The Woods at Holly Tree is just a couple of miles to my home. It was an absolutely beautiful facility. I The dining room was pretty. They did have a nice screened-in porch. Regarding their accommodations, their rooms and everything looked great. For their residents, they did have activities, They did have a gym room and a couple of other things there. They would provide three nice meals a day. They showed me a copy of the menu and it looked very nice. Overall, it was a lovely facility, I just can't get my parents to go there.

I am a resident of The Woods at Holly Tree. Since I do not require health or medical services, I can only rate the housekeeping and food services. The employees in these two disciplines are very good. The dining services is wonderful and all the residents are very nice. The food is properly prepared and served very well even during these times of COVID. They have been able to make us feel comfortable, safe and happy. Cant say enough about this place.

The Woods at Holly Tree was very nice. I didn't see any problems with it. It's an absolutely beautiful facility, and the people who work there were willing to work with my mom's needs. She's an insulin-dependent diabetic, and she needed, 10 minutes, four times a day, for someone to come in to help with her injections. They were going to help me with that and worked out an affordable package for her. They were just terrific. The facility looked very independent, very homey, non-institutional-like. There's a lot of nature around there, and everything is bright and clean.

The Woods at Holly Tree is in a beautiful location. It has services if need be as far as assistance with bathing and medications if necessary. All meals are also included. They have CNAs that is there and nurse assistants. They have a movie theater, workout room, craft room, and they also take the residents to places. They also take the residents to doctors that are within a 30-mile radius if they need help with that. My mom has been there now for four months, and she loves it there.

My mother right now is in The Woods at Holly Tree. The people working there are very friendly, very helpful, and very nice. Her room is big enough. She has a one bedroom with a little sun at the end, and she has kitchen table. The price is average. They have a salon, a card room, an exercise room, a party room, and a movie room. They have a guest bathroom so the guests do not have to go the bedroom. They have a nice dining-room with a fireplace. They have a lot of activities. They have bingo, coloring, singing, and exercise. They have very excellent help there, and the residents are very nice.

My parents were very impressed with the staff at The Woods at Holly Tree. It was very nice. It had an opportunity for my father to receive some additional care if needed. The only problem is the rooms were a little small. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. They showed me a two-bedroom, a one-bedroom, and the dining area. They're all very nice, but the amount of living space was not what they were looking for. They had transportation, activities planned for them outside, and three meals a day.

Woods at Holly Tree is great, beautiful, and all inclusive, so you have everything, like utilities and food for the month. Nearby, there are doctors. They have pretty much everything you need. Very center part of Wilmington which really made me happy with the community and in a great location

I liked The Woods at Holly Tree; I liked that everything was inside, and you didn't need to go outside if you did not want to. The facilities there were fantastic, the apartment was lovely, and the food served seemed really nice. I would feel like I'm living in a resort if I went there.. They have a hair salon, a resort and exercise places with trainers. They would take you to different shows and things that are going on in Wilmington.

The Woods at Holly Tree is a very beautiful place. The place looks brand new and beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous too. I have a friend who is living there, and she is very happy and pleased. All the people seem extremely happy.

I stayed at The Woods at Holly Tree . Everything was new, modern, and very nice. I had a one-bedroom apartment there. The bedroom and the bathroom were very big. The shape was very convenient, and it had a huge terrace. The food was not that great, but everything was very nice. The staff was nice, and the maid who came every week was very good. They had a room for exercises and yoga, activities in the evening, a beauty salon, a swimming pool which is at the YWCA with exercise classes. They had poker and games like bingo.

I was very impressed with my overall experience at The Woods at Hollytree. . What is included in the monthly rent is amazing. I can get more at The Woods at Holly Tree without a buyin than I can get here in Mechanicsville, VA with out a hefty buyin. The number of activities is amazing. One can really keep busy. The facility is beautiful and inviting and very well kept. I look forward to another visit and hopefully in due time make my home there.

The best community in senior living, so beautiful. I really like how the residents look very happy in comparison to other communities I have seen. I would rate this community a 10 due its location, clean, friendly staff, amazing activities, something to do for everyone, staff goes above and beyond to satisfy residents. I can't say enough about the community as there is so much about this community I really like it all. Keep up the great work The Woods at Holly Tree.

The care services at the community seemed very remarkable and the lots of activities for the residents to do based off of what I saw like yoga, bingo, bridge, I even saw a few residents bowling when I stopped in. This is a great place I would like to see my mom be at and can recognize where she would in fact benefit is such a great place. I liked seeing pictures of residents when I walked in and the convenience of the mail boxes and access to dinning. The colors were really beautiful inside and it looked quite new based on other places I have looked.

Five stars are giving and if I could give more I would. The community is very clean and bright with really wide hallways so I didn't feel closed in. There is everything you need from a community within the community from what I saw. I really thought it looked like a very lovely place to live and the dinning area is so elegant

came by to look for a place for my mom. very impressed to say the least. I meet one of the resident ambassadors of the community and they were so kind raving on the community and lifestyle here. looked like a great place to love and be around people my age. it is hard to find such community especially during times like this but I was very delighted to see the smiling faces of residents and staff

We chose Northridge Gracious Retirement because we thought overall the facility was nicer than some others we visited. My mother-in- law was here for 2 years before my mom was ready to move in, so we had experience. My mom says everyday she loves it here and is so glad this is where she is. The room sizes are good, they have different sizes depending what you are looking for. I have eaten here many times and the food is overall pretty good. The best part about the community is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members and residents. I would recommend.

Wonderful, caring staff and very clean. Management listens to any concerns and is very accommodating.

Great experience thus far, happy with what I saw. Looks like a newer community and upgraded very well... The residents seem to be having a great time and happy being around each other. I noticed a lot of parking that the both family and loved ones can park while visiting.

I would give the community all 5 stars. Vey clean, good people, lots of things for the residents to do that intrigued our interest. Even with Covid they have been doing all the things right to make the best of the situation. I am very happy with the community.

Hands down the best community I have seen. So beautiful from the outside to the inside. Truly a beautiful place for seniors to live and make friends. The food is wonderful and overall very happy thus far
