There have been some staffing changes recently and my loved one believes the food has changed since these changes started and doesn't care for it as much as they once did. This was one of the best value for the money community we found. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in. [Name removed] did a great job giving the tour, answering all of our questions, and was very hospitability.

I am very happy here at Linwood Estates. They get 5 stars for all categories. This week ends my first six months here. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. I have made a number of new friends and feel very comfortable here.

My loved one would like more fresh veggies. We picked this community, because of the location to us, my loved one could walk to the shopping center, there was a two year freeze on rent, it's clean, very friendly, activities, and they had nice rooms.

They have a lot of activities available but my loved one has not participated. We picked this community, because of the price and when we looked at it, it was realtively new, nice and clean. It seemed like a good fit. I would recommend to other families.

The staff and the administrative staff are patient, understanding and responsive to the needs of the seniors living at Mulligan Park.

We chose Paloma Landing because it was the correct unit. We got the first floor and it had a wrap round patio. the apartment size is very nice. Everyone who first came to visit him were saying they wanted to move in there, it is that nice. It feels like family. The staff really makes an effort to try nd get to know extended family of the new residents. They always wave and call us by name. I have comfort knowing he is safe here and has access to people if he needs something. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I checked with my uncle who is staying here and he rated everything a 5! He said he could not be more pleased and loves the staff and activities director. It has been a great fit for him. I would absolutely recommend Northridge Gracious Retirement Living to others.

They are extremely friendly and do a great job overall they show great empathy for all their residents. The only thing that I could see improve possibly is the food service which personally I think is OK but all of the ladies complain about that just a little bit. Overall they do an outstanding job. My loved one is happy there.

Hello, I wanted to move my my from Florida and immediately I knew Whispering Pines was the place for her. Every person I met was friendly and enjoying life. I was very concerned about making this transition. The staff stood by me the entire way. My mom has now been living here for three months. She is now really enjoying life again. After being locked down in isolation she spent most days in her room. Now she is enjoying the activities everyday. I have had many questions along the way and the staff has always been quick to respond. They all work together and are helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean. I go over a lot lol. I could not have found a better place. Everyday I feel comforted and blessed to have moved my mom here.

We chose Steeplechase Gracious Retirement because of the location and value for the money. The staff is great!!! It is a really nice place and mom mentions all the time how all the staff go out of their way to help.

Summerville Estates has been very flexible, friendly, welcoming, attentive. All good things really. The apartment is great. It's large, clean, and very nice. I like that it has lots of windows and lots of light.

It's a friendly and very clean place. My loved one, loves it there. We picked this community because, it's independent living facility and that is all my loved one needed. She does NOT need assisted living. She can do everything for herself and they provide 3 meals a day.

It's a very nice place, somewhat luxurious look to it . Reminds me of a cruise ship, but on land.

My loved one was at Osprey Heights and it was a wonderful facility, they treated us so well here. It is a brand new, beautiful retirement community. It is very large and they had a lot to offer. My loved one ended up needing care so we had to move out, but it was a very positive experience.

Recently there have been some changes with the chef so some of the meals are better and some not so much. However based on our experience so far we would recommend Cottonwood Estates to other families.

It has been fantastic. They have good staff. The menu could be better but the food is good. They offer activities such as; dance, art, crafts, and Bingo. They have a really nice area in the back for activiteis. They also have a movie theatre, chapel, TV room, and a library. It's great value for the money. I picked this community because, I saw it being built and called to inquire about it, and it was recommended by A Place for Mom. I would recommend to other families.

They made us feel like, we were bothering them but they got friendly later on. [name removed] was the best staff member there. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed, and helped my loved one , and never made us feel like we were bothering him. Other staff members at times made us feel that way. We picked this community because of the convenience, it was close to other family members, and affordable. Some of your residents were not very nice so my loved one was reluctant about going to the dinning room but overall it was a nice place, and my loved one wanted to go back.

I had a great tour experience with Orchard Heights, I thought it was a very nice facility and I toured many others. It was at the top of the list.

Except for the outdoor living space, Providence Meadows was fantastic. Their grounds needed a lot of work. But their staff was amazing.

The overall experience was friendly, helpful and all questions answered. Cleanliness is excellent, staff is very friendly and ready to help. Quality of care is excellent. Meals are wonderfully prepared and there is a great selection of food served. I've eaten there a couple times. I went on one activity with my sister and enjoyed it immensely. The driver is excellent, the residents who went were very friendly. Value for cost is excellent. My sister has a beautiful room with a small patio on main level. All meals are provided, plus cleaning service is provided to include changing her bed and giving her clean towels, plus there are several varied activities she can participate in. She seems to be doing well there.
