Kennedy Meadows is a beautiful place the people are very nice and they always get back to you if you have to leave a message. [name removed] in marketing was great in getting us a deal to move in we one year for [removed] and one free month for studio apartment.

The rent was reasonable and the manager we met with in late April was very welcoming. No one put stress on the family to do anything that wasn't convienent. Apartments and facility were cheerful and grounds nice. They allowed us to let my mom move in two weeks early.

I was trying to find the correct level of care for my mom in a place relatively close to home that she would like and be comfortable in. Hudson fit the bill 100%. From the warm family like atmosphere, to the great amenities, the central location, and the beautiful and light filled interior. The food is good, the staff have all been warm, welcoming and accessible. This is a place that strikes a nice balance between care levels. It is a 55+ community with cleaning, meals, and transportation included. Additional services are available by private companies that work closely with the community to lend the helping hand, therapy, and services that may be needed. They are pet and kid friendly as well which is HUGE for us. I would recommend Hudson to anyone looking for a retirement community that is affordable and has a few extras for your peace of mind!

The meals are good and served at specific times. Going to the meals helps you acclimate to living at Parker Place. Participating in some of the activities helps you learn names and makes you feel a part of the group. The co-managers and activity director are very friendly and helpful.

After touring seven different facilities we hit GOLD. My mother was completely against leaving her home. After a mild stroke we had no choice but to place her in a facility. This facility is wonderful. My mother is a fussy eater and even she appreciates the food. It is a facility that nurtures each resident and covers their needs. My mom has been there for several months and admits that she feels like it was the best move ! The # 1 reason that this facility runs so well is the staff . [names removed] make every resident feel like family and that they are heard!!! Mom can be demanding …… they get it …. And took the burden off of me.

5 all the way for Colonial Harbor community. Everything from start to finish has made it a great experience...amazing people! Quick and extremely helpful in every way. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others who may need a place for their loved one.

Very welcoming staff was very knowledgeable about every resident. Good clean place great scents in the common areas. Lovely decorations.just the food could be a little better.

In general good but always short staffed More variety on food and lots of fresh vegetables. More activities and don't keep changing the times of certain activities and or events.

The Carolina Estates facility is comfortable, it is kept clean and the staff members are friendly. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mom is currently a resident at Ashton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living and she loves it! She loves everything about this facility, things are going great for her. I would recommend Ashton Gardens to others.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is always someone around who can answer your questions or help you with whatever is going on.

The entire staff has been very helpful! There's been a change in the on-site managers, but it's been good. Even though it is an Independent Living facility, there is an amazing lady [name removed] who lives there and runs a company that offers assistance when needed. When my mom moved there, she needed a lot of assistance (recovering from a fractured femur) and all the ladies that work for the company were great! Mom still gets help taking a shower, but that's all. The move-in process was easy. The elevators are large and there are hotel-style carts to help with large items. My mom says the food is very good and chose to stay there for her Thanksgiving meal. We have no concerns about mom living there. The shuttle is easy for her to utilize for Dr appts and trips to grocery/pharmacy. Scholl Canyon Estates gives me peace of mind that I don't worry about my mom's care.

My mom is currently a resident at The Highlands and her experience at this facility has been great so far. Everyone has been very accommodating. I would recommend The Highlands to others.

We looked at a few places before we decided on highlands. This one was over and above what we were looking for. On the pros list, it's extremely open and bright. The exterior and interior is modern. Each room has either a balcony or a vaulted ceiling. There's something for everyone. The dining room is spacious and they seem to have a lot of activities for residents in and outside of the building. On the con side, it is really more of an apartment complex with some amenities for senior living. They do not have a wheelchair accessible van for outside Adventures so anyone who is limited Mobility will be limited in general. Still, they have rooms you can rent if you have family coming over and are very accommodating to guests in the dining hall and theater room. The staff seems to be very friendly, and they allow small pets which is a plus when you're moving somewhere new potentially by yourself. If your loved one doesn't need too much outside care or you are willing to foot the bill to have Specialists come in, this place is really top-notch.

The Oak Park Retirement community is a tremendous facility! The staff members that work there as well as the therapists are absolutely incredible. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

I am so happy with your help finding a place for my brother at Bella Vista. He is very happy there.
