Our loved ones at the Fairview Estates so far have had no complaints about the meals that are served, and even thought they don't always participate in the activities we do know they offer a good amount.

Everyone here is very kind and we all care about each other. I have my own area outside of my apartment where I can grow a few flowers, and I really enjoy the free movies, exercise classes, and social activities. I am very happy here.

I researched several communities in the area, and when I looked at Fairview Estates I knew immediately that something was different. I took the leap of faith and moved in, and I'm very happy to say that I have found my new adopted family here; caring and delightful people - each with their own stories and backgrounds to share if they wish. ts for me, I feel that God has been preparing me my whole life for a time such as this. I am truly at peace and happy here.

I enjoy my Independent lifestyle, but there is always help if I need it. The entire staff is competent, caring, and courteous. The building is comfortable and the meals are nourishing and varied. The decor is cheerful and tasteful. Finally - I have many delightful neighbors. What more can one ask for?

Since moving to Fairview Estates I have come to believe I am living in the Kingdom! The staff is genuine and caring, and I have everything I need. My apartment is spacious and overlooks the garden, meals are varied and nourishing and I have made a lot of new friends who have become family. I feel very blessed to be here.

It has some good quality quality and some small issues. It is in a good location, it is very up to date with comfortable accommodations. Our loved one has met some friends there which is great, they have good activities we do think they are top notch. They have a transportation service that takes the residents to and from places if they can't or don't drive. The staff are very friendly, no one at the community has tested positive for the virus, they are very cautious and on top of it. The only small issue there is, is with the meals and dining service, that could be improved a little bit. They have gone though a couple chefs so far and we are not exactly sure what the problem is.

Our loved one has had no complaints so far, and due to covid the activities are very limited but we really appreciate the effort and energy they are still putting into them to keep the residents active and engaged.

I would highly recommend the community. The food and staff are standouts to me. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and they are right on top of the care of my loved one.

This is a good place to be. The atmosphere is great, the people are great as well. The food is good. The staff is fantastic.

If you are looking for a place where the staff are deeply committed and involved in the life of the residents this place. The community is clean, well kept, and well organized.

We moved my mom from Fl she needed a place independent / assistant place where there is activity and has freedom to come and go when she wanted to. A place where the staff is thoughtful and helpful. Well we found it in Hopkinton Mass Fairview Estates. The rooms are beautiful and updated. They have a beautiful eating room ( restaurant style). Game room and many other features. The communication is amazing. Any concerns anyone has is taken care So great full for Fairview for making our family feel welcome and for their staff being who they are Caring, Kind and Loving

I would recommend Cottonwood Estates. I love all the residents and the staff is wonderful. The only negative is the food.

We have all been vaccinated now so everything is improving and the dining experience is getting better. When it comes to the activities they are really giving it a good try, and they are going to start bringing live entertainment again

I get treated just as well as my parents at Moutain View. They treat us all like family. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

We were looking into moving my mom at the beginning of covid and we were not allowed to do in person tours. During our virtual tour, Paloma Landing was the most responsive and they were just wonderful. The location also played a part in our decision as well. The staff here is so kind and caring. When I call to ask questions, they are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Toured as a Placement advisor. I found the management and staff Staff to be warm and friendly. The residents seemed to be happy and engaged. I would recommend this community to my friends and family

We chose Willow Creek because of the overall appearance of the facility, the cleanliness, and what they were able to provide. The apartment sizes here are adequate, they do have studios and 1 bedrooms available. I would tell others they are very open to talking to you and they seem to provide him everything that he needs. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff really care and they are wonderful and always available. They are committed to their residence. The management staff lives in the community and that is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to others
