I would definitely and have recommended to others that Paloma Landing is the best place to live. Everyone is very friendly. This includes residents as well as all staff members. Everyone from Day 1 makes you feel welcome and continues throughout the time you live there. It's a lovely community of friends who become like family; loving and caring for other residents and being concerned of their well being. There are plenty of activities and transportation to outside activities and medical appointments. The meals are prepared by fabulous chefs and just the right portions with several choices served to your table by fantastic caring servers. Housekeeping services are very good and cleanliness of common areas are kept immaculate. The current managers are top notch professionals who definitely know how to manage a property like this. . Paloma Landing is your "home".

As a Tallahassee native, I am very familiar with locations, reputations and amenities. This community is well located, and we absolutely love one of its differentiators, which is a pool. That was important to my mom as she had a pool at home. The team at Mulligan Park goes above and beyond to ensure their residents are happy and healthy. The activities Director does a wonderful job ensuring there’s something for everyone. The resident are happy, kind and low drama. They are very friendly and welcoming to new residence because they are truly satisfied with where they are. We find Mulligan Park to be affordable, gracious and the perfect choice for our mom.

I came to Jordan Oaks to rehab from a major foot surgery that can take up to one year. They have an on-site physical and occupational therapy group that is phenomenal. Also, there is an agency on-site that helps with daily care when needed if that is required. Of course, the cost for this service is extra, however, it is available if needed. It is a friendly atmosphere, the food is good and has plenty of activities to enjoy. Transportation for activities and doctors appointments are furnished by the facility. It is reasonably priced.

First and foremost is the lady, [name removed], who walked us through the process of exploring ,finding out if The Woods was the best living arrangement for my nephew. Recently diagnosed with Parkinsons everything was new and a bit anxiety provoking for us. However, [name removed] seemed to understand our needs answering our questions almost before asked. This attitude of caring seems to be shared by the staff thus seems to be the cultural norm also by residents.

Managers are always available and more than willing to help with whatever one needs. Staff members are friendly and very efficient. Many residents are very friendly and willing to help new residents get acclimated. Many activities are available.

I would definitely recommend Kennedy Meadows, but with the knowledge of it being an independent facility. The staff is friendly, helpful and listens to problems that may arise. Housekeeping is pretty good. I love the person assigned to my unit. Move in was fine and there was help for me mounting a TV and installing the cable equipment, as well as help putting up pictures. Meals are a person's l like or dislike. There are several choices at each meal. Some are better than others, but we do give input to the chef at monthly meetings.

While our stay was short it was a wonderful experience, the staff was AMAZING, service was awesome, food was hit or miss, however the alternatives were sometimes more appealing than the primary meal. New chef so bumpy roads understood. Cleaning of main restrooms probably needs to be scheduled more frequently, but never underutilized.

Although my client, [name removed] moved to Minnesota, Orchard Heights, without a doubt, scores a 5 on each of the 7 questions. If I didn't have a home, that's where I'd live. [name removed] moved to be near her family, but misses those friends and staff she enjoyed in her 10 months there!

By all means I recommend Carolina Estates to my family, friends and others. It's my home. I'm happy to say that I'm quite happy and at peace here at Carolina Estates.

The move in was great. Bought the place furnished. The staff is friendly and housekeeping is weekly and does a great job. I would recommend this facility to others.

I really am happy with everything so far. My mom seems to be adjusting well. I think the friendliness of the staff and brightness of the facility stand out most. Also it is extremely clean.

So far everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There are numerous activities to keep my father engaged and social. We liked that they offered 3 meals per day and weekly cleaning as well as provided towels and bed linen.

Independent Living, but the Management is very aware of our state Food varies at times, but who hasn't had a less terrific day in the kitchen?!!! Our Activities Director is top notch and FUN!! He pours himself into his job with all of his heart! Most of the staff take an interest in the residents that is caring! This is literally the only place I could afford! Couldn't be more pleased!! I met my husband here! We were married here last Saturday!!

My loved one is a resident at Hessler Heights. I would recommend this facility to others!

I would say to my friend that this is the friendliest place in town with lots of activities. It's the best decision I made! It's a great place.

The welcome committee as well as the management make sure to get to know each new resident, and checks on his/her well-being regularly. All the staff are super-friendly and tries hard to accommodate each person's needs. New kinds of activities would be nice for those who don't want to attend movies or chapel each day.

I picked Summerville Estates because of the staff. They welcome me not only with a firm hand shake, but a pull in hand shake hug. I would say to my friend that Summerville Estates is a perfect place to live. No more cooking and cleaning. The facility has a warm homey feel. There are pictures/artwork on the walls in the public areas. The food is great! There is a menu you order your food from. It's a 5 star restaurant quality food and service.

The fact that there is a couple who are Managers and a couple who are Assistant Managers who live onsite and are very helpful! There is a young maintenance man who is extremely helpful who will do most anything one needs.

My mom absolutely loves it there! She chose this community because she felt the most at home when she was doing the tours.
