I will say I am happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents were very welcoming and I felt like it was home for me faster than I expected. There are many types of activities to choose from, trips to different places weekly, live entertainment and celebrations. The management staff is on-site to talk with when problems arise. Our activities director plans the activities and will listen to our ideas for new interests.

My loved one absolutely loves living here at this facility! The staff is always right there and eager to help with anything that they can. The facility is always very clean. A lot of residents have their pets with them here and there are never messes in the hallways or anywhere. The meals are great! They also offer 3 alternative choices incase the residents don't care for the main meal on the menu. My loved one is always busy participating in the many games or outings that they offer. I basically have to make an appointment with her just to visit her! The tour guide/administrator that we worked with initially is just darling and so helpful. She's still around and eager to help with anything. One time we were carrying groceries in as she was pulling into the parking lot and she hopped out of her car and offered to help us carry them in! Everything is just wonderful here. Mom also has the freedom to come and go as she pleases. If she's gone out, there's someone usually there waiting to open the door/let her in when she returns at her expected time. This facility is also a bit more affordable than some others. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family in friends, in fact I have. I wouldn't mind living here myself!

The staff was very friendly. They brought her breakfast in the morning, which was good. The value for the money was pretty good. Overall, it was good experience. The room was clean, and well kept. I would recommend to other families.

Everybody gets bored with food sometimes, but they change it up with themes. Funny to me since in our own kitchens we probably eat a few things over and over and over.

All 5's! The place is wonderful, albeit expensive. They did offer some great incentives for move in. The facility is very clean, staff are friendly, meals are excellent, and there are tons of activities provided. I would absolutely recommend The Savoy to others. We are very pleased and [name removed] has put on some much needed weight and is very happy there.

We had a great tour with Parker Place. The facility was elegant and very nice, but the downfall was it was not assisted living, they only offered independent living and my loved one needed more care.

The team at Wilshire Estates has been amazing, helping to make the decision easier and making Mom feel welcome.

The apartments is nice and clean. My experience with the community, is very nice. The staff is great. I would recommend to others.

Providence Meadows was our second choice - and if we had known then what we know now about the [facility name removed] situation - that's where we would have signed a lease. Nice facility, good location, staff seemed great. Managers live on site (positive). It was a bit more costly than [facility name removed], and at that time we thought we would get a better transportation service and more flexible Physical Therapy policy at [facility name removed]. (Which unfortunately so far has not been the case)

what we really like about this community is that they have a gracious plenty of activities; my mom has jumped into most of them and is having a ball. Given the chance we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The place is exceptional and my Mother loves it there. The staff is very hands on with residents and are very friendly and helpful. The on-site care caregiving company - Home Instead is amazing. My Dad passed away a little over a month ago and I did not think my Mom could stay there by herself, but she has adapted so well she wants to stay there and not move to Texas. The value for the money is great with all that they offer through activities.

I loved it!! It was so clean, and well organized. The on-site managers, [names removed]were absolutely wonderful and had an incredible staff who I also loved each one of their kind and caring hearts! The residents are so kind & genuinely caring people who welcome new residents and treat them as if they were family.

The staff at Heatherwood are very friendly and accessible. There is always a manager either in the front office or nearby in the dining area throughout the day, so it's easy to ask them for help when needed. One evening when my Dad was first moving in, we came back from shopping and found the front door locked. He was not sure how to get in after hours (that was a question we forgot to ask!) but made a quick phone call to the managers and they came to let us in right away. I love the peace of mind knowing that the managers live on-site! Also my Dad had some doubts when he first moved in, but within a couple weeks he was making friends with other residents and joining in some activities. He is also eating much better than when he lived by himself. Overall we have had a wonderful experience with Heatherwood, and I am so grateful my Dad made this choice.

My mom LOVES The Oaks, she is very happy here! It's a beautiful place with a great staff! My Mom moved in in January and already they've done many special things, Super Bowl, Mardi Gras (they had live jazz with a special dinner) Valentine's Day (harp player with a fancy dinner) She has really enjoyed the community! They make it a fun place to live.

If you have the money to live here we would recommend them based on our experience so far, but it is expensive. The staff members here are very friendly and very confident which is something we like. We have enjoyed our stay very much so far. We have not had the chance to participate in the activities yet, but they look really good.

My mom is very happy at Hudson Estates and the staff is very attentive to the residents and to their needs. Very friendly staff, warm and inviting dining room, activities room and library.The apartments are a decent size; housekeeping included and daily activities and a bus service.

Even though my loved one moved out of the community. This is a very good option for a safe, clean, friendly, and healthy place for loved ones to live independently. The staff communication with the family was excellent when we had questions or concerns. There were three meals a day served and the residents had choices to choose from.

Colonial Gardens is a phenomenal place that truly cares for its residents. My uncle lived there for 5 1/2 years before he passed, and the amount of personal care that they give to the people who live there is amazing. They are kind and patience to not only the residents but the families as well. To those who live in the north shore region, I cannot recommend this place enough! [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are just incredible people. Without getting into too many specifics my sisters and I cared for my uncle from across the country and these people were quick to inform us of any issues and provided excellent care and engagement with my uncle. It is remarkable to watch them work with their residents!
