They're amazing. It doesn't feel like a hospital setting - it's more of a home setting. It's not depressing when you walk in there like I've seen at other places. The staff are amazing, and I've had no problems with them. They've been very, very patient with my loved one with higher care needs. The apartments are very nice. They look just like a regular apartment. They seem to have quite a few activities posted.

I appreciate the care given to my brother at Ashwood Meadows. I can’t say enough about the manager’s understanding the needs of the their residents. The staff and all the employees are friendly and pleasant. They were helpful to me as the caregiver. The manager [name removed] was always available to help if I had any concerns. I know that he had a calling to do what he does at Ashwood.. My thanks and gratitude to all the staff

My mom was very happy here at Sterling Heights. We chose this facility at the time because it seemed like a great community but she was in and out of the hospital so she did not get to experience it a whole lot. I would recommend them highly to others looking.

I think the fact of where the facility is located is very attractive, when I look out my window I see trees and it just has beautiful scenery. I would recommend Jordan Oaks to others that are looking.

Our loved one moved in October 1st, and they were absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness of the community was excellent, the staff members were excellent as well as the care services. The meals were struggling a bit, management was aware of that and they were working on it, that was the only negative we had. They did resume activities with social distancing and wearing masks, if someone tested positive they went into lock down until everyone tested negative. The activities director was awesome, our loved one really took to her. She would help her decorate for the holidays and the maintenance team was really on top of everything.

What I really like about Stone lodge is that it's a real community. There are friends and we do a lot with others. The community has been very safe and focused on keeping the residence safe. They are doing more and more every day as vaccines is administered. My mom is happier now than I think she has been in a long time.

The place is beautiful, pristine and [name removed] could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Thank you for taking the time.

I recently visited my Aunt for the first time this week in over a year due to Covid. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the Asst Manager. It was great to see a familiar face. There were residents sitting all around chatting, laughing and smiles on the faces. What a relief to actually see that. Sterling is one of the best places to live. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Desert Springs is a very nice place. We found it very easy to work with them as far as moving in and out. Even in independent living, they would always gladly check on my loved one. They were very helpful. After a hospital stay, they were bringing all his meals and checking in on him, which is above and beyond what an independent living does. It seems like they offered quite a few activities even with Covid going on. The grounds were always spotless.

The food is not great, the quality is not good and the seasoning could be better. They do have lots of activities to do and overall this is a great place to be. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I would recommend this community. My loved one is happy here. The staff are great work with. The room is nice for my loved one. and there is an option for patio or balcony if you would like

We chose Fairview Estates because she was moving out of state and she needed a place that welcomed her dog and had outdoor access and she was able to get a first floor apartment. My mom was always totally satisfied with the meals here. They still had residents eating in the dining room and were offering outside activities when the weather was nice. Then they offered indoor activities socially distanced such as movies. We were extremely happy with the experience. Even though she has moved out, staff members still call in to check on her. I know it is listed as independent living, but they have health care on site that you are able to add on. We did that and it worked out wonderfully. So I would tell others that if your loved one needs a little extra assistance, don't be turned away from it. I would definitely recommend them.

My mom and her dog were warmly welcomed upon their arrival at Fairview Estates. The amazing managers, caregivers, maintenance manager, dining staff, and hair dresser immediately made her feel safe and comfortable in her new home.

Very nice Our tour associate [name removed] was very informative and took the time to show us different units with different floor plans. Well over our price range but beautiful and very clean .

Our loved ones at the Fairview Estates so far have had no complaints about the meals that are served, and even thought they don't always participate in the activities we do know they offer a good amount.

Everyone here is very kind and we all care about each other. I have my own area outside of my apartment where I can grow a few flowers, and I really enjoy the free movies, exercise classes, and social activities. I am very happy here.

I researched several communities in the area, and when I looked at Fairview Estates I knew immediately that something was different. I took the leap of faith and moved in, and I'm very happy to say that I have found my new adopted family here; caring and delightful people - each with their own stories and backgrounds to share if they wish. ts for me, I feel that God has been preparing me my whole life for a time such as this. I am truly at peace and happy here.

I enjoy my Independent lifestyle, but there is always help if I need it. The entire staff is competent, caring, and courteous. The building is comfortable and the meals are nourishing and varied. The decor is cheerful and tasteful. Finally - I have many delightful neighbors. What more can one ask for?

Since moving to Fairview Estates I have come to believe I am living in the Kingdom! The staff is genuine and caring, and I have everything I need. My apartment is spacious and overlooks the garden, meals are varied and nourishing and I have made a lot of new friends who have become family. I feel very blessed to be here.

It has some good quality quality and some small issues. It is in a good location, it is very up to date with comfortable accommodations. Our loved one has met some friends there which is great, they have good activities we do think they are top notch. They have a transportation service that takes the residents to and from places if they can't or don't drive. The staff are very friendly, no one at the community has tested positive for the virus, they are very cautious and on top of it. The only small issue there is, is with the meals and dining service, that could be improved a little bit. They have gone though a couple chefs so far and we are not exactly sure what the problem is.
