I have been in many properties, I think Northridge is a very beautiful building, very friendly people, they have many great activities for the people who live there. It is very family friendly also. Only thing I feel is bad not enough parking for people when they have events.

Having a loved one live here brings me much reassurance. Not only are the residents very friendly, but the staff is also great. Everyone is always staying busy here with all the fun events they plan. Everyone here reminds me of one big happy family. I've had such great experiences with Northridge Retirement Home!

My mother and I toured Southern Pines Gracious Living. It was such a pleasant experience. The exterior is so very attractive with walking path and outdoor gardens for those with a green thumb. Our lunch was delicious and the Chef walked everyone through the offerings.We loved the brightness of the interior. The one bedroom units are spacious and well appointed. Our mother is not an assisted living candidate. Having said that we are leaning toward Senior Communiites offering on site services for those that might need some extra help. Southern Pines provides that on site feature. But most comforting is [names removed] live on site and once you meet them you'll be feel at ease; their presence is like your brother and sister are overseeing this large family.

I am very pleased with the services @ HW. In comparison to other places - HW appears to offer much more for less. - Extra caring, compassionate, helpful staff. - A simple month to month rental fee - no $ down. - Spacious and brights apts. - cleaned weekly with full cable. - Hot meals served 3x daily in an elegant dining room. - Many indoor - outdoor areas for residents to socialize. - Scheduled daily activities including weekly field trips. - Company can can take residents to various places withing reason. - Ample parking - Outside agencies welcomed to assist residents requiring extra services-

I love living here. The managers are loving and caring .They act like they really love us old folks. This is a beautiful facility, I moved here [date removed]. There are many activities for various interests. When I meet prospective resident I tell them that if I had a million dollars, I would stay right here. I and 94 years old.

I have lived at Summit Glen for nearly 3 years now after moving from Denver. Summit Glen has exceeded my expectations and has provided several benefits which I was not expecting when I first moved in. I feel safe and secure at Summit Glen with the staff, the building security and the environment. Everything seems to be focused on safety and quick response to my needs. I have never lived anywhere else in which the management has made my physical and emotional comfort such a priority. Aside from the cleanliness of the facility, the on-site activities, transportation and the good food and snacks, perhaps the most important benefit to me is living with my peers and being able to make new friends of my own age and experiences. I have never felt isolated or alone at Summit Glen. My new friends help me to accept the challenges I face as I grow older. We have unlimited opportunities to talk about things that concern us as senior citizens. The family atmosphere at Summit Glen has made it easy for my family to feel welcome. My children and friends visit me regularly to enjoy a meal together or participate in one of the activities. It would be safe to say that I have grown closer to my children since they now have a place to visit me that is safe for me and comfortable for them. They now know I am finally safe and not living by myself any longer. Everyone is greatly relieved. The success of Summit Glen is a direct result of the in-house management team. They live here and I know they are nearby if there might ever be an unexpected problem. They deserve special recognition for their professionalism and daily second efforts in behalf of the residents. I can't imagine living anywhere else. This is my home and family now.

Enjoyed living at Heatherwood, Tewksbury. Management has always worked hard to accommodate and make everyone comfortable. [Name removed] and [name removed] are doing a great job. I plan to retire someday. Because of them.

I have lived here since the opening of this building, March 2015 and my needs have been always fulfilled! I no longer live alone! I have joined in activities whenever I choose. This is now home to me.

Heatherwood is a perfect home for everything you could ever want. Apartments are perfect and you have a cleaning lady who cleans every week and changes your bed. I'm very happy living here.

I am happy and lucky to reside at Heatherwood. I feel comfortable and safe. The food in general is quite good - sometimes a meal may not be great but it certainly satisfies my meal. I am grateful for Heatherwood living here and have no reason or intention to leave. The managers are friendly and warm.

I am giving Mountain View Gardens all 5 stars as the year that my mother lived there was great for her. She would have liked to have stayed longer, but her declining health caused her to move on to an assisted living facility. [names removed], the managers, became as family to her as they always treated her with love and respect. She always speaks highly of Mountain View Gardens and recommends it to anyone who asks. I am celebrating my three years at Summit Glen today. it’s been a wonderful three years. I’ve been able to lead my life as I’ve wanted to with three good meals every day. cleaning my room once a week was very adequate. I feel very secure here and management is just out of this world. they will make sure all your needs are attended to. the servers in the dining room are wonderful and the people who clean our rooms are just so friendly and will help anyway they can. I just appreciate living here and it’s a beautiful home away from home since I can’t have my own home. this is the best! I’ll be 88 in December and is it just a wonderful place to be thank you

Both management teams are the best! They do all they can to keep the residents, and make them feel at home.

This building is a wonderful place for loved ones. The managers are thoughtful and attentive to all needs. They also have therapy services and aides on site to help people age in place. Such a wonderful place for elderly!

I can't say enough about how great the management and staff are. The place is a beautiful and well maintained. With lots of activities for whatever your level of ability. Food is every good and served in a relaxed atmosphere. I am very pleased with are choice of assisted living.

In August of 2018, when my 96 year old mom fell a the home she had lived in for more than 50 years, we realized she needed to move to an independent living community. When we visited Summit Glen, we knew we had found her new home! From the minute she moved in, she has felt precisely that way. She found her new home! [Name removed], the community manager, promised us that they would treat mom like she was their mom, and they have fulfilled that promise every single day! Mom has a lovely apartment with a deck. We can't believe how many of her precious things we were able to bring to that apartment. The storage is amazing! The building is beautiful and always clean. The food is delicious and Mom enjoys visiting with her her many new friends at meals. Mom just loves everyone who works there from her housekeeper to the servers and the chefs, the activities coordinator and, of course, the wonderful managers, who live on site and are there for the residents 24/7! We feel so blessed to have found the perfect home for Mom at Summit Glen!

My daughter-in-law/s mother was a resident at Carolina Estates for a little over two years. She would still be a resident at the facility except for the fact that she had to have her foot amputated and could no longer take care of herself even with home health coming in to check on her. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful facility Carolina Estates is! [Names removed] and his wife take great care of their residents and look after their every need. My daughter-in-law's mother called [name removed] several times during the middle of the night to come to her apartment to check on something and he would go immediately to check on her. From the activity director, to the bus driver, to the cleaning people, to the dining room staff, everyone made the residents feel special. The food was delicious and there were always numerous activities and off-campus trips for the residents to take advantage of. This is definitely a five star facility!
