The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The meals are good. Lunch seems to be the largest meal of the day, and then dinner is a smaller meal. There are choices for the residents to choose from for all three meals. This is a very welcoming atmosphere for the residents and family when we visit. The staff communication has been very good and they seem to be right on top of any concerns or questions the family has.

This was an elegant community. The community was very quiet during the tour, and I didn't see any activities. The residents and staff were friendly though.

Having the managers on site makes a big difference. Knowing that someone is there at all times and living in the facility helps to build that relationship with the families and the residents. I do think it would be nice if they could bring more live music and entertainment in for the residents. The food here is top notch. They are chef prepared meals and amazing quality. The value for the money is great especially for all that is offered. I would definitely recommend Orchard Heights to others. It is a very friendly place and they treat you like family.

We went and looked at Fairview Estates and right away loved it. The apartment sizes are very nice. Overall I just think this is a great spot. I would highly recommend this independent living facility to others.

I toured this community and it was nice. A smaller facility and Memory Care options. Nice place!

Lovely staff, location & families. Gardens and flowers were amazing as was the ice cream! The food left a negative impression for my mom. Overall, we've all loved it & my 9 year old wants to retire there with his parents, and grandparents - do all 3 generations :)

They are very good at building relationships with their residents. They are also very responsive to their individual needs. Nothing to work on.

This facility is beautiful and always clean. They have a movie theatre, activity room, and lots of places to lounge. The residents are awesome and make the facility feel like family. The managers are very understanding and will go out of their way to help!! [Name removed] and [Name removed] are great managers. Very professional and can laugh with at the same time!

They were very nice and attentive. The staff was friendly. It's a beautiful community and the sales person was fabulous. The food was not that great, in which they had a lot of processed foods. They had a lot of activities. It's overpriced. They were very accomodating. I would recommend to others, who are more social.

[name removed] handled the conversations with my mother-in-law and me very well. He could tell I was sincerely motivated to help her and she could see the benefits of coming to live at Colonial Harbor. She was a bit obstinate about moving, but we were able to let her become familiar with the apartment. At lunch I was impressed that so many residents were smiling and many made an effort to come by and say hello and encourage her to join the community. She has been pretty isolated the last three years with the pandemic, so joining an existing community that is both safe and welcoming will be really good for her. My compliments to the team and community and I am looking forward to [name removed] having a better life the next few years.

This facility is a wonderful place for Independent Living! The staff is amazing here. They're so friendly and helpful. You just don't find that everywhere. Everything we've asked for, we've gotten here. The beauty of this place is that the managers live on site, so someone is available 24 hours a day if needed. My loved one had a semi emergency in the middle of the night and had to call EMS. One of the managers came to his apartment and the whole thing was seamless. They handled it perfectly. I like that it's all inclusive, no extra or additional fees for things. They have PT and OT on site. They allow pets (cats/dogs). The dining room and staff are very nice, the food is pretty good. I don't know that we could have found a better place in our area! I have and will continue to highly recommend them to family and friends. It's just a really friendly and kind place.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for a safe community, lots of activities and good meals for Independent Living. However if you need a higher level of care it is not the place for that.

We never moved in, but we had an incredible tour experience with Kennedy Meadows, they were great to us.

They have been really good to my loved one. They have plenty of activites, my loved one does not participate yet. The food could be improved, by adding a better quality of options. They take care of my loved one, keep the place clean, and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend to other families.

Magnolia Heights is extremely nice looking. It does not look at all "institutional" It was very important that the community not appear like an institution. The community meals are just okay. I feel that there is room for improvement in the areas of meals and dining.. I noticed quite a bit of turnover in the staff at Magnolia. Initially when the we first moved there, they were great, but they appear to have a staffing shortage and that does not help currently.

Great facility and staff. Any time I had a question it was answered timely. Their attention to family and resident was outstanding! Great atmosphere. The dining experience with a choice of entrée was very nice. You will definitely never be hungry while there! The activities were inclusive. Overall great facility!

We chose The Savoy because the facility is brand new and very nice, mom feels like she is at a resort. They also offered a great move in incentive - they offered to move her for free and then she got the fist 2 months free. It seemed during the tour that they really cared about all of the residents. We talked to the residents during the tour and everyone seemed happy. From what I have seen, they do have plenty of activities provided for the residents. My mom absolutely loves the food. It is costly but it is worth it. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Ashton Gardens is fabulous! The food is to die for. The people are lovely. The surroundings are like the Hilton in Paris. The Christmas decorations are phenomenal. They have lots of activities. I would hope that I could afford to live there myself one day. It's an absolutely wonderful place.

The staff are very compassionate and understanding. Steeplechase has been the right place for my mom at this time in her life.

They are still a new community. The social activities is building, as they add more residents. My loved one is very happy, which makes me happy. I would recommend to other families.
