What stuck out to us here is that it's a brand new facility, nice furnishings, large spacious apartment homes, prices are within our budget, specialty rooms (theater, work out room, library, etc) are well furnished and look like their respective rooms. The facility is an independent living facility which provides just the right amount of oversight for individuals who need a little extra care but not dependent like an assisted living facility. Food is always delicious and lots of variety. Apartment homes are large and spacious and cost for each of them is lower than competitors. We would undeniably recommend Osprey to others!

What sticks out most about Linwood estates is the fact that management all live in the facility. The overall atmosphere is superior.

My experience was short my dad was there for 3 weeks can't say but great things about about my experience.The Staff is great,the people that lived there was like family ,And the Food was always good Thank you for the recommendation.

Our loved one absolutely loves being at The Rio Grande community, and the location for us was great which was a key factor in making a decision for our loved one. Our family is able to come and go as we please and eat some meals with our loved one which are excellent. They are very welcoming and encouraging to bring families in for meal time. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Sanford Estates is very attentive and accommodating. So far, we've found that it seems to be a community where everybody looks out for everybody. And the apartment is very nice.

I would recommend the community to others and already have. The community is nice along with great staff. There are three meals a day for the residents and they have choices. Sing alongs, puzzles, crafts, field trips, and more are some of the activities available for the residents.

My loved one loves everything. The services is great but it's cheaper than other places. We picked this community, because of the location, services, friendliness, staff and food.

Everything was 5 star from the moment we walked into the facility. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience - it has been a God send for my sister. We did not even have to tour anywhere else because it was so perfect. We signed the papers that day and she moved in that night. They were able to give us a great move in deal that we could not pass up. The facility is very clean and they are cautious about covid, there have been very little cases there. We got to sample the food the day we went to tour and it was salmon, it was incredible. The managers live on site at the facility so if you ever have any questions or concerns they are right there. They also serve the meals so you see them daily and they are very hands on. The chef then comes around after dinner to serve coffee and you get to give him feedback on the meals. They set it up so feedback and communication between staff and residents flows nicely. She has loved all of the residents, they all have great life experiences that they love sharing about. She is socializing and doing the activities that they have provided. We could not be more happy and would highly recommend The Oaks to others.

The Executive Chef and all the kitchen staff are amazing to work with. Always accommodating and helpful. I have had the Executive Chef return to the community after hours to make dinner for a new resident who flight landed after 8 pm and they missed dinner. Ever resident is important and given first class service everyday!

The executive chef is very accommodating to every resident. He listens and trys to accommdate all diets and suggestions. I am very please with the dining at Jordan Oaks.

Desert Springs – Oro Valley is a phenomenal living experience! My parents have been looking for the right place to move for several years and have visited many communities. While many had a lot to offer, when they found Desert Springs, they found their home! The community is so warm and welcoming. The people living there have made them feel right at home since the first time they went there. They have been able to discuss some of their questions with many of the residents and have found solutions to each thing they were concerned about. The staff is beyond fantastic! [Name removed], sales manager, is epitome of professionalism, kindness and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to help find an answer for a resident or their families. He approached my parents gently and reached out when an opening for a beautiful apartment became available. With his guidance, they selected this apartment! When we first looked at the facility it was very open -a big open room when you walk in, was very inviting and that stuck out to us (We didn't look at any others). Staff has been very good. I've had no complaints and to my knowledge neither does my loved one who now lives there. They do offer a variety of activities and the calendar is well posted. General housekeeping is provided, they change the bed and towels as well. We like that they have medical services available on site - the doctor comes to them. I would recommend them and encourage folks to at least have a look.

The staff is really good at answering any questions. My loved one loves the food. We picked this community, because they worked with my loved ones budget, and with what they could afford. And my loved one like, that it was a smaller communty.
