There was some staff overturn but they were all lovely. My dad loved the food. The memorial service they organized for my dad was beautiful. The people so warm and friendly. My dad was so sad he wasn’t going to be able to go back there. He knew he’d die in the hospital because the lungs were failing. They had onsite care but we only used it once or twice. He did do PT for his spine with the PT there and he loved her and it helped.

The staff is very helpful and everyone on the staff at every level goes out of their way for the residents. Never once have I ever heard "that's not my job." Or "you need to ask...about that" I would absolutely recommend Hudson Estates for those looking for retirement living.

The move in process was great - they have tall carts with wheels that are very helpful. The meals are very good - restaurant quality. Communication with the family is good as well. My dad fell once and I received a call as soon as they got him settled. The staff are truly awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping is also good. They come every week to clean my dad's place and are very nice and thorough. I would definitely recommend the facility to family and friends.

Independent living for seniors, very impressed on the tour, great parking, I could have my dog, good location for medical dental. Anything I need movie theater, oh kinds of shopping and best of all it Was close to a care home to see my husband. Staff is friendly, very helpful, supportive, resourceful.

The are friendly, remembered me whenever I visited and ready to help. The location is great for me and close to things that I am involved in. So far everything I have experience would be a 5!

I would say it's a great place with great employees who really care. My parents picked this community over others because they liked it and they knew other residents.

I would recommend this facility to others. The residents are very friendly and so is the staff. The staff is also very helpful. Having trouble with meals, but I think will adjust once I have been here for a few more weeks. Need more vegetables.

The staff is very friendly and super involved. The 4 managers live on site and that is unique and very helpful. The move in process was great, they had maintenance there on the day of ready to hang whatever we needed. Meals are great and the kitchen and housekeeping staff are wonderful. I would definitely recommend. We're having an excellent experience.

My father in law has made a complete turn around and is doing fantastic The faculty was very helpful during move in and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My father in law was lonely and sick and is now healthy and flourishing at Sanford Estates. The residents were welcoming also. He wasn't forced to get involved but gently nudged. The other day he when to "yarn and yak" and made everyone in attendance laugh when he said he was just there for the "yakking".

Everyone is friendly and very supportive of the transition. If you have questions they will get an answer for you. Residents are extremely friendly and always say hi.They also offer assisted-living assistance as needed for their residents. Very helpful for the step down phases of life or minor health concerns.

I would rate Julian Estates a 5 plus! On the value, I can't really rate if it is a good value for the money because I wanted to move there because of its proximity to my family and didn't check out any other facilities. Overall I loved living there and I loved the Administration, staff and residents. Very sad to leave. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility and having a dedicated housekeeper to clean once a week. The laundry room was also spotless- a fact I appreciated when I did my own laundry. The meals were mostly excellent although I would have preferred to eat at noon. The evening meal was too close to the noon meal so sometimes I would skip it because I wasn't hungry. I really appreciated the enthusiasm the Administration and staff had for celebrating special events, decorating the facility and generally just planning outings and fun events frequently- example mocktails and cake for birthdays. I have never enjoyed playing games but I was starting to get into the "game scene" and it was a great way to meet the other residents and have fun, too. The residents were very welcoming and it was a wonderful way to pass the time in good company. Although I never personally used the bus services for doctor appointments or shopping, I know most of the residents did and were pleased with the services. The dining room was very well run and the serving staff were excellent. Most of the servers were young but very polite and respectful and made an effort to get to know the residents. For me, Julian Estates was everything I wanted in Independent Living.

I'd definitely recommend it to others. I love the staff and people. Just felt comfortable here right away. I really appreciated that I could bring my cat, with no additional rent or deposit.

Summit Glen is probably best for those that are not looking for an active lifestyle. In other words it is best for more seniors that just want a relaxing environment. The staff is amazing and helpful. They carry food to those that can't come down for dinner. The library is terrific. A large number of books in a nice warm reading area with large type print. The one elevator is slow but probably necessary because of the large number of residents in walkers. They clean the rooms weekly and the place looks clean. Food is usually good but occasionally misses the mark. Really only negative I would make. My parents are happy to be there.

The staff is fantastic. Housekeeping is okay. They come by every week to clean your apartment and give you new bedding. The food is great. If you leave the dining room still hungry, something is wrong. The food is always hot and plenty of it. We have a pool room, movie theater, library, Bible room, Pool, whirl pool. You really don't need to leave this place, everything is here.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful if you have questions or concerns.

I chose Liberty Heights because of the neatness of the facility and the overall client awareness. Staff are overworked. I would recommend Liberty Heights to others looking for independent living.

The staff are kind, available and very helpful. Housekeeping is very good and thorough. Meals are fabulous and alternative meals are always available. Many activities to keep your loved one involved as much or as little as they would like. Staff is very welcoming to family and encourages visiting! This is a great place for Mom!

I would rate 5 on all categories they were wonderful with my brother and his caregiver Great and helpful service and friendly and kind management I would recommend this facility for independent living

When it comes to the activities there could be more variety but I'm not really sure if there is the interest for more. My folks living there are loving it and that makes us very happy!! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. The staff is really outstanding, they make a point to get to know my folks and our family and make everyone feel welcomed.
