The staff are very friendly and do a good job. The food is good and they offer a nice selection to choose from. They have a lot of daily activities available. The community is very clean.

For now the care has been good and the experience is going well. My mom is happy in her new community. I feel that she is safe and getting cared for well. I would recommend the community to a family or friend.

Excellent facility. Clean, bright, well maintained. Lowest price for the square footage that we've seen in either Bend or Portland. Only real down side is the up front deposit of one month's rent. Most expensive deposit we've seen. Good location - near medical center.

My parents are doing very well here at this community. It has been a very good experience so far. The community is well maintained, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is very helpful. There are activities available for the residents. They are pleased with the meals, the food is good. Everything has worked out very well, it is a good fit for them. This is a good community and I would recommend it.

Maureen called me to set a tour and we found that we know each other. During my tour I realized this is the wrong place for my cousin. Maureen explained to they were for independent seniors. It did seem to big and formal. It was a nice, convenient, and very informative tour.

My mother is living there and for the first time she is happy the staff is always helpful and kind very clean lots to do I can not say enough about the food(so good) my mom went on her first outing to the ocean she is still talking about it and will be going on more.... her and I are both very pleased

Visit and tour were very nice. The rooms were spacious and the amenities appeared appropriate for the price. The location was good.

Mom was only here for a short time due to the level of care she needed. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place. The staff are extremely professional and very genuine people. The site has an activities director who is great at organizing a lot of activities. They have a chapel, exercise room, Movie theater and a game room. They offer a lovely selection of restaurant style food that tastes good. This is a brand new community and the layout of the floors and style of the rooms are very nice.

Very bright and cheery with a beautiful dining area. My Mom loves the two libraries and her lower level patio with a nice greenway outside her door. The people are friendly and quick with a smile. The transportation for shopping and doctor's appointments are a real plus and the outside trips are a bonus.

This community has been caring for my dad just fine. Everything that they do is a great job. The staff are keeping the facility extremely spotless and maintain a nice community. Everyone is welcoming and we have had no problems. However, there is a new cook and the meals have not been the same. It is not as good as before when my dad moved in.

There are so many amenities and activities the community offers. My loved one enjoys the church services offered, the exercise rooms, and the room that is like a theater. The residents get a movie theater experience with popcorn and comfortable seats. They also have a beautician on site this is another great thing. One of the things that i dislike are the meal portions they are very small and the repetition of the meals. Besides this it's a wonderful place for mom.

I feel comfortable knowing my parents are safe at Stoneridge. The staff go out of their way to help and treat the residents with respect. The lighting is good for people with low vision. The food is great. They are a brand new community and they have started offering activities. I would recommend this community.

My parents love living at Stoneridge. The meals are very tasty. They attend church on Sundays and mom enjoys the art classes. This is a brand new community. The hallways are very wide and lined with beautiful pictures. My parents think the staff is very good they listen and have a good rapport with them.

The Magnolia Heights was a good community. My mother resided there and the staff was nice. The community was clean and up-kept. Meals are provided for the residents. Activities on site are also available for the folks that like to participate.

My 87 year old mother moved in two month ago. She moved from a beautiful well managed property in Boca Raton that she lived in for over 20 years. I was concerned about the move but it has been a great surprise. She enjoys the food service and activities and Movie Theater. Clean well designed and very bright living quarters. Nice balcony and large bath room. Staff very accommodating and many dining choices among plusses at this retirement community. Very happy with her move in experience. Makes independent living a easy transition.

Great place

The staff have been very helpful addressing all of our concerns. They offer a wide array of activities for the residents to choose from. My dad and I really like the food. They offer a variety of food options to choose from at meals. The community is well kept and clean.

Love this place and the help they've given us and how sweet they've been.
