One of the biggest deciding factors for us is that it is a brand new community, and [name removed] who we worked with in the beginning was just a tremendous help to our loved one. He really took the time to be attentive and accommodating to our loved one. It is a pet friendly community so we were able to bring our loved ones cat. She has been able to meet a lot of new residents and make some friends and all the staff have been super friendly. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

Osprey Heights is a brand new facility. The staff is extremely friendly and I have noticed that their managers are couples and it seems like they all live there at the facility. They have a movie theatre where they play 2 movies every day. They also have a selection of movies if someone wants to play a certain one. Every Friday night they have happy hour with live entertainment. Also for meals we have been eating for free, but in a few weeks it will be $5 for breakfast, $5 for dinner and $7 for supper for the visitors. They also have a beauty shop on site. There are 2 laundry rooms on each floor. They have a chapel with certain denominational services throughout the week. The only big issues was they had a long wait to get in here because of some issue with the county - but they were extremely accommodating during that time. They have a ton offered especially for the price. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I cannot say enough good things about Osprey Heights. This is the absolute best place for my mom. The staff are wonderful and the upper management is there for every need. I have worked in many different facilities throughout my life and I have never experienced one that is as top notch as Osprey Heights. I am a very picky person and I definitely made the right decision by placing my loved one here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was such a great tour experience it was one of our top choices.

We chose Whispering Pines because the price range and also the fact that they have 24 hour staff. They have live in management which was a huge plus. We were not ready for assisted living just yet, but the fact that someone is there on the premise at all times made us feel more comfortable. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help out in anyway that they can. They communicate with family really well which I love. I even have a couple of personal phone numbers from the staff. I would definitely recommend Whispering Pines.

I've told people before that Willow Creek Gracious Retirement Living is like living in a four star hotel. It's very nice, very clean, and the people there are extremely friendly. They do take really good care of the people they have there. After a period of adjustment, my step-father has been very happy there. I was concerned that he wouldn't be happy going to any community after leaving his home, but he seems to enjoy it. He has made many friends and it's been pretty positive.

What really sticks out to us about Kennedy Meadows is the availability of the staff members and the fact that they will treat your loved one like it is their own family. The apartment sizes here are very large compared to the others that we checked out. I would absolutely recommend Kennedy Meadows to those looking for independent living.

From what I saw on our virtual tour of The Lodge, it looked very nice. It was one of the only places I could find that could meet my loved one’s needs, but it was a lot further away from our family. They ended up as our second choice.

We've been happy with Glenmoore. The staff are friendly and right there when you need something. And the apartment is nice and well managed.

Ivy Creek Gracious has a good reputation, and I've heard and seen positive things about it. There are many enjoyable things to do, beautiful scenery, and delicious food. Beautiful work lines line the walls of each corridor in this spotless facility. Outstanding management. For the benefit of the residents, they have gone above and beyond! We were actually looking for a space for dad when we visited, but the location ultimately leads us to [removed], nearer us. We were so impressed with the place.

They rock over here, we are so satisfied. They have long term staff who have worked here a long time and they are very kind people. They have a ton of activities provided for the residents. The food is beyond amazing. On lunch they actually take your order and it is like being at a restaurant. The chef and the sous chef take their position very seriously and they ask for feedback. I really appreciate how hard they work to make the food good. I would most definitely recommend Whispering Pines to others.

I mean it is an excellent place, I have zero problems with it. Food is absolutely delicious, nothing but positive Had one incident where dad had fallen and mom pulled the cord and they were very prompt and up to the room to assist immediately. Wonderful place overall.

The food is okay. My loved one, indicated that, breakfast is their favorite meal. The soups is amazing, and there is a lot of choices. The staff is awesome. They have a movie theatre, and offer different types of bingo. I feel like I am getting my monies worth. Everything that is needed is right there. We are very happy. The library is gorgeous. My advice to future residents, is to get out of the apartment and get into the activities. Take advantage of the different seating areas, and the space. There is a pool table. They have a front seating area, with rocking chairs, and also a patio with seating. Also, there is a nice area for walking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the director alone [name removed] would of been one of the main reasons for choosing this community for our loved one. He made such a great first impression.

For senior living care, Ashton Gardens has an excellent location and I think an above average facility. I would recommend it highly!

Salmon Creek offered all the amenities I was looking for, Great food, Lots to do during the day, a trip somewhere great every week (Tamarack resort, rafting the river, wine tasting, etc.), the most caring staff in the business, and people living there that are so so friendly. These folks are great and the best part...they REALLY care!

My mom recently moved to The Savoy and it has been a great experience so far. The facility is run fabulously. The are offering wonderful incentives such as moving your loved ones for free. The facility is brand new and very nice. We would highly recommend to those looking for independent living.

Southern Pines overall is a really friendly community and its very convenient in location for our family. Our loved one is enjoying the meals and dining and all the different activities they have to offer. Our loved one is really happy here and based on our experience so far we would recommend Southern Pines community to other families.
