is the best part of the community. They are very friendly, and polite. There are activities offered. She is pleased with the meals. I do feel she is in a good, safe community. I would recommend it.

They have a great schedule of activities. The staff are kind and caring . The community is clean and well taken care of. The owners go out of their way to make sure that my mother in law has everything she needs. They have a soft serve machine that is wonderful. We are comfortable with her living here and I would highly recommend this community.

The above rating is for the attain given to us during first visits. So far so good.

My mother hasn't made the move into this community yet, but she is looking forward to living at this facility. She is safe, and they will be providing her with nice meals a day. The staff is wonderful, they have really bent over back wards to accommodate us. The community looks great, they do a very good job with the cleanliness of the community, and she also gets house keeping once a week for herself. This is a very nice facility, and I would even move here myself.

Top amenities, brand new construction and several apartment options to fit budgets and needs. The movie theatre is a dream complete with soft serve ice cream and freshly popped pop corn! Staff go out of their way to help residents feel part of a community. Tell them [Removed] sent you!

My mother is slowly getting used to her new home. The staff and residents have gone out of their way to make her feel welcome. The location is perfect, just minutes from our house. The cost is reasonable, food and facilities are great, and the activities offered are fun and varied. We chose this place over others because it had a warm, relaxed and welcoming feel. The managers and staff are all extremely caring and treat the residents as if they were their own parents or grand parents. Talk about peace of mind!

Since my father passed away three years ago, it was extremely difficult for my mother to adjust to being alone. When we walked in the front door of Magnolia Heights, I could see her light up and say, this is like a five star hotel. After our tour and having all her questions answered, the people at Magnolia asked when she thought she would like to move in and her response was yesterday. Know that she is settled into her new apartment, may family and I have note seen her this happy since my father was alive. Thank you for your guidance and assistance in her life transition.

This place is just amazing. When we came for the tour [Removed] nicely greeted us and answered all our questions. My parents really like the food and the dining area. Also they have started to participate in movie night and going shopping. They just made us feel welcome.

Looks lovely, just not sure we don't need more care for our mom.

The meals are excellent, decor is wonderful, my friend's apartment is excellent. Just the right size and easy for her to get around. She is blind and it has taken awhile for her to adjust. She hasn't tried any activities yet. The dining room is right outside her door and the staff help her get to the table. She is doing wonderful and everything is great for sure.

Our experience with Sanford Estates was a good one, I would give them top marks across the board!

Mom hasn't moved in yet but they are getting the apartment ready with handle bars by toilet and shower. They are helping out us out. I picked them because the distance is close to her family and the staff that helped us were very helpful and outreaching. It is smaller and the staff seem to help the resident more. When she move in they will set her up with a resident buddy to show her around, the activities, and trips out the community. They have an alert button set up and it's hooked with GPS. If help is need it will be sent. She really likes the place. Every time we have been going there, she is always meeting someone new there. Her apartment is perfect size, 800 sq ft one bedroom apt.

We had visited another newer retirement facility prior to Jordan Oaks. We were unsure after seeing the first facility. After meeting the staff, some of the residents and touring the facility my mother-in-law was very excited and felt it was a good fit for her

I like the community for my mom. The community is very clean and taken care of. She really likes the food and the variety. She is so overwhelmed with everything. The community is clean and looks forward to being there each day. They offer outstanding activities that she is really enjoying. The community is outstanding in every area. We highly recommend the care and the value of this community to other families needing care for a loved one.

My family and I just finished one fantastic day here at Magnolia Heights this Christmas Day. The staff both in the kitchen and the severs did a wonderful job preparing and serving the meal. Along with them I have give the managers a big hand for all the help they did to help where needed and taking care of all the needs of the residents in the dinning area. The meal was very tasty and filling. (Sirloin steak, twice baked potato, asparagus and a nice sauce drizzled on top) I had my whole family here and they had a nice time. We had the side private room making it cozy and comfortable to talk. Our server did an excellent job and was extremely pleasant as all the girls and guys are. At the end of the day my son and wife came back for the buffet so to speak as there was 3 or 4 types of sandwich made up and along with them there was potato chips, pickles, macaroni salad, cold water or coke. At the end they had a trolley with fruity type pie another desert that we had for lunch that was delicious but kinda sweet and filling. I really have to say that everyone involved with today's actives did a superb job.Kudos to all. [Removed]

Totally wonderful from staff to facility!!!

I really like this community for my mom. She is really happy here. The activities are outstanding for her. The food is wonderful in every way. We like knowing she has a community that is very clean. The staff are very attentive and respectful to her needs. We highly recommend the care that is given here and a great value for other families.
