The cleanliness is mostly all good but the A/C unit in his room is filthy. They were supposed to swap it out but it hasn't happened yet. He has not participated much yet in the activities, but they seem to offer a good selection. They have the perfect mix of independent but with onsite staff, pull cords, etc. Overall we are very happy. They were a little disorganized when he first moved in (didn't have things ready due to lack of communication), but they quickly made the things right. He seems happy there. We would recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Hessler Heights are very warm and friendly. The move in process was very easy. The food is not as good as it once was because the original chef that they had quit. They are trying to fix it, though. It is honestly a beautiful facility with a ton of wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend it to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Stoneridge. The place is owned by a couple(husband/wife) rather than a company/corporation, which is nice. I'm not sure how the housekeeping is, but the overall cleanliness is great. The staff is welcoming and approachable. The move-in was a smooth process. My mom enjoys the meals for the most part. There is a bright and cheerful feel to Stoneridge, unlike some places that feel dark and more enclosed. I would recommend Stoneridge to others.

The staff are all very friendly. The place isn't super fancy, but is very clean and well kept. You can tell that they have pride in their work environment. In general, the move-in process was okay. I think we were there a little bit early and they weren't quite ready for us, but that is all right. They accommodated us and we moved in quickly. I cannot think of a reason why I would not recommend Jordan Oaks to others. In general, the facility is well kept, the staff are friendly and it's quite affordable.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great value for accommodations, housekeeping, meals, utilities, activities, all in one fee! This was a great option for my brother who is independent but has special needs due to mental and emotional challenges.

This is the best community that I have seen - they strive to preserve and bolster independence. They have volunteers from the resident community that contribute their time and passion to the overall community, such as tending the indoor plants (they are thriving!), gardening outside (vegetables and flowers), tending to the library - caring for the book donations, monitoring check outs, etc. There is a thriving chat culture with friendly and outgoing residents. Everyone wears nametags so no one is embarrassed if they can't remember names! They offer friendly and reliable transportation to appointments and shopping and lots of activities, laughter within an ethos of caring and inclusion. There are lots of choices at meals and the biggest choice of teas that I have seen. I would definitely recommend Meadowlark Estates (and have)!

The El Dorado Estates wonderful community! My Uncle is doing well here and far has no complaints! Very thankful for El dorado estates!! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others and have already recommended them to others.

Our loved one feels at home at The Woods at Holly Tree and he is able to have his dog with him. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My mother in law is very happy in this place and she got very good extra care since she had a foot cast in the beginning. She likes the meals, the activities and she likes the people working there

It has been a great experience. My Mom's condition changed quickly and everything she needs is available here. The folks have been helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Many of the friends who visit my Mom comment on the cleanliness of the facility, and how the atmosphere is friendly & pretty.I would highly recommend Shads Landing. I appreciate all the services and I know I could not replicate the care my Mom is getting at her house or my house.I am so thankful to A Place for Mom for helping me discover Shads Landing.

It's a wonderful family style but independent facility with great food and lots of entertainment options! Couldn't ask for more! It has been one year since mom lived there and she absolutely loves it! Making friends and enjoying her independence!

What makes Hudson Estates unique and special is the outstanding managers and staff. They are so kind and caring and treat their residents as if they are part of their own family. No request is ever too much trouble for them. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and all the residents needs are met. Our mom is so happy there and she has made many new friends. It is truly a blessing that we found Hudson Estates for mom. It's home away from home!

I was fortunate enough to meet up with [name removed] at the Oaks when searching for a new home in Independent living for my Brother. [name removed] and her team made the transition for relocating my Brother out of state to The Oaks and all the excellent amenities offered by the Oaks and their preferred vendors. Once my Brother arrived a quote apprehensive about the the lifestyle, but quickly became acclimated to the Oaks and enjoys the food and opportunities. I recommend the Oaks and enjoy visiting my Brother and working with the Oaks staff.

What our family likes the most about the Southern Pines community is the staff and other residents. They are all very friendly and very caring people. The meals that are prepared are great and they offer a lot of activities. We would recommend this community to other families, but it is expensive.

It as close and cost lower than others, and I needed help moving so my options just worked out that way. After renting 1 room for 5 years this is great to live here. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Cypress Springs is very friendly and calls everyone by name. Housekeeping keeps the facility very clean and they do a good job, including swapping and cleaning sheets. They were very helpful with all of the questions that we had. Our move in process was different, as it was gradual. Everything went well. There is only one normal elevator for moves. My dad liked the meals, I thought they were good, not great. Overall, we had a great experience at Cypress Springs, it was a perfect fit for my dad.

Don’t waste your time and gas driving all around town. Gas is expensive and time is valuable. Come on out to Carolina Estates where they TRULY CARE about their residents and staff. You and your love one(s) will be very happy you did!??

I came to Julian Estates from [community name removed] and it is a night and day experience. I love everything about Julian Estates!
