Being all alone without close r relatives.I find I find I difficult to find close friends.Leaving a feeling of lonely and without friends to just chat,laugh and enjoy the time comfortably? and relaxed.Of course,I have my hobbies and my Cat so I keep busy. Will try to overcome what my difficulties are and change to enjoy this beautiful facility .

My mom has lived here for a year now..she loves it. We feel she is in a safe, comfortable environment where she can still have a degree of independence. Unfortunately, with the Covid virus still active, there are restrictions...understandably. The staff and managers have been wonderful during this crisis and we had a small pizza party for them as a thank you. Hopefully, we can go back to normalcy some time soon, but in the meantime, we know she is in good hands. Thank you for all you do.

My mother-in-law has resided in Mountain View for over a year. We wrote a review about 6 months ago about how happy we were with how she was treated. Our appreciation continues through this challenging pandemic period. Procedures have been revised to ensure social distancing and the management has put in place a comprehensive testing program. Speaking of management, [name removed] and [name removed], the lead managers, continue to be spectacular. They are very considerate of their resident customers and get to know their needs. The staff is spectacular: every exchange with them is a positive one. We recommend Mountain View without reservations.

They have a very particular situation where those who are cleaning the halls are also serving the residents lunch. At dinner, it is a different staff. We have been very impressed so far with the management's response to the Covid-19 pandemic and they have been very good about communicating with us about what they are doing to protect the residents. They have a full time activities director, who comes up with some pretty creative things for the residents to participate in. The also have a bus that is available two days a week to take the residents to medical appointments and the rest of the week, they will use it to take the residents to off-community shopping trips or lunch trips. It has been a very cost effective place in our experience.

The kept the community clean. The staff was all very friendly, they help out with whatever is needed and are always respectful. The food and activities were good as well. Definitely a good value for the price. My mother would still be there if she didn't need a higher level of care.

[Name removed] did a wonderful tour. My daughter and got all our questions answered. [Name removed] was friendly and. This place is top of my list so far.

The staff are pretty super.The dining is excellent. You have to be self sufficient at this community. The cleaning staff are excellent. Overall, we are very happy to be here. The management has done a very good job. Although we are confined to apartment right now, we are surviving very well. Our apartment is nice. I don't think you could do better than this community. It is a good place to expand your knowledge of different people.

They staff are very friendly and very open. They have had a lot of changes with the management, but the new people seem awfully nice. They do well with the food and they offer a variety. The are accommodating with requests. Overall, for what the residents ask, they staff do really well with it being an independent living community. There is a goodness when you walk into the community. It gives you a relaxed feeling.

The staff are very helpful and even available after hours if needed. The food is really very good with a lot of menu options and my parents love that. The community is smaller and everyone knows each other. My parents have made a lot of friends. They offer a variety of activities to choose from. There is something for everyone. Their apartment is great. It is smaller but they really enjoy their balcony. Moving to this community has taken a lot of stress off on my parents and our family.

We would highly recommend The Northridge Community at Fishers, Indiana. We have lived here 3 months. It has surpassed expectations. The staff, from the managers, community sales manager, activities director, transportation driver, chef, servers, cleaning personnel, salon, and we are sure many more persons behind the scenes, are a delight to be around. Their professionalism, care, and courtesy is considered as they make decisions for all of us. We are living here during the COVID-19 time and have never seen such care given to keep us safe, yet making even the smallest thing a celebration and happy day. It has been unbelievable! Even the "Easter Bunny" appeared at breakfast time on Easter to bring a smile. We watched the construction of the building approximately five years ago. As they opened, we popped in one day unannounced to get some information. The managers made sure we stayed for lunch. In 2019 we received a call from [name removed], the community sales manager. She invited us to come back. We came for a tour and were not disappointed. [Name removed] showed such care and kindness and from then on made us feel we could call her anytime. She was patient when we wanted to come and compare apartments, etc. It was a big decision for us to sell our home and start a new adventure at ages 82 and 80 years of age. [Name removed] worked with us about 5 months, never pushing us but always encouraging us. From there on we met the managers and found them to be very personable and helpful. We liked the emphasis they all placed on this "being our home"... not just an apartment. Everything we learned about Northridge made us want to make the decision. We are happy we did! By the way, our children and grandchildren love visiting us here. They are always treated graciously.

Carolina Estates is a really good place to live. There is nothing I would change about it. There are plenty of activities going on there. The food used to be fabulous and the chef was great, but he left and the food isn't as good as it once was. The staff go out of their way for the residents. I like that they have in house physical therapy. It is definitely a plus. Having transportation to her doctors appointment is also nice. My only complaint is that there isn't enough parking spots for the families and visitors.

Overall, the community is always clean. The staff always treats the residents well. The staff has gone above and beyond with the residents. Our two relatives at the community have been very well taken care of. The staff has done a good job of accommodating for the changing needs my relatives. The price is right for the level of care they are able to provide. I think the community is well run and during the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job keeping the residents safe.

They are super friendly and helpful. It is a good value. It gives me peace of mind being far away to know that her needs are being met and that she is in a happy safe place. My mom likes the food, she says they are nutritious and delicious meals. They are willing to make accommodation for special diet needs or special menu requests.

It is a very excellent option for someone who doesn't need assistance. My mom is happy with the meals, portions seem good and they have multiple menu choices available . Rooms are average size. They have 2 floors which makes it easy. They have a nice outside area to walk and a nice pool. There are a lot of activities.

This is a great place for the person or couple who still wants to live independently and desires the privacy of his or her own apartment but who is ready to dispense with the responsibilities of cooking and housekeeping. Here seniors can socialize with others while dining, playing cards and participating in other activities and outings. Transportation is also available for shopping and doctor visits. The managers and assistant managers at Northridge are caring and friendly and get to know the residents well because they interact with them daily. Having the two management teams living right there in the building is such a comfort to residents and their families! There is always someone there to respond if there should happen to be an emergency. The sales and marketing director sold my dad on this place the first time we met with her. She is warm and genuine, a lovely person. She went above and beyond helping us get Dad moved in, even assisting during the evening when we couldn't figure out how to make the furniture fit. (I think she could have a second career as an interior decorator, though she is outstanding at the job she has now!) All the staff members take their jobs seriously and interact with the residents and their families as if everyone is one big family. Staff and residents welcome new move-ins and help them get acquainted with everyone and encourage them to join in the activities. Whenever I joined my dad and other residents for a meal or an activity, it was obvious that Northridge residents enjoy one another's company. Moving my dad into Northridge was the best decision he and I ever made. I wish we had done it sooner!

The staff at Willow Creek is very friendly. Residents seem to be very kind. Newer property. My father in law really likes the ice cream and coffee bar. Move in process was easy and straightforward. Costs were well laid out.

What differentiates Alexis Estates from any other retirement facility my 93 year old mom has lived in, is there are two lovely couples that live on campus and are ever-present.[Names removed] are the Perfect Management Team that touch base with every resident during meals, eats with the group and keeps an eye on anyone not eating, not attending and will then follow up. Plus the management team is just so loving which is so refreshing for those that don’t have love ones visiting. These folks become your family! The biggest advantage is if there is an emergency off-hours or you have fallen, you pull the cord or beep your alarm and someone from the management team is there in 10 minutes! Alexis Estates has a 24 hour ice cream machine in the Bistro (!), fresh fruit, coffee and homemade bake goods available, 3 really delicious meals, 3 excellent care giving companies to choose from for aging-in-place, a Physical Therapist on-property, monthly family events and tons of activities during the day to do or attend externally. So well organized, run by just the warmest, loving managers leading to a very happy community! You have found Oz!! And I thank you for all the support you provided my mom. Just no comparison!
