The place is clean. Staff is friendly and competent. Meal portions are sufficient and nutritious. Nice variety of different room sizes. Fairly priced. They are in the process of interviewing for an activity director, as the former one resigned. The assistant managers and volunteers have been filling in when they are able and are doing the best they can in the meantime.

I am currently a resident at Linwood Estates Gracious Retirement Living. The staff treats all of the residents like close family. The facility is very clean and my family loves this place. The meals are beyond fantastic. I am gluten and dairy and egg free and have wonderful meals. The Chef sat with me asked lots of questions and makes my meals perfectly. The staff have been advised and serve me perfectly. I would highly recommend this facility to others!

I have told a number of people (including my neighbor just this afternoon) that it's a great place for my dad. I tell them it's an apartment with a rental agreement, about the meals, shuttle van and cleaning services, and how nice the staff are.

The value for cost is great. Other retirement homes cost $1,000.00 or more per month, and they weren't doing more than Stone Lodge. My dad also has good transportation at Stone Lodge. He signs up, and they will take him anywhere. They also have housekeeping, which helps my husband and I not having to do it. My dad really likes it here. The food is good. They serve a variety of different foods and will make something special for residents. The staff are friendly, and they have a wide variety of activities for the residents.

I would recommend to any that wants a good place for your love one. I like the staff.The best thing they all do is care. It's a great place to live. We picked this community because, I liked it from the start.

We've had a great experience at Cypress Springs. The staff is very friendly and caring, and my mom likes them. I would recommend it to other families.

Overall experience is extremely positive. It changed my mother's life. She was living alone, lonely and although we did our best to take her places and care for her, living alone wasn't good for her. We found CG and all immediately fell in love with it. My mother has been there for about a year and a half now. She is very involved with activities, has made many "dear friends" and is healthier and happier than we can remember. She is always busy - when she chooses to be. Has quiet time when she chooses to. CG is immaculate. The facility is always festive, bright, sunny and gleaming. The landscaping is amazing. Very nice. Always refreshing plants and flowers. Her in-room housekeeping is consistent. She loves her house cleaner who is thorough and comes as often as needed. The staff that we have dealt with are very engaging, hard-working, responsive and caring. My mother doesn't need a lot of medical care. Knock on wood. But her apartment is set up with all the safety tools available to her if needed. The meals are healthy and plentiful. Good selection. She eats what she wants when she wants, which is typically once per day. The waitstaff are pleasant. Always clean tables with fresh tablecloths and flowers. The dining experience is positive and her main social interaction. On the rare occasion that she has asked to take food in her room, they accommodated her with a nice big bag of food to be picked up or delivered. For holidays, they offer big spreads for family visits. Other family members attended and were impressed by these dining experiences. There are always activities! They announce via intercom, letters, posting on walls and elevators. They offer everything from field trips to crafts, bingo, trivia, musical performances, holiday fun, book groups and exercise class. She does exercise class daily and will partake in others that interest her as they come up. As a Catholic, she enjoys a weekly virtual mass and also weekly communion. Huge deal for her. Overall value. My mother is very budget conscious but believes that CG offers a lot for the money. She has a top floor unit with a huge balcony overlooking gardens. She knows she has the best real estate there! I have heard family members say that this is the best decision we have ever made! I agree. I was involved with meting with facilities and researching costs and found that for an independent living facility, CG offered the best amenities at a competitive rate.

Our loved one was only there a week and then was hospitalized for 3 weeks...unfortunately we had to move him out of Whispering Pines and into a skilled care facility. But based on our brief experience there, Whispering Pines was great. We found that the staff treated you like family. And the accommodations were so nice. I would recommend it to other families.

Osprey Heights is a well oiled machine and has the best family experience ever. The residents are always working together with the staff . Super personal service and my mom loves the Chef. He is so funny and has won many Awards! He's just getting back from a Hawaii trip that he won. I do recommend Lithia Pinecrest Osprey Heights over the other Osprey facilities that are open already. The décor is great too! I rated the staff at a 3. At the moment, Osprey Heights does not have an Activities Director, or it would be a 5 if they did not let the position go. The previous Activities Director was fantastic and then some.

Everyone is extremely helpful, managers live on site so always someone available. They assign new residents an ambassador to help them meet others and get used to place. Very happy with our experience so far.

We gave the meals and dining service 4 stars only due to the food prepare sometimes. The facility is very beautiful and provides many activities. Each holiday they have a different theme filled day and decorations. The have a very good transportation system in place too. They also have a monthly activities calendar.

I've had a great experience at Mountain View Gardens. The staff are very involved with the residents. They are very helpful and responsive to needs. Everyone is friendly. They provide a great feeling of community. Overall, this is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

Mountain View Gardens gets all 5 stars! The staff members are friendly, helpful...firm, fair and consistent... The apartments are beautiful...they also have a full refrigerator and freezer. The food is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Mountain View and still do to others at every chance I get.

The managers and assistant managers work in sync to help residents or solve any issues. I am in a studio, so it i pretty small, of course. But a card-playing buddy of mine is in a one bedroom. It is amazingly spacious. But the closets and the kitchen cabinets are generously sized, which helps in my studio. Amenities include efficient light housekeeping, 3 delicious meals a day are served, complimentary washers and dryers in a clean space with a folding counter/deep sink/ iron and ironing board, movie theater, gym, chapel, library, computer room, van service and TV room. The activity Director is a Renaissance man! He covers the job and more-tackling everything with wit and style! From planting the raised beds, outside entrance containers, myriad activities, crafts and organizing guests. The Ambassador Program provides a welcome visit & basket, along with checks on new residents as time passes.

My loved one is a resident at Pioneer Valley Lodge and everything has been great! The friendliness has been really exceptional. The staff is so good to the residents. Meals and Dining are over the top. They have a great variety and frequency of activities. Everything is provided at this facility. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others, I wouldn't even mind going here myself if I needed it.

I would rate the whole experience as very well organized and put together to make the best experience for the residents! There was a 2 bedroom that had just opened up when we were looking at apartments and my husband and I were like too bad we aren't ready because we would have moved in! Well my sister in law was the one who was there but she has already left. She felt she wasn't old enough to be with old people even though she's [age removed]. From my visits there I felt it was a very nice place with so many great amenities! She for sure got better health wise while she was there I just hope she can stay that way.

I guess this is weird, but our loved one is 92 and has met a man at Ashwood Meadows and she is sooo happy. I took them shopping and they pushed the cart together. We would never have thought this would happen. They are so. Sweet together. Mom really has made friends with so many people. Before moving here she rarely came out of her apartment.

For an independent living community, the facility is beautiful and the employees go out of their way to help. Plenty of activities if you want to join. Shuttles to stores and doctors readily available. They helped make a difficult transition for my Aunt a bit easier. Specific shout out to the in house managers who work their tails off to make everyone happy and comfortable.

I picked this community, because the amenities are outstanding and the staff attitude was very positive. Most of the residents are really friendly and we take care of each other. You won't regret it. I would absolutely recommend Mulligan Park.

Everything they said has proven to be true. I am so happy here at this place. I find nothing that would cause me to have any regrets of my decision. It felt like home. The friendliness of the staff and all the residence was a marked difference from many other places.
