Nice place nothing to complain about. Glad to live here very friendly staff.

Lived here three years now. Great for independent retirement living, trips, pets, encourage varied activities. In walking distance of large stores, grocery, pharmacy, pet, fast food, mini-malls, and nice area. Very good shape and size on studio, one to two bedrooms, two bed, elevators, large dining, wide hallways with beautiful paintings throughout. Personal staff are resident friendly and caring, building is light and spacious throughout, three meals a day provided, mini bus transportation, best long-term decision I ever made.

Great staff, great food, great response to any issue.

I love it here. Peaceful, quiet, and safe. Food is good and nutrious. I like how the lunch is the big meal. The staff are wonderful.

We chose Bella Vista because of the staff members, they were very friendly and helpful and the residents we saw seemed to be happy here. The apartment sizes are satisfactory for our needs. The food here is just alright, they are chef prepared meals, but we are being told we are getting something for dinner and they change it at the last second. They also do not offer enough quality foods, I am tired of chicken. But overall, I would easily recommend this community to others.

We chose Mulligan Park because the staff right up front, they were very friendly and helpful and felt more like a family. We visited quite a few others and Mulligan park had sit down dining rather buffet style which worked way better for my mom. It was also a very nice big open facility so it was very inviting. They did a very nice job with handling COVID and we have been very happy with our experience at Mulligan Park.

The staff is exceptional, friendly, efficient, and does everything to serve comfort physically. Internally we are provided with exceptional enjoyment. Residents are happier with this facility.

The staff continues to work long and hard for us herre. I especially miss [name removed] while she was rehabing from surgery. She lights up the room when she enters. Her sense of humor is delightful. She has the talent of making all residents feel loved. That is a special talent. Go [name removed] removed!!

I have lived here 4 years and me and my husband decided to lock in. This is our home for as long as possible. We like being free of home maintenance and meal preparations and enjoy the activities. When we can't drive we will be okay with the shuttle to take us.

The staff are caring, loving people who show love to each resident they are willing to listen to any suggestions given them and find a solution to that particular problem. They are concerned for our welfare and health safely. It is a pleasure living here and enjoying all the sun activities this facility has to offer.

This community has been an ideal place for my wife and me, as it provided a community with people around. After she passed I was not left alone. I had place a live with activity. I also find myself meeting a number of others and having relaxed time with them.

We moved my Mother in law to Colonial Harbor in March of 2017. My newly widowed father was so impressed that he too became a resident at Colonial Harbor the following June. We can't say ..... things about C.H. ...... The , caring and compassionate and the facility, always clean and tidy.

you can't help but feel the hospitality and Friendships of the staff and people who live and work here. Friends I've made here are the very best, there is always someone ready to make your day better. One of the best things is I don't have to clean or cook. I love my apartment and to talk to the staff.

It is a great community for my mother. The employees are very kind and helpful to her and other residents.

Absolutely Wonderful ! From the time I started calling to get information for my mom to moving, Colonial Harbor has been great. The Staff is extremely caring and helpful. I can't thank them enough for all they do for my mom and me. I highly recommend this wonderful community.

hands down the best community we have seen in wilmington, the community is very clean and looks new. the apartments aren't small and a nice size. The hallways are nice and wide. I really love what I saw by far the best senior living i have seen in wilmington for ages 55 and over

What an amazing community with nice people, and staff. I really liked what I saw. The community looks very new. The outside it very beautiful and I really like the layout of the apartments. Overall this is a very nice place.

I love to play bingo and talking to people. I enjoy getting out to get fresh air and sit and chat. I enjoy living here at colonial harbor.

I have a place to stay and the people are friendly. The staff is very very helpful. My apartment suits me fine and is very nice.

Our loved one is very happy at this community, she is very pleased and thinks everyone is very nice. The staff has been very helpful with everything, they seem to be more like family and really take care of the residents. They always check on everybody and always make sure they have everything they need.
