We chose The Woods at Holly Tree because a good friend of ours gave us a very high recommendation. They knew several people who were there and had very good experiences. When we toured the facility it was very nice and inviting, my dad loved it the second he walked in the door. He is in a studio and he has plenty of room in there. The best part about the community so far has been the residents and how friendly they are. Also the staff members look after him. I would absolutely recommend.

The Carriage House has been absolutely awesome and I have no complaints. When you walk in it takes your breathe away, it is so beautiful and feels like you are walking into a very nice hotel. I am in an efficiency apartment and I have so much room I don't even know what to do with it. The food is terrific, they have 3 chefs and all the meals are fresh. There is a big formal dining room as well. My favorite part about it so far is peace and quiet. I would highly recommend.

We chose The Palms because of all of the above rating questions. We also loved the facility itself. We visited here first and had to look no where else after. The room sizes are great, they were freshly painted and carpeted when she moved in. They also have a lot of choices on the room sizes depending on your needs. My favorite part about the community has been the friendliness of the residents and the management. I would want others to know that we also love the location. It is right in La Quinta so it is near everything. I would absolutely recommend it.

FIVE STAR!!!! community wish I could rate it higher. Truly the best I have seen in senior living. When like myself this can be a hard to move a loved one they make it easy. The community is close to my dr which I like, great shopping all around mayfair, mall , grocery, pharmacy, library, and there is a YWCA right there at the community. I would highly recommend this community to other seniors 55 and over.

My firsthand experience with the woods of holly tree were very good. I like the concept where I can stay and not have to move. That appealed to me along with the structure and how well kept the community is. The first thing I noticed was that the halls were nice and wide and there was a huge dinning room that looked like a restaurant where I would eat. They had a exercise room, library, a pool table and chapel. There is an elevator which was nice to see with the community being 3 floors. I really liked the community and hope to move here when my home sells.

Senior Living truly at its finest. been here a few times for bands that play for a loved one here and really liked what I saw. This senior living community looks new and modern. It is open with wide hallways and a lot of light inside. The community kind of reminds me of a cruise ship with beautiful paintings along the hallway. It has a home like feel which ideally impressed me. The community also doesn't smell and can tell that they keep the areas very clean for the residents. The residents themselves seem very happy and content with their home. The apartments are all interior, one I saw had a patio that overlooked a pond and a path that I could walk around daily to get my steps in. The community also had a fitness area, pool table and even a chapel. I haven't seen a community quite like this in Wilmington. While I haven't sold my home just yet, this is the community of which I will decide to go to once it does sell. I couldn't ask for a better place to be... The staff seem to really care and they always seem cheerful, we could all use a little cheer in these times. Doing a great job with the residents staff of the woods of holly

Beauty and clean community. Looks very knee and the people there seem kind and happy to actually be there. It looks spacious inside as well which was ideally appealing for me

Phenomenal community by far one of the best senior living in Wilmington. Polite staff and very responsive. The community is very clean and looks new. The food is also very great and there is a lot of activities that seniors can benefit from. I was really impressed with what I saw.

Yes there are newer communities out there but this community really stood out to me, the location is very ideal, the community is very open and bright. The residents appeared very active and not just sitting around, you can tell this community is a more active community then ones I have seen thus far. The people really seemed very happy with their home

I chose Cottonwood Estates because it is close to my son and his family. Also I looked it up on the computer and I like the looks of it. My apartment is just fine, I am in a 1 bedroom I have a large living room, smaller bedroom, plenty of closet space. Most of the food provided by the chef is good. My favorite part about the community so far has been meeting new friends. I would recommend.

I’m a caregiver and every time I go in this community the residents are smiling and laughing even during these times of Covid and wearing a mask. It’s so good to know that there are exceptional communities like the woods at Holly Tree where residents can enjoy some of the best years of their lives around people their age and good staff

The community is like none other out there. It is very nice and beautifully designed on the outside. The inside is very open with three floors and a dining room that looks exquisite. The upkeep of the grounds are beautifully decorated. The rooms are very spacious and one had a balcony I saw. So incredibly beautiful and a place good for seniors

The community is all that a senior needs. Perfect location, nice people, wonderful food that I give a five star. I was going to move my parents in but I want to move in. Love the concept they have for seniors. I could not ask for more that I was offered, so many great things to say about this community.

My experience of my tour and attendance of 2 or 3 events at Northridge Gracious Retirement Living: Good food - excellent chef - a beautiful dining area. Religious service - both Catholic and Protestant. Spotless clean facility. Nice roomy, laid out units/apartments. Lots of fun activites/amenties. Beautiful outdoor terrace/garden. Peace of mind knowing someone is always there to help when in need even a registered nurse. I am not quite ready to move from my home yet but Northridge would be my FIRST choice as it is A-1 in Gracious Retirement Living.

This community had everything that I had hoped for and more for my loved one. The cleanliness of the community was superior... The community isn't really large which I liked because I fell like in some communities can be overwhelming, this one was not.... The interior is nice and bright, not dark and they have lovely paintings all along the hallways which were immaculate to see... The people seemed very happy and they were playing cards when I stopped by and bowling. So much fun to see seniors being so happy especially in the current times of COVID. I was greeted upon leaving by some very sweet residents that told me to come back and see them, they were all very happy which eased my mind....If you are looking for a clean, nice, happy community with a ton of activities I would look here... I must say that I am very much impressed

This is truly a delightful community with a friendly group of residents. I walked in and was greeted by staff and residents. Basing that off of my first impression this truly made me feel so welcomed here at The Woods at Holly Tree. The upkeep of the community is superior and looks new. I like the location because it is close to grocery and shopping. The outside of the community is truly breathtaking as it has beautiful landscape that really looks nice. I also liked the space of the apartments because they were a decent size in comparison to other places I have seen.

The people were very friendly, Everybody seemed helpful and let us see the dining area and several living spaces. They provided us with a little calendar of activities, on which they had a lot of activities for them to do during the week and at different times during the day. They have crafts and individuals visit.

My mother-in-law moved here. It's a very lovely facility, they have three meals a day plus three snacks, and they have activities on a daily basis. Most people have their own 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. They have outside activities, the care is very good, the cnas are great, and they answer all our questions when we call or visit. They have an exercise area, they have books on a bookcase, and they have a special activity area where they play bingo and do other activities. It's also pet friendly.

My father is in The Woods of Holly Tree. Housekeeping comes weekly , the staff is very nice, and the food is great. They have daily activities, and he has gone out on their bus a couple of times to go to lunch with the residents. They have an exercise room and a 24-hour staff that you can hire by the hour or by the day to help with laundry, getting their meals or planning their meals. Cable and housekeeping are included in the rent. The staff is really nice, and they know everyone's name. It's well maintained

The Woods at Holly Tree is a wonderful community. My loved one has lived at the community for many years and has enjoyed the community Immensely. The rooms are new and very spacious. My mom loves the activities they offer the residents everyday. They have a walking path with beautiful grounds. She has made friends and likes when they get together to play games or just socialize. I recommend if you have time to try the food.
