I'd recommend it. I've been pretty happy with them. The staff are very friendly, and my loved one is happy with them. His apartment is good and sufficient for his needs. There's a door that opens to the outside, which is nice to be able to come in without having to go through the whole facility. Really the only issue is the food. Sometimes they don't take into consideration that older people might need softer foods, and they serve things that are hard to chew. Especially the meats. But the taste is alright. Overall, I'm grateful to have found a good place for our loved one to be.

I thought Springwood Landing was really good. It was just too much money. The apartments were good, and I liked the amenities. I spoke with a couple of people who lived there, and they said they liked it.

The community has lived up to our expectations. Compared to other communities, the cost value is much better than we could find anywhere else. The environment is very positive and this is the best thing about the community.

If you this is what your looking for, it is an excellent place. This is for seniors who shouldn't live alone anymore. There are activities for the residents and sometimes it takes a couple months to get them involved in them. This is way better than being by yourself. There is a balcony and floor to ceiling windows in my loved one's room.

My parents moved into the Wilshire Estates on [date removed]. This place has taken real good care of my parents. They provide 3 meals a day; take them to doctors appointments and shopping when needed. The staff is professional and caring. They definitely provided my parents with an awesome community. They offer numerous activities and celebrate all occasions. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a love one and want to make sure they are comfortable and being taken care of.

The apartments do not have full kitchens, they just have a refrigerator. The community is clean and neat and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

Very nice conversation with [name removed]. Very impressed all the way around.Independent living at its best. Dad could stay and age in place with extra help that is paid independently. Residents I spoke with loved it. Saw residents socializing. So many things my dad would like. They had a kitchen he could bake in and even share with chef to provide for everyone. Dad would love this. 4 live in managers. Beautiful rooms with balcony.Pool beautiful library lots of outside activity regarding trips Hard Rock cafe etc. Opened 2016 month to month rent with 30 day notice. Therapy and nursing on site if needed extra charge. Lots of card games happy hours provided by vendors. Theater, salon/ barber. Control own temp in rooms. Dad can do a 3 day trial N/C. Staff very pleasant. Spoke to dad going to make appt to take him out to see it. Hope he likes it enough to give it a try.

I think they helped my mom transition well. They supported her with making friends. The community looks out for my mom, but doesn't hover, which is nice. The staff are easy to get ahold of, and they are quick to resolve issues if any arise. The maintenance team is on top of it.

This community is a nice facility. It is clean, and the staff is friendly. They have activities available for the residents to participate also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured with Demitry at the end of May and could not say enough good things about this place. The menu looked delicious, the building is beautiful and clean, they have so many activities set up and we were able to hear a little of the sing a long that was going it, it was fantastic. Everyone of the staff members we met were kind and sweet. We have a family friend that lives here already and she said that her needs are ALWAYS met. She loves her apartment, gets great service from the kitchen and the housekeeping, and has had nothing but amazing things to say about the management team. If you get the opportunity to tour here and maybe even move in, you'll fall in love with it like we did!!

They're a great place. It's extremely clean. The staff is incredible. They're all really nice people. I've really enjoyed getting to have relationships with them - pretty much everyone I've met - the director, the sales manager, the general manager, the front desk staff. Unlike almost every other retirement or old folks home that we went to, it doesn't have a smell to it at all. It's more like a resort than a retirement community. The only thing they don't have is a pool! They always have a great selection of activities offered. I've really enjoyed it. I would want to retire here when the time comes.

We did a virtual tour with Colonial Harbor and we really liked the facility. It looked beautiful from what I could see but the location is too far from things.

I'm pretty darn happy with them. I would tell people they should consider it here. I would also tell them that proximity is really important, having your loved one close to you. Alexis Estates is only a mile from my house, which I really enjoy. I know they take the residents to Walmart and on different shopping outings, so it's close by to different things. I see them in there cleaning regularly, and the housekeeper will stop and talk to me and let me know what's going on with my loved one. Lately my loved one with Alzheimer's has been mad at me, so they'll warn me ahead of time. She's had extra problems with her health since she moved in, and they've been very flexible, answering any questions and making sure she's comfortable. I can call the front desk and get an informal report on how she's doing, since I can't go in to see her. I feel like she's been a troublesome patient recently due to her Alzheimer's, and the employees there have really taken it in stride and worked with me to get things fixed and get my loved one to a better place. So I've been really happy with that. My mom's pretty picky, but she still seems to like the food. And she always seems to have plenty going on as far as activities go.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. They were very efficient with the follow-up also.

They are very welcoming. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There's lots of activities, if that's your thing. My loved one doesn't say much about the food except that it's making him fat. So I imagine it's good if he's eating it. You can't beat the overall bang for the buck. It's in a great location in Colorado Springs from an amenities standpoint, and it's easy to get anywhere you need to go. It also feels safe. There's a lot of light, and it's very open. It just felt very warm and inviting. Every place I've gone inside, it felt like it was fine to just sit down and stay a while.

I was introduced to several clients that we met at random, and I was able to interview them about their satisfaction with life there. All were very positive. Viewed two residential units and all public facIlities, schedules, dining room, etc. Impressed with cleanliness and friendly atmosphere.

The management is very exceptional and the communication between the staff and our family has been great. They keep us well informed and up to date. The community is neat and clean and the food is also very good. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our experience with Estrella Estates has been great, every time we go there the staff are always helpful. It has just been an overall wonderful positive experience. The activities are completely open, they offer a wide variety of things for the residents to participate in if they want. We do think the value is good as well. What really stood out to us and was our deciding factor was the size of the community. It felt more homey and less institutional, and the hallways are decorated to make it feel warm and welcoming and the people are just very friendly.

We were very pleased with the activities they offered once they opened back up, and we did think the value for cost and a good one. Our loved one was very happy with his stay at Olympus Ranch community.

We love Bella Vista, it is a fantastic place. Our loved one has happy as can be there. We like how they have doctors making house calls constantly and how they have mountain home care there to help with any health issues regarding our loved one. The staff is extremely friendly and have done a great job keeping up constant communication.
