We are absolutely and completely impressed with Summit Glen! The managers and residents are so friendly and warm and the building and rooms are so clean. The food is delicious and the activities are endless! My mother-in-law recently moved in and she keeps saying "I just can't find one negative thing about this place!". She is really enjoying herself and making new friends and attending many of the activities!

Fairview Estates gets all 5 stars for everything. We have been very happy with the whole experience.

I would like to see food options,with less sodium. Other than that, the food is fine and well balanced. They have a corporate chef. They offer a good variety of activities, such as yoga, cards and chair aeorobics. You get your moneys worth, and it is well worth the money. The amenties is a plus, which includes sheets, pillow cases, towels, and weekly housekeeping, which is helpful. Other communities, that I saw seemed to be more in-closed. I chose this place because, I like the open spaces, large hallways, design, and architecture. I also like the dining area, which is very open.

The initial appearance and attractiveness of the community really stood out to us as well as the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff and residents. Based on the experience our family has had so far we would recommend them to other families.

What really sold it for us was the presentation that [name removed] had for us during our initial walk through. We have not had much experience with the meals and dining service but we have heard of no complaints from our love done. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend his community to other families.

Carolina Estates is great. My mom really enjoys the staff and the activities that they have provided. I would definitely recommend this independent living facility to others looking.

Colonial Gardens is a spotless community every time we come to visit everything is in order and the staff members are just best they really had made it a great experience. The owner [name removed] and his wife are exceptional people there. She really enjoys the meals and being able to eat in her room. Every time we come to visit they also have a ton of different activities going on. It is a great value for the money they have been very accommodating financially. We would absolutely recommend.

We toured with Wilshire Estates and it is a brand new, BEAUTIFUL facility. The staff showing us around were extremely kind and did a great job. They invited us to lunch as well. We were very impressed with what we saw, it is a lovely place but unfortunately was too expensive for what my friend was able to afford.

We decided on Somerset Lodge because of the inclusive atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff, location. The facility is really nice and meets their needs perfectly. They are in an independent cottage and they are very nice size. They offer 1 and 2 bedrooms - it was a great step moving from a large home. They have been super happy here and love all of the other residents that they have met so far. We would definitely recommend Somerset Lodge to others.

I have seen a lot of different facilities because I work in the field. For the value, I think Stoneridge is a great place, I have placed two people here. The staff is very accommodating and it has a light and bright atmosphere. It is a bit smaller and I find it to be warmer and cozier because of the size. I also feel that the care is more personalized. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge to others and already have.

I really liked the community and I was thinking about going. The location was not convenient to my doctors and everything else that was close to where I was living at the time.

A clean, friendly environment and friendly staff. Not many provisions for people with difficulty walking, i.e. (no wheelchair bus access) but overall a good, safe place, with welcoming residents.

Caring staff, great food, beautiful and clean with nice size apartments with patio/balcony. Wonderful facility for independent living

Everyone was very friendly; reported good food. But felt more like an assisted living facility. No residents outside apartments the morning we were there. My stepdaughter particularly disliked the heating system. Motel like heater in the living room and electric floor radiator in the bedroom. And whispering Pines is only eight years old, so I consider this a cheap way by the management company to build a facility.

I work within Olympus Ranch and every one of the staff has been more than kind as well as efficient. They have gone above and beyond not only for their fellow employees, but also for the residents themselves. The selflessness that is seen here is absolutely extraordinary. The staff will consistently help with residents needs consisting of helping set up their TVs to adjusting their meals so that it is perfectly satisfactory. The food is VERY well prepared with some of the best kitchen cooks and helpers I have seen. The Housekeepers are extremely efficient and keep the place absolutely spotless for the potential residents who tour the building. No one will regret living here with plenty of food, care, and friends.

Ideal place to go.

My sister and I spent quite a lot of time reading reviews and comparing retirement communities for our mother in order to make the right decision, so we felt it was important to take the time to write our own review for Whispering Pines Gracious Living. During the time our mother was at WP, the staff and management team could not have been more caring, kind and attentive with her. The staff checked on her regularly, encouraged her to participate in the many activities and kept in touch with us regarding any concerns on a weekly basis. In particular, I would like to thank Windy Read for going above and beyond to make mom feel at home and cared for. The facility is bright, clean and well within a reasonable cost range for the amenities offered. We would highly recommend WP and feel lucky our mom was a part of this community.
