What we like most about Ashton Gardens Gracious Retirement is that the staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy and assisted. The community is well maintained and [name removed] and his wife do an excellent job managing the property. The activities has made my father feel like he's a part of the community by letting him assist her with tasks with also keeps he interactive and not sitting in his apartment all day.

So far with Orchard Heights It's been a wonderful experience for [name removed] and me as her former caregiver, now friend. We really like the restaurant style dining with fine vittles helps encourage socializing!

I'm understanding the following: My family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Cypress Springs. The food is amazing! There is an executive chef on site, and there are always multiple options for all the meals. Everyone is very friendly and caring. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Managers are couples and live in the house. They are accessible 24 hours a day. They are always around and help to serve meals. The activities coordinator is fantastic there is always something fun going on and if you want to do something in particular she will make it happen. There is a team of nurse practitioners and medical staff weekly. You do not have to leave the building to receive podiatry care, get lab specimens drawn, and even to get X-rays. Everything comes to you. The only suggestion I could make for improvements is that their van that does take you out when you want to go does not have a scooter lift my mother is scooter dependent and we have to take her car with the scooter lift on the back when I want to take her anywhere. They are also very pet friendly. 23 dogs live there and are very much a part of the community. The pool, and grounds are beautiful and clean. The residents are happy and friendly. It is very expensive but worth it for Mom to be happy and safe.

I am currently a resident here at Estrella Estates and things have been great so far. The meals are good. The cost is fair. The management is excellent. I have to say that, overall, things are great and this is a great place!

My family and our loved one have had a great experience with The Woods at Holly Tree. They have very friendly, caring and professional staff. This is the best senior living place for your loved ones. My loved one is happy here, and I would recommend you check this community out for your loved ones.

I have found Eldorado Estates overall a very friendly clean. The staff at El Dorado Estates always calls you by name and is very helpful and curious. My room is cleaned weekly including linen changes of bed and towels. There are always activities going on they put out a weekly menu with choices each day as well as activities for the day. Since moving here the end of January I have found the place very friendly, clean, and relaxing.

Each can be rated a 5 given the category of senior living we chose to recommend to [name removed]. This is not a 5 star establishment nor among the elite of such organizations. With that said it met all of [name removed] needs quite nicely. Regarding pricing: Solid for the area. Pretty much entry level for nicer places. Very nice and accommodating staff which I would rate a 5. I would recommend The Palms at La Quinta depending on what you are looking for.

Somerset Lodge is a great place to live with a gorgeous small mountain view deck filled with beautiful hanging baskets in the summer where I sit and read/relax! We are well taken care of by our staff with outings provided, and many activities including trips to appointments and shopping! I am very comfortable here

Staff Is very friendly and welcoming and the facility, while older, is very clean and inviting. Staff will also go out of their way to accommodate my mother and go the extra mile to take care of her. Apartments are not large but big enough for my mother's needs. The bathroom and bedroom is a nice size and the partial kitchen and living room are small. It is cute and motivates one to be organized due to the limited space. Windows overlooking the outdoors gives it the feeling of being bigger than it really is.

Paloma Landing was Phenomenal!! It is more assistance than the 2 actual assisted living facilities my Mom has lived in. She is moving for a 3rd time in 4 months. What sticks out most about this facility would be the caring and alert management team, the clean facility, good food, and they offer a lot of fun activities rather than just having bingo.

My sibling is a resident at this community. He has mental health challenges and does not always get along with others. All of the staff have been totally respectful at all times. I am very pleased and the food is excellent. Everything has been great for us at this facility.

All of the staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. They really go above and beyond.

I can't say enough about this amazing place. The managers and staff are top notch. They have a personal approach and show genuine care and concern for the residents, which really stands out. The management staff make you feel like your family member is in great hands. We made a great decision for my Dad, and he loves it there.

The communication, and interaction with the staff is good. The staff is friendly, and helpful. It appears that they take good care of the residents. I would recommend this community to other families.

Our family has had a really good experience with Sanford Estates so far. There are so many different activities for the residents to do. There is something always going on Monday-Friday, but on the weekends it is a little lighter. They have a lot of stuff that is appropriate for the elderly residents there. They had a Mardi Gras parade which was really enjoyable. For Elvis Presley's birthday they played his music all throughout the afternoon. When our loved one first moved in, the staff did a really good job having people sit with him during meal time, and invite him to play games. We have eaten there a couple of times and from what we have had, the meals are excellent, and more importantly our loved one thinks they are excellent. Our only criticism is they are experiencing a lot of turnover with their kitchen staff. However the kitchen staff that is there are excellent and they really try to make the dining experience personalized for each resident.

The only deficit might be their "Ambassador" program that utilizes residents to welcome newcomers. It could be that my sister, who is the resident, refused an invitation to go to the dining room, but she has not been "escorted" to the dining room to break into the group. She doesn't go because she is afraid she will sit in someone else's seat. It is made clear by staff that there is not assigned seating, but the residents gravitate to the same table and people, friends that they have made. It is just difficult to make your way at first, but I fully understand it is no doubt my sister's unwillingness to adjust that is keeping her in her apartment. She loves her apartment, and is very contented there. She does not wish she had chosen any other place. It would have been the same situation wherever she had moved. I worked in the field of senior living, and the Estates has thought of everything to address any needs the residents might have. Excellent value for the money!

My mom moved to Capital Ridge Gracious Retirement Living recently and is still getting used to her new life there. What I've noticed is how helpful and friendly everyone is, in particular the staff. Any time I've had to call for assistance they've been more than happy to help. The restaurant is lovely where they promote socialization with residents. The food is good quality comfort foods. I've enjoyed my meals there with mom. They have entertainment there, but mom hasn't attended much of those yet. They also have two companies that can offer additional services. Additionally they offer great PT and OT on site. I would recommend Capital Ridge to anyone who wants to find a friendly, safe environment for their parents.

My loved one is extremely happy and she has not been happy in over 20 years. This facility is a comfortable and caring Retirement Community. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

My loved one has the opportunity at Oak Park Retirement to meet new people and do activities that have not been experienced in years. I would recommend it to other families.
