I visited The Carriage House and immediately the air you feel and experience when you enter is light and friendly. How true as I got to meet some of the staff and managers. Very friendly and helpful people. I had a meal there and the food was very good and the dining room was alive. I met some of the residents and they were very warm and welcoming. They all had good things to say about the community and its staff. Very impressed and would highly recommend for any senior to improve their life.

The community is very nice, we really like that it is community minded. The two managers live on site, it is a husband and wife team and the activities director is one site so they are all there always looking after the residents. The servers in the dining room are also the house keeping so they really get to know the residents there fairly quickly. Also Stonridge at the time was really willing to work with us in regards to finances, they offered us a really good deal which is why our loved one is able to stay there. She has really made a lot of friends and no longer wants to go home.

More than happy with Somerset Lodge, everybody is smiling always saying hi, you really feel apart of a family here.

I am a frequent visitor to Mulligan Park because I have a good friend that lives there. She and I take morning walks around the complex Monday thru Friday and sometimes on Saturdays. I have met several residents outside taking walks. This place is a very nice place to live and one day I may find myself alone and may decide to move here. Highly recommend.

The staff members are just 10 stars, right away they stood out to us. The are so friendly and know everybody by name, and on our tour they were not afraid to ask the residents right in front of us how they like Ivy Creek and how they like the food. All the residents said it is a family environment. The meals and dining service is fabulous and they have really great activities. We are totally happy with Icy Creek and out of all the community this had the best value for everything they offered.

Summerville Estates is much better than the last places I stayed at

They've been phenomenal. The food is great. They have lots of activities. The staff is very caring. It's almost like being on a cruise ship. My apartment is very nice. It's a large studio with a kitchen area and living room area. And there's a separate area for a bedroom with a large bath. I would recommend Julian Estates to others.

There is a lot planned and good activities but they are understaffed to carry out some of the activities but they do still go out and do things for the residents. They have things everyday like cook outs, arts and crafts and more. This community is gracious living just like they advertise. There are beautiful surroundings and the meals and dining are like top chef food everyday. The management team is also nice and responsive. All of the apartments also have a chain to pull just in case they need help even though its independent living.

What really stood out to us right off the bat were the staff members. They have just continued to go above and beyond for our loved one, they are extremely helpful and so friendly. They are also very responsive to any questions we have.

This is a bright, and clean community. The staff have been very nice to work with. The management team has changed, so far the new change has been good. The dining room is bright and the service is good.

Everyone at the Carolina Estates has been very helpful, and they are very responsive to any questions that we have. It is a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, our loved ones are very comfortable there.

We have gotten the best care that they could offer. My loved one needs more care so we may have to move him but they have done all they can. I have not found anything that I can complain about and this is the upmost best place I have been to.

Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful. The staff we met with were incredibly nice and one big thing that stood out to us was the director and the marketing team were not all about business. They wanted to make sure our loved one was going to be placed at the perfect community whether or not it was the Salishan or some place else. We really appreciated that, and the only reason we did not choose Salishan was because at the time they did not have a memory care unit.

We came for our tour around mealtime, and we saw the ladies there dressed up for dinner. The woman who took us on the tour was also dressed very nicely, in a skirt and heels. My loved ones are very plain, down-to-earth people, and this just wasn't the right setting for them. But I thought it was very nice. The apartments were a little small. But I thought the hallways and the décor were much nicer than where my loved ones ended up. The décor wasn't bland and dull like you find in some places, and the facility was more updated. They had a really nice main sitting area.

This is a great place to have your older relatives stay. The staff are helpful and supportive. In general I feel that they will be happy here. I have not spoken with anyone here that is not happy.

The community is great. There are beautiful views with balconies, and there are lots of decorations for celebrations. The resident's birthdays are celebrated each time. The managers go above and beyond to assist the residents. There is transportation available. The food is not edible and it is heavily spiced with large amounts of breading.

We like this facility but we wanted the city feel for our loved one. On that level we were not impressed. This was just not what we were looking for.

We chose Estrella Estates because we walked in and she just fell in love, she said it felt like a home rather than a facility. She got the warm and fuzzies. The food here is really good, we have eaten here a couple of times. The residents were very welcoming and helped her feel a part of the community. Staff are extremely friendly, I would give them more than a 5 if I could. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Ashwood Meadows because they have so many activities. The van goes out 5 days a week for doctors appointments, grocery shopping, outings, etc. The facility is pet friendly and she did not have to pay a pet deposit which is nice. They have outside spots where residents can walk, it is a very well laid out facility. They have a heated and air conditioned storage unit right next door if you need that extra space too. There is always someone from management inside the facility which is great. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

This is a good place and community to live. The care services seem to be good for those that need it. The activities are good and appropriate. There have been some problems hiring people with covid and the cleaning but overall it has been pretty good.
